34, single mum day 8 of this hell like most people on here we are looking for a cure/miracle! I have

dizziness, brain fog, ear & head pressure & blurred vision.
GP wasn’t very helpful and only prescribed anti sickness meds. I’ve come across one supplement course which 2 people have reported successful.I am on day one of this course! If anyone can kindly add their Own or any that have worked..

I thinks it’s a massive help xx

6000mg of vit c (3X a day)

1/2 dropper of licorice root p.day

water, water, water!
avoid caffeine, sugar & alcohol

It’s different for everybody, and there’s no supplement that would help everyone to the same extent.

You better talk to a doctor about your health issues, and they will prescribe you the drugs and supplements for you.
However, certain supplements are good for anyone, such as the hydroxytrosol powder I take every day. It’s simply olive leaf powder. It has many beneficial effects on the human body, such as antioxidant, anti-inflammatory, and anticancer. It helps protect skin and eyes from infections from the outside. It can also prevent brain failure and reduce bone loss.
