@zefi I had botox the day before I ended in the ER with severe vertigo, nausea and brain fog. I thought it was a reaction to botox until I realized it had been the vaccine. Nevertheless I won't get botox until I recover completely. I am scare of doing it and I will never know if it was just a coincidence or if by putting the venom in my face, I accelerated the spike protein.
In the UK there were a few reports of people having reactions to the jab if they recently had had Botox. It was advised to wait around 30 days between the COVID jab and Botox. If you Google it you should find some articles about it.

hi read this hope it helps
Are there any long haul headache sufferers on here? I’m 6 months in and all I have left are these awful pressure/tension headaches along with neck stiffness.
I’ve had a couple of 2 weeks breaks from them, but they’re pretty much constant. Some days it’s like there’s a baseline headache that gets worse then eases off again. Other days I feel very little. I’m currently on amitriptyline, but it only seems to work some days. CT booked for end of March as all avenues have been exhausted trying to find the root of the problem. Dr was reluctant as I don’t have any other worrying symptoms.
It would reassure me to hear from other long term headache suffers?
I've been having lots of headaches and neck aches. I did have a headache that lasted two months. Since then I have headaches several times a week and on and off during the day but often not bad enough to require pain relief.
Have you tried taking a low dose of aspirin?
What are the best supplements to take ? Heard Magnesium good but what kind ? Vitamin C and D , anything else ?
@lmkk Hi! I’m now into my sixth month of headaches. I’ve been on amitriptyline for most of that time and did manage a two week period on Feb where I came off the tablets and has no headaches. That lasted about two weeks until they came back. I’m booked in for an MRI next week, so hopefully it will be all clear. Dr still doesnt think it’s anything sinister, but it’s just precautions to rule everything out.
I haven’t tried aspirin, but I must look into it. How your headaches at the moment? Are they of the same intensity, but less frequent, or have the eased?

My headaches are much milder. I can have a few days of no headaches between each one now. I did have a bad one two week ago that lasted a day. My doctor did prescribe amitriptyline but I have so far held off taking anything other than ibuprofen. I find that the headaches are a sort of all over dull ache unlike the migraines I have always suffered with which tend to be very localised at the front. I have also noticed that my headaches can change location from one area of my head to another within minutes which I have never experienced in the migraines I used to get before my COVID jab. I hope your MRI can find out what's going on.

Just take Centrum multivitamin. It's got pretty much all the vitamins in that you need plus you can buy them tailored specifically to gender and age so you get better doses of what your body actually needs rather than having to take dozens of different pills day day. It has all the B vitamins, D, C, magnesium plus loads of other beneficial stuff.
If you are in the UK you can buy it from Boots if not speak to your local pharmacist.

@lmkk @andyl89 Same here. I continue to have headaches but they are less frequent but still intense (tough to ignore) and are different than my migraines. My headaches are also accompanied by neck pain and stiffness. It feels like my neck muscle contracts and then doesn't relax. The only thing I take is Motrin. Ice packs help a lot.
@lookingforanswers couldn't find link , and sleep no good gonna try melatonin ...how are you ? ..My gut no good either .
How are you doing ?
@tone I’m sorry you aren’t feeling better. I’m the same . Sleep and wake every couple hours, I think I got 5 or 6 hours total last night. How much sleep did you get? Burping after meals sometimes. I just don’t feel well at all. How is your heart doing?
