@margaret2022 the dizziness resolved in a few months. The headaches took close to a year (and I probably still have more headaches than I used to, but I also did used to have headaches fairly frequently, so I really can’t remember now). The source of the headaches, besides all over soreness inside, was that my eyes were not working together properly. Vision therapy and time helped that.
I had a hearing test fairly early on that showed no hearing loss, but it’s possible I’m more sensitive to loud noises now. I’m not sure, though, if that’s any indication about the severity or lack there of.
Thought I'd come back and give an update. Things are much better, but its sort of creeping up again. Not as bad as it was at first, but annoying. Nothing was ever found from tests and I honestly feel stress and anxiety may trigger the strange sensations. But also it seems to come out of nowhere sometimes. Still, not as bad as before, but really scared to get another shot. Overall, I guess I can say I'm ok for now, but still having a 99% on most days but some days I'm a 90 or and 80% that day. Lack of sleep and not eating seems to trigger it as well. Basically anything you'd do that would be detrimental to your health seems to trigger these sensations. I'll keep everyone posted as I try another round of doctor visits because I'm struggling at work with the brain fog and definitely suspect some cognitive struggles, especially with short term memory and I find myself always forgetting something I'm about to say in a conversation. I'm better on some days though. Coffee seems to be another trigger. Alcohol hits me harder faster so I pretty much stopped drinking. But yeah still new clue what it is.
@lookingforanswers I wake up with my arm asleep most nights. Lately, the pins and needles on my feet have been waking me up as well although its been netter the last couple of days.

- What's the best thing for GI issues ? Supplements, diet ? Anti-inflammatory or antihistamine?
@margaret2022 I’m so sorry you are going through this.
My issues were migraine/all over headache/stabbing pain in my forehead when I tried to read and dizziness. The problem with my eyes was that they weren’t focusing together properly up close. The main impact is the eye issue was that it was causing terrible headaches. I didn’t notice it otherwise.
Guys i took yesterday morning 10mg Cortison (Prednisolon)
and I tonight when I went to sleep, my muscle twitches in the legs were relly bad and then they went even up to my arms.
So sleeping was impossible and in the middle of the night I got a very hot flush (whis took around 40min, like the ones I had at start after the vacc)
then 20 min later I got a second hot flush (which also took for around 1 hour).
In the days before I had neraly no hot flushs anf if I had one, they took max 10 min.
What did happen? Wass it the Cortison which made my symptoms angry, was it just a relapse which makes symptoms again worse.
If anyone can help me or has an answer or same experience plase tell me.
I am 2 months after 1moderna.
@watis I’m glad the breathing and eyes are better, that’s good news. I agree the insomnia is horrible. I’m still suffering even with medicine . Still keep hoping and praying that we all get our sleep patterns back soon.
Thx Susie!
I am again suffering with horrible insomnia, no medicament helps. And also the twitching of muscles at night makes the insomnia far worse. I got only 1.2 hours the last 3 nights.
I feel horrible.

@tone, depends on the severity of the issues and what caused them. I would recommend chlorella as a start, it's easily available, just make sure to buy the type that says 'broken cell wall'. Solgar has good a product and walmart sells it relatively cheap online. Chlorella will help with toxicity coming through the gut and being reabsorbed. It mixes with the bile and allows for toxicity to be carried out.
I hope you feel better soon.
@watis oh I’m truly sorry, even with going to bed early you only got that little sleep? That is horrible. I slept and woke every couple hours but was able to sleep til 6:30 which is unusual. Maybe you can rest today during the day. ❤️🙏
@carym23 thank you for your reply. If I turn on my sides my arms fall asleeep. All of this is so scary.
@margaret2022 I’m so sorry to hear that you are suffering like many of us, but please know that we are here for you and we understand. It is draining mentally and physically but we all hope and pray that we recover soon. You can search things that you have and see what others have done and how they have gotten better. A lot of people are getting better. Unfortunately it takes time. Hang in there.
