I haven't been here in a while because of family circumstances. I had first astra zeneccaΒ  in Feb 2021 and second in May 2021, my symptoms have been similar to everyone else's here, dizziness, headaches, ear aches and ear fullness, neck and shoulder aches, tinnitus, gastric issues, joint pain, insomnia, brain fog, memory issues, tiredness, balance issues, anxiety, palpitations, depression etc etc. I hadn't driven since the first jab until recently. Today I am driving again, still getting some issues like anxiety, tinnitus, muzzy head and the occasional headache. I've tried just about every supplement mentioned on this forum but now I take nothing, none of it has worked. I try to eat a well balanced diet and drink plenty of water. My life changed around when my husband had a mini stroke, I just had to get on with things, he now depends on me, at least until he is well enough. I drive when I have to, I walk my dog twice a day. I am always tired and am ready for bed again from the moment I get up. I just plough through, I cannot focus on myself anymore, I have to just keep going and I think it's actually helping me to forget my own troubles. I am definitely better than I was say three months ago. I wish everyone well. Sending best wishes.

That great to hear . Did you have any numbnessΒ  ,tingling or nerve pain ? What issues have resolved and how long before improving? How are your GI issues and joint pain ? Percentage wise what would you say you are ?Β

What supplements did you take ?Β

@tone All of my issues are only recently improving, I first noticed I was no longer dizzy turning over in bed about three months ago, that was major for me. I still getting light headedness from time to time but nothing like before. My aches and pains are only noticeable after walking my dog. I still get neck ache on my right side which usually leads to a headache and lightheadedness. I didn't have numbness that I can recall but had a spongy feeling in my heels when walking but that's gone now. My body jerks at night have gone, I'm actually sleeping better but I am so tired anyway. I am not using my laptop so much and I think that has helped with my vision problems. I have tried ivermectin which worked great for a week until I stopped using it, too expensive to use often and I cannot get it in the UK. Glutathione, zeolite powder, pine needle tea, quercetin, zinc, magnesium, multi vits, coQ10, cbd oil, dramamine, cetirizine and other vits like d3, b2. I don't take any of these now, I was getting more dizzy after taking most of them. I'm not focussing on my symptoms like I was, I cannot, this is helping me. Best wishes.

@xray108 I understand exactly how you feel. I was not comfortable with these new vaccines. Worse part is my employer mandated and last minute dropped mandate......too late for me. I'm now riddled with issues that seem to be growing in number by the week after 1st Phizer shot. Trying to remain positive and keep going but these issues are a constant reminder of where I'm at. Whatever is happening is going to take time to heal - I'm 2.5 months out....hope all will heal by 1 year.Β

@tabby:Β  Glad to hear you are finally starting to feel better.Β  I'm just wondering how your tinnitus is now after a year.Β  I've reviewed many of your posts and I knw you've stated that you had some tinnitus before the vaccine.Β  Has it returned to baseline for you?Β  I got tinnitus from the vaccine and I am hopeful that it isn't permanent.Β  Thanks.

Update on my situation almost nine months after second Pfizer shot (never got the booster).
I'm at about 65-70 percent on most days.
Still have some minor heart palpitations and chest pressure but way less than half a year ago.
Numbness in left foot still there but has improved a lot.
Can workout again without the symptoms getting worse afterwards but have to be careful when pushing myself to the limit.
If I tried working out 2 months ago I would get extreme heart palpitations, very bad tingling in my left foot and a choking feeling down my throat.
Insomnia is better and I no longer have dizzy spells.
What worked for me was a heavy dose of Ibuprofen for 3 weeks (tapering down every week).
I tried this 3 times and this always resolved/improved some symptoms afterwards.
(Dizziness on the first time, most of the tingling and heart palpitations on the second and third time).
Won't do a fourth try though unless I get a bad relapse (harsh on the stomach).
I think I will completely recover but it'll take time.
I pray for the same outcome for everybody here on this informative thread!

Sounds like you could’ve benefited from a course of prednisone.Β

Personally, I think it's pathetic how uniformed, and almost disinterested, the US medical community seems to be about this stuff.

Or, or... they know all about it but are too scared to speak up (intimidation)

Wanting to keep their high-paying job is the other explanation (money)

Regardless of the possible explanation it really seems no one cares about us from , we are on our ownΒ

Medical profession workers are not stupid people, which strongly suggests to me that there's something nefarious afoot or at the very least willful ignorance to play defense for big pharma

Β

Β

Amen to that!

Anybody have stiff painful neck muscles that run from about the top of your back/shoulder area all the way up to the base of your skull? Β I’ve had that on my right side for about 3 months. Gives me a constant dull headache on the right side and I think may be contributing to my tinnitus. It’s very painful.Β

My uncle this same problem after his 3rd dose his went away after a month ..he just took Tylenol and Advil and went about his day. An example: this winter he did some ice fishing put up an ice hut..then it just went away.Β

@ksharky13 Yes I did have tinnitus before the vaccine but ENT found nothing wrong. It has returned to base but it is exacerbated by aspirin which I take quite often for headaches, for sure. I have learned to live with it, only really noticeable now in bed at night. I drown it out with delta wave sounds.😊

Eleven months after my second jab I am beginning to feel much better. Dizziness and migraine type headaches were my worse symptoms.Β  I no longer have days when I am too dizzy to get out of bed, I can walk out with my dog and not feel threatened by a dizzy spell although I still get some anxiety and get that derealisation feeling but I distract myself by drinking water or chewing gum, I always carry rescue pastilles with me and they help take my mind off my feelings, sort of placebo effect I think. I still get very tired but I try to plough through and try not to think about it. I'm driving again after a year, I thought I would have lost my confidence to drive but when you are in a situation where you have to drive, you just get on with it. There was a time when I thought I would never drive again. As mentioned I have tried many supplements and medication from my doctor, many of which made my symptoms worse, even multi vits made my dizziness worse so did ibuprofen. I think you just heal with time, good diet, exercise and by drinking plenty of water and mind over matter. I am not fully there yet but I am grateful for this improvement. Best wishes all.😊🙏

I’m currently sitting in emerge with my dad. He called me early last night asking for a ride to the hospital. He is having restless to legs muscle twitching and a painful sore back. He got his 3rd dose recently. He went exactly like this on his first jab. His first jab about 2 weeks later same thing restless legs, twitching, sore back and his bloodwork showed a drop in his hemoglobin (62) and his iron (3) he was severely anemic. There was no bleed anywhere his tests were negative. He ended up getting 2 blood transfusions that time and went on Iron tablets by mouth. Which he improved a lot. Symptoms all went away. He was advised to still get the second jab. Which he did and turned out fine no big issues. Come to 3rd jab. We are back at the same symptoms only this time his hemoglobin is at 124. His iron we won’t know for a week. It gets sent to a different hospital out of town. He definitely blames the vaccine. Well they did a full workout up on bloodwork only checking his CBC, iron profile, b12, renal, lytes, and extended lytes. Not a whole lot. Right now he’s getting an IV normal saline bolus of 1 litre over 2 hours. Just thought I’d share since the forum is about this vaccine. Man it’s so frustrating. I also heard of another male Β person in my town that suddenly got sore arms. It started off with shoulder pain on one side then both and now it’s right down both arms. He told me he couldn’t even wipe his kitchen table after a meal. It’s really sad to hear this. It really sickens me. I don’t know what to think anymore. I got issues myself I’m dealing with. God help us all.Β

Thanks for the reply.Β  I don't quite follow the "ice fishing" analogy though.

@j I just saw this post of your tremors. I only had my chest tremor and freezing at night a few times about a month or so ago. I am 9 months since 2nd vaccine and am wondering if I will ever get better. Hope you are getting some relief. My life is turned upside down.Β
