@heybro baking soda when you can’t sleep???

Yes.  You pinch baking soda between your thumb, index finger, and middle finger.  This equals 1/8th teaspoon.  You dissolve that in a glass of water.

It helps calm the gut.  It helps with autoimmune disorders and inflammation.

Please note: My symptoms are nerve pressure near my stomach/torso/side.  The extreme pressure wakes me up.  The baking soda stops the pressure in my gut.

However, baking soda alone will not cure this.  I am taking all of the other stuff as well.

  • @heybro I’m taking so many things right now, not sure if they help or not but I don’t feel any of them make it worse:
  • NAC
  • Alfa Lipoic Acid
  • Vit C, vit D3, vit B12
  • omega 3
  • curcumin
  • nigella satvia
  • magnesium
  • multi vit & mineral
  • fresh red or green tea

I have tried your list (except for nigella satvia) and none of them did anything.  We are all different as to what helps!

@plandistry: Jason, you mentioned that you are still taking Zeolite. I’ve read up on it after seeing a few people on here highly recommend it. What benefits do you feel it gives you and what symptoms has it helped with?  I’m thinking about trying it. Thanks.

@heybro  When did you take the pepsid and IV?

Took the Jab

Week 2: Side effects started

Week 3: Took Ivermectin and Pepcid.  I took pepcid for 3 days and Ivy for a week.

I took both again about two weeks later.

They cured me 80%.

Taking additional amounts of either do nothing for me now.

@shinexmonic sorry to hear that. Have you also had vestibular neuritis? I was not expecting the symptoms to last this long, particularly the anxiety. Physiotherapy helps, but I was sent far too late.

Full body cryotherapy helps some for sleep. It relaxes me and helps me sleep a little better.

@nath7

I had a few months being symptom free, but then in February the POTS returned. I’m now seeing a new cardiologist who has put me on Metoprolol. Surprisingly to me it’s working for the most part. So as of now I’m feeling mostly good.

How are you doing?

@chelsun I had a few months of symptoms very much calmed down  from February till may. Unfortunately i got a cold and it has seemed to kick the pots back into full gear!

I was hoping it will only last a little while but been a week now any recommendations to help with it? I’ve been on ivabradine to stop heart rate going to high have you been on beta blockers or did you stop them?

@kayc Hello, the ENT did the tests and everything went well, they associated it with a thyroid problem but I am not very sure about this

Anyone have any help for the constant insomnia? Have tried 10 mg melatonin.  I think gets me to sleep however I always wake every 2  to 2.5 hours ? It's time release . Sometimes can't get back to sleep if I do maybe another  hour or 2 ? On average 3 or 4 hours a night . Anyone have any ideas besides prescribed medication. Trying to stay natural route through all of this.
