@philroy Hi,

Hope you are feeling better. What is the link to the video?
Thanks

Hi yes I am feeling much better.  Except maybe I have memory issues as I forgot to put the video link…lol

Study and properties of Nigella Satvia for Covid and/or bad injury:

Interesting video.  Thanks for posting.  I am taking nigella sativa at the moment for my inflammation and sinus/respiratory issues triggered by the Pfizer vaccine.

I would like to share a good video discussing the medicinal properties of Nigella Satvia or Black Cumin.

it is very interesting and is a recommended supplement on the Covid Long haulers protocolaos reducing inflammation caused by spike protein.

it is very cheap, easy to find and is 100% natural. I have been taking it along with a heap of other stuff and am now 90% recovered from tingling, numbness and an occasional episode of brain fog.

This is good, in particular for reducing TNF-a cytokine. Curcumin and Dandelion root are also good for reducing several cytokines. Just have to be careful with herbals if taking any medications as they tend to have interaction with most medicines. which could result in getting more or less medicine than desired.

That's amazing!  I too am taking nigella sativa.  How much are you taking per day please?  I am taking 1/2 teaspoon a day, most was 1 tsp once.  My naturopath told me not to take too much cuz it's "potent stuff".

What else are you taking pls?

Hi, I am taking 2000mg of Nigella Satvia.  I believe you need to take high doses to see any real effect. It is potent which is maybe why it could work so well.

I am also taking the following:

NAC 1200mg day

ALA 1200mg day

Vit C 3000mg day

vit D3 with K2 1000mg day

Curcumin 1000mg day

Magnesium 1000mg day

omega 3 3000mg day

vit b12 1000micrograms day

high strength multivitamin & mineral 2 x day

drinking about 2-3 liters natural Chinese red or green tea per day

Dietwise, all vegetables, fruit, fresh fish, chicken, salads etc absolutely no fast or processed foods.

I’m not saying this is what has improved my symptoms necessarily as plain old time could be a major factor but right now I am not suffering anyway near as bad as I have been maybe 2 to 3 months ago…

Anyone have any help for the constant insomnia? Have tried 10 mg melatonin.  I think gets me to sleep however I always wake every 2  to 2.5 hours ? It's time release . Sometimes can't get back to sleep if I do maybe another  hour or 2 ? On average 3 or 4 hours a night . Anyone have any ideas besides prescribed medication. Trying to stay natural route through all of this.

Hi

have you tried massage? Or acupuncture? These natural remedies help with the parasympathetic nervous system. It has helped me. I started that DNRS program it’s helping me as well. I haven’t been doing it for a couple weeks though cuz my dads health kinda took a turn but things are better now. I suggest you try acupuncture and massages. I wanted to try cupping as well it’s suppose to help with the toxins in our body which is I think linked to this protein spike in our blood which is toxic to our cells. From what I have been reading the sad thing is for me I have to travel out of town to get any type of slEf care treatment there’s no certified or trained therapist in my small town. I wish you luck keep us updated if you do try it.

Hi I agree if you are taking any medication you must consult your doctor before taking high doses of any herbal supplement.

I personally am not taking any medication at present and am trying to detox by nature.

slso I forgot to put the video link to Drbeen’s presentation on Nigella Satvia:

@medee a lot have mentioned that they sti coming in due to the negative comments. This should be a forum of hope and support. We’re all scared and don’t know the outcome but have to try to remain positive and save the thoughts of despair for family and friends not other people going thru the same things

I was just sharing what I felt atm. But I understand what you mean.

@carym23 what were your symptoms I haven't posted in awhile. I had horrible dizziness vertigo balance issues chest pains and that in turn gave me anxiety and panic attacks.. they were extreme for 6 months then they started to break a little these last 2-3 months nothing has helped. I'm still not myself or ok.. all meds I've tried failed my doctors say it's anxiety I know it's not and have tried putting me on pills which made me have worse side effects... really at a stand still still can't work can only drive sometimes.. like my doctors say this is my new reality and even if it was the vaccine what can they do... 9 months later here I am still searching for help at 2am ..  it's ridiculous

I'm not carym but our situation is somewhat similar. I took also one pfizer vaccine last summer and been suffering since. And meds and doctors don't help. Through maybe you should visit doctor again because those chest issues?

There have been so many heart attracts after jabs so be careful. And yes this is ridiculous, jabs have destroyed our lifes and nobody can help really. Try not to worry about work etc your heath is number one now, take care.

@medee Inside my spine gets cold and recently my heart. I try to take a warm bath with Epsom salt and drink warm tea. I have anemia so sometimes I take iron pills and B-12 gummies. At night I sleep with a heating pad. I know it can feel scary a times because it’s not like putting on a jacket when we’re cold, but feeling cold from the inside.

Has it helped? For me, ot usually happens while I'm asleep. Now since it is turning hot, I don't know what exactly to do to make it better. But I've noticed once I wakeup, it subsides in a while

Yes ALA is Alpha Lipoic Acid.

yes I take these everyday spaced  out from breakfast until the evening. I think to detox something like the spike protein you need a high dose of antioxidant etc…

i have been taking them for oboist 5 weeks now and I will continue to take them for at least another month I think depending on how my symptoms feel.

And update. Well still struggling but my situation is stable. Positive is that headaches stopped and pin and needles are rare now. I guess just time and rest helped, hope it stays like this.

I am still really weak and other syptoms come and go. l am specially worried about vessels, really visible and weird blue. Some knowledge about this? And have you had success with vaccine detox methodies and supplements?

I guess rest of our lifes is going to be like this. I have been also really negative but l think we are allowed to feel that way. Maybe we should try keep this forum more positive and symptom centered though.

More free talking is needed without gashlighting, sheep memes doesnt help us. What about telegram group?

@tone

I had: Tachycardia, tinnitus, nausea, insomnia, dry mouth, fever, jerky movements, headache for longer than 2 months, skin burning sensation, dizziness, blurred vision, dry mouth. Currently only the tinnitus bothers me. Sometimes I feel dizzy but it's rare.

I've tried diets and various supplements and medications, but what seems to heal is time.

I don't know cases 100% but you can see here people recovering to 80...85... 90%. This is already a great improvement.
