The lioposomal glutothione was tri fortify watermelon (im told it tastes terrible if not flavored). The zinc was called Thorne and quercitin was vital nutrients. Those i was told to take at the same time. Im not sure the brand matters.Β
let me know how it goes. Lol my husband who doesnt believe in supplements told me - you have to post and help ppl.Β
Obviously im not a dr. and dont know your situation so do your research. Glutothione can have some side effects. I cut back on it a bit after 3 days once i felt much better.Β
Β
see my earlier post. Had same issue for 5 horrific weeks and was given a regimen that completely cleared it up. Im so grateful to feel better.Β
Report your symptoms to VAERs.Β
@ton-fr
So I was thinking I need to check my blood test. I was curious also. I took the zinc was 30 mg twice a day andΒ
Hi folks,
I'm curious if anyone else seems to have similar effects as me.
I went back to look at my calendar, and it seems like about a week after my second shot of Pfizer, my body would get this feeling of electricity in my legs and arms, and sometimes in my chest.Β But not internally, only in the muscle.Β Best I can describe it is that it felt like I had a low voltage car battery connected.Β I also felt slightly tense.
My doc would tell me this was just anxiety, but my breathing was perfectly fine, not elevated, not rushed.Β I had no tightness in the chest which I had felt in previous periods of high nerves.Β So I wasn't convinced with my doc's conclusion, which he arrived at within 30 seconds, having not even given it much thought.Β Never asked me if I got the vaccine either.
So here I am 4 weeks later, been taking valerian root and drinking chamomile tea, started exercising again, things seemed to be doing better, but feels like I still have some of it lingering around.
Β
I'm reading that some of this electric feeling is a symptom of actual covid, which would also include a reaction to the vaccine, so could I just have a very long reaction?Β Has anyone had similar?Β How long did it last?Β Did you do anything about it, or just wait it out?Β And did it finally pass fully?
Wow, good to hear that you are back to normal.
Yes, will have a look into the options.
thanks a lot π
This site is hard to post on. It cut off my other post. I dont know what my blood work was. Curious myself. But i felt so much better I didn't care.Β
I took 30 mg zinc (1 pill twice a day) 250 mg quercitin (1 pill twice a day) the taken together. Plus the glutothione.Β
Β
yes im completely better. Honestly i cant believe it because I felt so bad i thought I would never get better. Β I know it was from the vaccine. Went in feeling great. Afterwards it was all down hill.Β
Has anyone that has received any of the new Covid Vaccines, did you experience any increased dizziness or other symptoms?
I received my 2nd Moderna shot on March 28th and on April 20th I had my first bout of vertigo ever and I am 47 years old.Β I was unable to get out of bed on my own.Β I spent two days with extreme vertigo and then over the next few days it improved.Β I still have days where I feel a bit off but today I woke up and was off balance, felt like I was leaning to my left side.Β I laid back down thinking I was just still groggy but after about an hour of laying down I tried to get up and have full blown vertigo again.Β I am terrified that I will be plagued with this the rest of my life.Β I feel 100% confident that this is a side effect of the covid vaccine.Β I am feeling hopeless and just hope that someone has some good news for me.Β
Hi and welcome, Maybe you will find some good news in what is shared here. You've come to a place where many have a very similar experience to yours, myself included. It seems fairly common that we have recovery, then times of relapse, but then an overall gradual lessening of symptoms as time goes on. It seems to tend to be an up and down course. There seems to be a wide variety of recovering times - some in days, others in weeks, some still in recovery after a couple of months. There doesn't seem to be a way of predicting what the timeframe will be. But, based on a lot of others' reports, I have continued to hope for a good outcome in spite of having better, then worse times, then better once again. I hope you can too! I'm sorry you have need to be here, but thank you for coming and sharing. We here are in this thing, together! 😏🙏
you need to report it to VAERS. Itβs not difficult to do on the site.Β
I dont know if the vaccine would be pulled. They dont have an issue with collateral damage.Β
I never took the vaccine so have noting to report but I hope those who did and are now having issues, did report it.Β Β

"While supplements may be appropriate for some people, they may not be safe for everyone, and they could interact with other medications a person is taking.
Speak with a doctor before starting glutathione supplementation to determine whether it will be safe or effective."
I'm concerned that in the posting of this advice to use these supplements it's been shared "I'm leaving the doctor out of this"
Please do check with your own doctor.
This publication is about quercitin
The following site shows a list of foods that increase antioxidants and glutathione levels in the body naturally. Some of these foods are: strawberries, blueberries, cabbage, sprouts, brocolli, mushrooms, onions, spinach, garlic, turmeric, cumin, peppermint, paprika, beets, carrots, tomatoes, nuts, fish, meats, poultry. I'm not suggesting that the supplement glutathione doesn't work, I wouldn't know, just suggesting an alternative if you are as nervous as I am about taking supplements..
