hi. I didnt have sinus pressure or a typical headache. I had a lightheaded, sort of dizzy, like my head was on a boat feeling. I felt my head would not stop whirring. Almost like magnets pulling my head in different directions. The room was not spinning but it felt like a lot of movement in my head. Β I felt awful. Β Ugh even thinking about it gives me PTSD. Im so grateful to finally feel better. Β
@teresawarren40 Thank you so much for you helpful posts but how did you gather data regarding 4 week recovery time? Just curious?
I wish we had a signature option in this forum to list our symptoms
For me headache started 5 days after the 1st shot, then chills, then dizziness, then brain fog, clogged ears and dizziness for the last 4 days, I will be updating my progress
How many people drink lots of coffee here?
I noticed yesterday that once I have caffeine it makes everything 100000 times worse, I will stop drinking it and see what happens.
Had AZ last Saturday.

still not quite right after it. Have had the standard side effects, plus crushing chest tightness and heartburn like chest uncomfortableness on top of dizzy episodes every now and then. No problems breathing and no sore limbs. Just dizzy ness and tight chest coming and going around a week after first jab 😩

A real medical doctor. It helped me. It was nothing short of miraculous to go from miserable to back to normal. I admit I am still a bit tired though (which could be my low vitamin D)Β
Hi everyone, so glad I found this forum! 32yo male, got my first dose of Pfizer and 9 days later started experiencing pretty intense tinnitus in one ear, and then lots of dizziness and vertigo just when sitting in front of the TV or computer. I've never experienced anything like this before. I've been having these symptoms for 6 days going on 7 now, and the intensity hasn't diminished.Β
Going to see my doctor on Monday but pretty worried, will all these symptoms dissipate? Any tips that could help?
Thanks!
Just wanted to add a few more details. Getting up and walking around actually does seem to help alleviate the symptoms a little bit, but nonetheless this is pretty debilitating as I have to work on a computer all day and don't feel as if I can right now.
Also have a really weird taste in my mouth and loss of appetite, anyone else have this??
Thanks again, it's at least a bit of a relief to know I'm not alone in this π
@vespinosa925 How much Ibuprofen did he give you and how long did you take it? And how often?
@jasonedwarda Are you using a sound machine to sleep? I heard it helps a lot, especially with white noise and stuff.
@nannymac I am at week 12, and I am still dizzy, have thumping and ringing in my ears and have heavy head.
