@tabby yes I have but then my sleep has been very disturbed since having the 2nd pfizer shot and I have also had nightmares which likely doesn't help. I think my quality of sleep I have had has been poor due to the nightmares.Β

Our bodies and minds must be exhausted after the reactions we have had from the vaccine.Β

I'm trying to get out for a walk daily, stay as active as I can and trying to relax, which having my dog Poppy helps with.Β

Still doing my fruit and veg smoothies too - finding them a bit boring now but hey makes me feel I'm doing something to help myself - but when I'm better I'm celebrating with a junk food fiesta! Lol

Β Speedy recovery xx

Hi Rachie, Yes my sleep isn't a sound sleep, I get weird dreams and sometimes wake up with a fast pulse. It's sort of feels like I felt when I took and antihistamine, drowsy and sleepy. Hopefully it will pass. Good thing you've still got a sense of humour after going through all of this. I might join you in that fiesta lol. 🍸😁

Early this morning I was having weird half-awake dreams about research articles about what's going on with our mitochondria and other body stuff as a result of these Covid vaccinations. Being half awake, I was nodding to myself about the fact that I was in fact truly awake, these were real ongoing studies, and I was struggling to understand the import of the topic as relates to our symptomatology.

I slowly awoke and realized it WAS a dream! Oh well, maybe someday they'll get around to this kind of research ...in the meantime, I can dream! LOL 😂

Hi , I just read an interesting article which said "We know that all vaccines can occasionally trigger ME/CFS (chronic fatigue syndrome) or exacerbate existing symptoms". (meassociation.org.uk). Well I didn't know that, mmmm! Guess what the symptoms of CFS are:

sleep problems;

muscle or joint pain;

headaches sore throat or sore glands that are not swollen;

problems thinking, remembering or concentrating;

flu like symptoms;

feeling dizzyΒ  or sick;

fast or irregular headrtbeats:

Sounds familiar? I can say yes to all of the above since having the jabs.

Hmmm... Well, since I started with all this business post-vaccine, I've been telling my doctors that I've had mysterious mild sore throat and sore glands episodes every 2-8 weeks ever since an undefined Viral Infection (not Strep, not Flu A or B) March 2020, that now I'll probably never know if it was Covid infection, or not. These are happening in cycles to this day. Not severe stuff, so I never went to the doctor with it. I got my Covid-19 IgG tested recently with negative results to check for past Covid infection, but it's probably been too long for it to show positive now.

I wonder what blood tests would be used for this?Β

Well, I was wondering what I could research next... 😏

I can admit to varying degrees of these symptoms, but I'm not ready to submit to being branded with this diagnosis (no Mooo! 😅)

If I deserve this branding, then I want it in washable ink - hoping it'll be a temporary post-Covid or post-CovieVaccine syndrome! How do you like them cookies?!! 🥠🥠🥠 🤣

Hey guys! I've got a name for a new symptom!!

"Brain-Frog"

🧠-🐸

It's when your thoughts leap randomly from one idea to another unexpectedly, in rapid-fire fashion.

Just remember where you heard it first! LOL 🤣🤣🤣🤣

I DOOO think my (warped) sense of humour is returning! Yes, ....I'll try to have mercy on you! 🙃

LOL, You're right ...it isn't new! And it is sad and really frustrating to be wrestling with. 😕

But having identified it with this naming, I found the picture in my head hilarious. And for myself, I've found chuckles can sometimes prove therapeutic. 😄

Sometimes I find it hard to distinguish between brain fog and dizziness, like I can't tell if I have brain fog and dizziness or just brain fog.

This is what I found helpful with brain fog - activity, sleeping, chilling and just sitting and staring at the screen makes it worse, being active helps.

@daisy hello! my situation differs from yours in that i have never suffered with arthritis or any joint issues however since having the vaccine (31/12/20) i have had pain in all areas you've described and more. most notably in my thighs, my toes, my arms and my back. haven't taken anything for the pain or found a remedy yet but for me, the pain seems to last less than a week each time and move onto something else. my doctor finds reassurance in the fleeting nature of these symptomsΒ

@rachie Update - I have an appointment withΒ  the private dr I mentioned before to discuss ivermectin treatment. He is Dr Nyjon Eccles and I got his details from a listΒ  off the FLCC posted on this forum. They had a cancellation so have been able to bring my appointment forward to this Thursday 24th June at 9.45am.

Hello,

I too have an appointment tomorrow, at 1:30 with Dr. Akey to discuss ivermectin treatment.Β  I got her details from the FLCC list as well...I will let you know how it goes...

On a side note: My husband was doing his daily walking routine this morning.Β  Bumped into a neighbor of ours and she too has the ringing in the ears and ear pressure from the Moderna vaccine...

Thank you! The "they" I was referring to wasn't you two; I figured you could tolerate me crashing the party 🎉 ...it was the vaccination enforcers...

Hey, I've got a recent negative Covie test I could show ...so, mebbe They'd consider accepting that... just don't think I'd be up to swimming that pond... 🤨

@gingerjones

That's great news that you have an appt with the Dr from the Flcc list here's hoping both our Dr's help us recover.

So your neighbour has dizziness etc too since the vaccine? So many of us it's so sad. But here's hoping we all have a speedy recovery and can share our recovery stories here x

Here's a funny article...bearing in mind that all our accounts here would come under this same "diagnosis"...
