@rachie absolutely! Very helpful indeed. Iโ€™m on day 6 of the supplements and following an anti inflammatory diet and I feel 60% better now and left the house for the first time in 14 days today to go for a walk so obviously supplements are working. This has given me a reality check about what food Iโ€™ve been eating or not eating enough of for sure. Anyway thank you for sharing and best of luck with the Ivermectin 🙏🏼X

Hi LadyD, so happy for you that you are beginning to feel the benefit of your anti-inflammatory diet and supplements. I too have been on an anti-inflammatory diet for a couple of weeks, and after three very tiring days, possibly due to detox, today I feel much better, no tiredness, no dizziness, but I'm treading carefully. I've even been thinking about taking a short break if things progress. Hope you continue to improve.🙏😊

I felt well enough to drive my son to a medical appointment yesterday, barely. It took every bit of resources I could muster and left me very depleted, continuing into today. This was 10 days after feeling like I'd lapsed to square one after 3+ months of these issues.

During that 10 days I did a second 6-day Medrol taper. Crazy highs and lows and I don't know what's next. It at least bought me some temporary recovery while I wait for MRI next week, which was my ENT's intentions.

But doing the steroid is a difficult ride for me with the pronounced effects it gives me, physically, mentally and emotionally, so I'm not sure I want to do that anymore in the future. Others have said they felt very little effect from steroids, intended therapeutics and/or side effects, but I have a long history of overreacting to influences on my body. In fact, that's why I arrived here! 🤨🙏

Good for you for making that journey, that's progress in my book.🙏😊

@thenystagmusย  exactly I wonder how many people who have stocked up thier medicine cupboards with ivermectin intended for animal use. I don't know if the are exactly the sameย  drug or if the have added ingredients specifically for animal use. Best to be safe and anyway I don't like the idea of taking ivermectin as a paste meant for horses - even though sister's horse loved the stuff when she used to have it as part of her worming treatment.

ย

According to my veterinarian, some drugs given to animals are the exact same thing given to humans; some are not--it depends on the drug in question.ย  Meds for animals have a disclaimer on the label stating "for veterinary use only".ย  I am thinking that there is a law which requires this-not that the disclaimer necessarily stops some people from using veterinary drugs on themselves.

Since this is my birthmonth when I tend to get reflective, I'm rereading poetry I wrote once upon a time. One poem reminds me of the friendship and support enjoyed here. Most of my poems are heavy with love language for my Lord, but this one is lighter, with a slight petition to Him at the end. If that would be offensive to you I hope you feel free to skip it, and even tell me you wish I hadn't done this. I'm sending this as a pic, so it may not even work.

Same here, I have been getting mild episodes of dizziness since I got the first shot of Moderna about 3 week ago. I am getting my second shot on 2-July-2021.ย  I did not have this before the shot.ย  Has anyone gotten better after the second one?ย  Or did this eventually go away?

ย

Thanks,

JC

@danb This combo seems to be the consensus from long-haul clinics. Meeting with my doctor about this next week.ย

Thanks Rachie, glad you enjoyed ...and I chose a conversational one, instead of some of my fantastical metaphorical ones. 😲 (Maybe I'll save those for whilst on our celebratory unicorn ride! LOL 😂)

I've read this on several different occasions. I wish I understood this embedded information, but every time I read it I fail to understand how the author intends this to be comprehended:

"Furthermore, it is likely that delayed treatment (with ivermectin) in the early symptomatic phase will result in a high viral load, which increases the risk and severity of LHCS."

If anyone has clues about what is meant by this in context of this recommendation, I'd be interested in hearing them.

Does anyone notice an increase in intensity of brain fog when you go out in public? It is mostly manageable at home

I noticed this as well! I've been getting better (except for the last 2 days where the symptoms all of a sudden got worse). It gets worse as soon as I step outside and am exposed to all the stimuli that were not present when I am indoors. I think that's what's making it worse -- the stimuli. I also live in NYC so there is a lot more going around as soon as I step out. How have you been recovering? I saw a post from a couple of weeks ago where you said you were at or almost at 100%?
