@axteller Thanks for sharing your inspirational story! I'm curious, after first taking the vitamin cocktail, did you feel worse before you felt better? After reading your post, I took the 4 vitamins from Thorne in the evening but one of them triggered my symptoms and I woke up in the morning feeling groggier than before.Β

Does anyone still have some gastro intestinal issues even after 3 weeks?

@dizzydame - I'm sorry to hear that. I did not have the same experience after taking the vitamins for the first time but I will say it wasn't instant relief after the first round. By day two I was feeling much better and haven't had any adverse side effects from the vitamin cocktail. Keep us in the loop and I've got my fingers crossed for you.

@dizzydame the same happened to me. In my case, I'm almost certain it was the quercetin =(

Okay, I'm sorry to hear that. I hope our conditions improve once our histamine levels drop over time.Β

@mexvaxed I'm sorry to hear that! I believe it was the quercetin for me too. What did you do? Did you continue taking the vitamin c, zinc, and glutathione without the quercetin?

@johnson2021 Β

Hi Johnson, I don't see a link for Dr Kats' info re niacin... can you please post it or send it again? I've been looking but I think so much is censured... Thank you!

@dizzydame I stopped taking them all. Took glutathione at noon (everything was ok). Took quercetin + vitamins after dinner and after an hour I started feeling groggy as you perfectly described it, I went to sleep and in the morning I felt the same. I took it again, Β I just wanted to confirm it was the pills and I started feeling it again. After about 6hrs I felt ok (as I was feeling prior taking them), then I decided to stop taking them.

The only supplements that I believed have helped me are the ones posted previously from a reddit user (I don't remember who posted them or which page). It's weird because I took the joint supplement (didn't take turmeric, nor fish oil) and got relief of my brain fog/dizziness, I still don't see much results in joint pain (hopefully soon). I only took the glucosamine/chondroitin/MSM and I did feel a difference in 1-2 days. Apart from that, I felt a difference when drinking half a bottle of electrolytes in the morning and the other half at night (also the recommended water intake). Bear in mind that I'm on the way out of my symptoms, hence, it could be just that time has passed for my symptoms to subside.Β

Hope that helps.

@mexvaxed thanks so much for the helping hand! I will look into the reddit post; I've been adding turmeric to anti-inflammatory smoothies. After reading your post, I've decided to resume my original vitamin regimen: zinc with vitamin C, b-100, calcium, and vitamin D. Who's to say if they're helping, but they aren't triggering my symptoms, so I guess I'll stick with them. My doc recommended I get these vitamins naturally from certain foods, but one can only eat so much salmon. I'm drinking about a gallon of water a day, and I think that's helping -- thanks for the tip about the electrolytes. I too wonder if all our treatments are helping or if it's simply time. Maybe a combo of the two. Hope your symptoms magically disappear very soon.

So happy i found this forumI had my second Phyzer shot on July 17 th. No side effects until recently
I have a tingling feeling from my shoulders into my neck and into my temple. I see a few people posting about tingling sensations in their bodies. I would describe mine as being a crawling sensation. It is becoming more frequent and more intense. I will wait and see what else develops before i seek help

@ethan318 It's only been a week now. Β I had a set back yesterday when I drank coffee. Β I rarely drink it and only had a small. Β I wish I had read this whole forum. My symptoms were horrible. Β I took the 5-HTP right away and today I'm much better. Β The 5-HTP definitely makes me feel better, but I plan to try the Zinc/Vit C/Quericitin/Glutathione combo they talk about tomorrow. Β A lot of people said it worked for them so I'd like to try. Β I will stop the 5-HTP for a week while I try the new regime. Β If it doesn't work, I will return to the 5-HTP. Β I will let you know how it turns out.

Also Canadian, my symptoms are not as severe as other's but I am definitely struggling with brain fog occasionally, I has a long period of time where I thought I was out of the woods but stress and weather caused me to relapse again. brain fog currently is my only symptom that comes and goes.

I tried this combo and it did nothing for me, in fact I feel like it made me feel a bit worse. 5 HTP I used to take before and never felt any different but maybe I will try it again.

Debating on getting my second dose.Β

Got 1st dose 5/11. Positive with covid 5/13. 5/13-5/20 I had basic upper respiratory symptoms. 5/21-6/3 I all of sudden had nausea, loss of appetite, body tremors, dizziness, and extreme anxiety. I had one dr mentioned the vaccine being the culprit to all of these issues. No other dr has mentioned it. It’s been 3 months since my first dose and having covid. My dr has cleared me to get the second dose but I’m scared shitless. I’ve read people getting better after the second, but also people getting worse. Any advice?
