@dizzyfromvaccine

My son is having the exact same issues that you are having and I need to get him some medical treatment.  I know that not everybody reacts the same way to treatment, but I was wondering what type of doctor did you see?  He has seen his primary doctor and like everyone else on this forum, he's just prescribed steroids.  I would appreciate any advise that you could give me.

@pfizervictim it's amazing i use the same words with my wife when i lose hope or when i'm afraid i have a brain tumor she always tells me i'm gonna be okay i'm healthy and improves from week to week. That if it were serious things would necessarily have gotten worse ... It is important to be surrounded in this ordeal because falls and relapses are very trying

@pfizervictim I think our support network, those closest to us play a more significant role in our recovery than anything else.

I agree with you wholeheartedly as I would probably go mad without my partner. No doctor and no pill can ever even come close.

@heybro Hi. Sorry I haven’t been in in a couple of weeks. I’m not a doctor or medically trained just giving you info on what I think helps. A lot of people are recovering in a few months. Some take more. I’m doing way better now, week ten. There are definitely things you can do to help while waiting. I did the lyposomal-glutathione 6 tsp/ day for 5 days and then reduced to 2 tsps/day for the last two weeks to help detox. I used zinc 25mg twice a day for 5 days then once a day for two weeks to repair cells. I took lyposomal-Vit C 1000 mg per day for helping the immune system and repairing cells. Careful not to get the stuff with biflavoids (fruit added). It would normally be good, but not when you have histamine in your body causing inflammation. Get pure Vit C. I also took L-Quercetine to repair capillary damage. The L- type has way more absorption. The Quercetine really took care of the tingling in my finger tips and toes. The biggest thing that help my pain and swelling in my arms, legs and head was reducing my histamine. I avoided all histamine foods citrus fruits (strawberries, oranges, lemons, pineapple, etc) blueberries, apples and peaches are ok. Bananas also cause histamine to be released. Avoid dairy products such as cheese, yogourt, ice cream, chocolate, etc) Straight milk in small quantities ok, but not too much. Avoid processed meat such as sausages, bacon, pepperoni; eat fresh meat only steak, chicken, hamburger, some fish. Avoid all shellfish and sardines. Avoid canned food. Avoid spinach, fresh iceberg lettuce ok. Bread in small quantity,  avoid sourdough bread. All contain histamine. Avoid alcohol especially wine and beer. Most alcohol will release histamine. Avoid sugar at all costs. Really bad for your inflammation. Do not take Vit B12. It’s normally good for the brain, but it releases histamine as well. Had four horrible days with that Vit. Those with swelling in the head (headaches, dizziness and naseau) avoid histamine as well. Do not touch caffeine; it will really put you in a tailspin. Avoid MSG and aspartame too. Avoid anything that taxes your brain gaming, movies, videos any moving screen for at least a couple of weeks. Reading your computer screen should be ok but no video when video conferencing. If talking on phone do not multi tasking. Driving is a multi task function so try to be the passenger until the headaches and dizziness reduces. You will feel the days when the swelling in the brain reduces because you won’t feel the pressure and floating feeling. Sleep repairs your body so try to sleep as much as you can. When you have stressful events which is almost everyday the first few weeks, cry. Stress releases cortisol and histamine in your body; both are bad. Crying clears both in your tears. If the pain from inflammation gets too bad in arms or legs use 5-HTP. Its basically the precursor to serotonin. It’s nice to take one before bed because it normally get worse as the day goes in. 5-HTP will help with sleeping too and improves your mood. I only take when needed. I am now regaining the strength in both arms. I’m able to carry my bike up the stairs again after biking. My tingling and numbness only happens when I mess up and eat histamine foods. My dizziness is mostly gone. I’m still avoiding moving screens for a little bit longer until I’m sure. My doctor assured me I would get better. It’s just hard to believe in the first few weeks because it’s so bad. I did break down and ask for steroids, dexamethasone.  I got 5 days worth (1/day). I stopped at day 4. They didn’t help me at all. Just hang in there. Try some of the things I mentioned and hopefully it helps.

@ohjason I’m in Canada so it will probably take six months to a year to get a neurologists; especially in the East Coast. It makes no difference if you have insurance, you aren’t allowed to jump the que. It takes a couple of weeks just to get any doctor appointment and you would never get any scans (CT, MRI, etc) unless seeing the specialist. You get a blood and urine test and that’s about it. It’s not actually a waste; as the autoimmune symptoms will show up as foam in your urine; from the excess protein, unless you have a kidney issue. You may also see your bladder cells shedding as well. The blood test were to determine if I was the “autoimmune immune response”or the “clotting problem”. Being O blood type and female and taking Pfizer I figured it was going to be autoimmune. The O blood type is great to avoid flus and colds but terrible for vaccine response.  I’m a pilot, so unfortunately I will need the neurologist consult if I’m going to be able to fly again. I will be grounded for a while. 🙁 I’m certain I had a few things going on in my body. Definitely inflammation (brain swelling) in my head and inflammation in my body. I could feel the pressure in my head. I could actually feel which areas of my skull were being pressed against. Just above the ears, the area of the brain that handles temp changes and fine touch. That’s probably why the numbness. FYI you guys are right about feeling more pressure when weather changes (temperature). When you have swelling it’s hard for your ears to clear and it causes your symptoms to be worse; similar to the pressure headaches migraine sufferers feel or those with sinus issues. The low histamine diet is kicking this swelling problem and the no moving screens and reduced multi tasking. From the Quercetine helping my tingling in my fingertips and toes, I’m certain that I was dealing with capillary damage too. The only time I had the muscle twitching and heart racing was my caffeine episode. Luckily I don’t drink coffee so that was short lived. The dizziness and headaches are my worst problem to face. Since reducing my histamine it hadn’t been a problem for a little bit. If I get into the specialist early or figure anything else out I’ll let you know. I bet the people that are having anxiety issues and rapid heartbeat have swelling in the base of your brain where your “flight or flight response” comes from. I’m not a doctor or medically trained but I am a speed reader and as long as I’m not ingesting Vit B12, causing my brain to slow, I have mostly 100 percent retention. I’ve been reading for two months straight. I know I had to have the vaccine for work but it’s really hard to deal the results of the vaccine. My doctor assures me COVID is worse. I am certain I am not getting the booster; twos enough for me. With this immune system response  I think I’ll take my chances.

@aishara I’m from Canada too. They gave me beta histamine too but didn’t help. Steroids didn’t help me either.  Try a low histamine diet. That seemed to help me. Take care

@sara123 Hi Sarah,

I had the same symptoms and they are starting to get better....I think Acupuncture is very helpful for this condition- I have been going once a week since my vax....the dizziness is just starting to get better....3 weeks and 2 days after 1st shot.

There is not just histamine.. reducing food that contain histamine and eating food that are antihistamine helps.. but there are leukotrienes also. Thats why I think you need try with pills I talk about. Singulair 10mg pills are antiallergy pills.. but they do not work like other antialergy pills. They stop leukotrienes..

Hello all, I found this forum when I was desperately searching my side effects on google since my doctors have not been helping me and I am so relieved to see that I am not alone.

My story: I got the first shot of pfizer in June and had no side effects for weeks. I thought I was in the clear. Then one night I woke up with my heart beating out of my chest and insane dizziness. I felt like everything was a dream and my brain fog was so bad I couldn't remember where I was. My husband rushed me to ER and I had blood work and CT scan done (they were worried I was having a stroke) but found nothing. Apparently I was in perfect health and was told it was just an anxiety attack. I believed them and went home, even though I have never had an attack like that in my life. A couple weeks past and I felt a little better (still with some brain fog and weakness) and got my second shot in July. Once again I had zero side effects until exactly one week later I had the exact same attack. Though this time there was chest pain with the rapid heartbeat and trouble breathing. I kept fainting and the world around me did not seem real. I couldn't remember my parents (who I was visiting) or whose house I was in. I went to the ER SEVEN TIMES in the course of two weeks. And everyone said I was healthy and it was all in my head. It is now over a month later and I still feel incredibly weak, horrible brain fog, dizzy, nothing feels real, dissociated, memory loss, and heart palpitations. I'm only 30 and was incredibly healthy before. I was so strict with my health (diet and excersize). I've been off work for a month and I miss it dearly. I have been staying with my family since I can no longer care for myself. I miss my old self.

I'm currently taking vit D3, C, Magnesium, Omega 3s, and turmeric. I have specialist appointments coming up for my heart and brain. But they are pretty confident that they will not find anything.

I just want to be healthy again!

@twoo @susanfeuerstein

Thank you so much for sharing your experiences. I am desperately trying to help a loved one suffering with these terrible symptoms.

Would it be possible to find out the brands you bought for the Resveratrol 500mg and Lipoic Acid 600mg please?

Or can anyone else within this community please recommend which one worked for you?

I am searching online also.

Thank you all ❤️

@deborah hi Deborah, hope you’re still here and on the path to full recovery. I had the same blood work reading; can you please share what helped you bring down and up your levels of homocystein and folic acid respectively? I have had all the symtptoms including cognitive issues, memory fog etc etc
