@darius-m I’m two weeks in and have the same problem. I had one shot of Moderna. I also have tingling and twitching in my legs and other issues. Do you have any of that? Do you feel like you’re getting better at all? I was extremely healthy before the shot I run three days a week and lift weights I’m a former nationally ranked Olympic weightlifter. This has rocked my world

I’m wondering if the ingredients in the vaccine have toxins. Just looking at symptoms doesn’t get to the root of the problem. I’ve read about the “ingredients” of the Moderna shot and I question it’s safety. All I know is that there is something wrong with it. I’m two weeks out and neurological symptoms vex me.

@twitch I still have some eye issues (clicking sound when eyes moving down and then up, mild temporary double vision in the mornings, a few floaters remain). I did have eye twitches and 'slow' vision but they seem to have calmed down. I also have some jaw issues - clicking, pain, grinding sound sometimes, etc but not as bad as last month. All other symptoms seem to have lessened - pins and needles which I had in my arms and feet, twitching around the face and other areas of the body, fatigue, gastro symptoms, etc. I still get the occasional twitch but it's not often and it's now surprising when it happens. There was a stage where it was happening that much it became the new normal for a short while.

@psargie alright thanks! Yeah it's really annoying that I feel fine for the most part, but as soon as I try to do something that my symptoms come back. I'm close to 12 weeks and have improved alot, so hopefully these remaining symptoms will also disappear within the next month.

@pfizervictim Fingers crossed!! I found the same, I was ok at home and taking it easy but doing something became an effort and made me feel worse. Just wait it out a few more weeks and hopefully all will be much better!

@kashyap03 I’ve been feeling anxiety and panic 1 month after the first shot. I only got a few panic attacks but it was really bad. It’s been three months I’m dealing with this. What made things confusing was that my heart rate would race if I stand or do anything, and I knew I wasn’t anxious or panicking in the moment. Only months after I realized I had postural tachycardia or tachycardia and  anxiety as separate symptoms from this vaccine, so if I’m not anxious I’d have a high heart rate sometimes or after a panic attack it will take really long for my heart rate to come down. With regards to the racing thoughts, I noticed that the anxious feeling in my stomach and all over my body would randomly appear and that causes the racing thoughts, and as the feelings go away my mind goes back to normal as if a switched was turned off. That’s when I knew it has to be some sort of inflammation, this is not normal anxiety.

This is my first post so not even sure if I’m doing this right??  Anyway, I got my first P vax 6 weeks ago. I had pretty intense headache, brain fog, lightheaded and buzzing in my brain ( I thought there was a construction crew in my brain!) I also experienced neuropathy in my legs and horrible almost debilitating anxiety about getting the shot! Before I go further into what I am experiencing now… A little history on me…..nine years ago I was all of a sudden struck with chronic dizziness, not the spinning kind but the rocking boat kind. I went to every Doc and specialist imaginable and had every scan, MRI, test and bloodwork you can think of. Every test came out normal (which was a good thing) but still no answers. I had unusual symptoms which was characteristic of Disembarkment syndrome (MdDS). You can google it. When I was in motion either driving a car or riding a bike I got relief from my rocking.  MdDS is usually triggered by a motion event such as a ship cruise. Mine came on spontaneously, which can also happen.  I “think” a very stressful event at the time triggered it for me?  One ENT agreed with me that I has MdDS symptoms but felt it was central brain vertigo and that it would take years to go away. He was right… it took 5 years to mostly get better!!  Then I had a severe reaction to the antibiotic “cipro” (google fluoroquinoline toxicity) 4 years ago which is way too long to go into but gave me system wide damage. Took me 3-4 years to “mostly” recover.  Now to the present day…after a few days of initial side effects that I spoke about above I felt pretty good. Then about 2 weeks ago I started getting on going dizziness but mostly when I am in a car driving or as a passenger. This is opposite of the dizziness I experienced during my first episode nine years ago. I also get some head pressure and fullness in my ears. I truly believe that my brain and or vestibular system got very inflamed or had an intense reaction to the vaccine??  I remember actually feeling the heat/inflammation in my brain for 2-3 days after the vax!  Very strange feeling!  I was shaking in my pants when I got the vaccine from intense fear of getting the vax after having had a severe drug reaction to cipro that literally turned my life upside down. I am wondering if my intense anxiety OR the vax brought on my vertigo??  Have any of you gotten most of your dizzy symptoms mainly when driving??  Any positive, hopeful stories on vertigo/dizziness finally subsiding or going away??  How long??  Any helpful tips or encouragement is MUCH appreciated!!  Hope you are all improving and healing. 🙏🏻❤️

@twitch I am 6 months out from 1 dose of moderna. Insomnia and anxiety have improved. T is lower but still here. Wondering if it is permanent. I have learned to cope with it somewhat. Floaters in eyes are still the same and just as much annoying and look like they are usually permanent. Doctors usually write off floaters as a nuisance, annoyance, and something one should get used to. Let me tell you that they are not!! They can just be as much debilitating as any other health issue! I would rather take a broken arm over these damn floaters! And the prospects of permanence, make it worse, mentally.

@callie Your side-effects are very much similar to mine! I had Moderna's one and only shot on March 19th. Severe insomnia starting the 2nd night, panic attacks and anxiety, tinnitus 3-4 weeks later, and floaters 10-12 weeks after vax. Insomnia is finally better at the 6-month mark. It took over 4 months for me to see any improvement. Panic attacks lasted for a few weeks initially. Anxiety for months and that is finally gone. Tinnitus is still here, not as loud as first few weeks, but still here especially at night, louder in AM. Floaters are the worst. I had some eye pain, poor night vision and that has improved a bit. I also had a little bit of postural dizziness first 2 months, that I think has resolved and hypnic jerks that lasted for a couple of weeks during peak insomnia. Overall, it has been a nightmare. Regret getting the vax.

@psargie @psargie thanks for sharing your experiences. Can you please explain what you meant by "a few floaters remain"? Did they go away/disappear for you??!!! From what I have read they are usually permanent. Can you describe your floaters and did you see them all the time? I have these long dotted worm-like long floaters, one long strand in each eye and then a lot of small ones, but also a lot of cobweb/smoky stuff that keeps darting back and forth in my line of vision. If yours disappeared it gives me and I am sure a lot of other a lot of hope!!! TIA!

@mandy211 Hi, just wanted to share that after my J&J shot, I have had incredible anxiety. I do have GAD and take medication for it, but this has been almost unmanageable. This is not a side effect that is even discussed or was mentioned by any of the doctors I spoke to before taking the vaccine. I've had to adjust my medication, increase mediation, lots of walks and hydration. Definitely a side effect I think should be mentioned more, as it is really scary, especially for people who have never had a panic attack. I am getting it under better control, been about 3 weeks. I hope you feel better soon!

@twitch Hi, from my research, I think the one ingredient that may cause some if this is PEG. Hope that helps.
