@charsen Hi Charsen! thanks for the message. Doing much better now, very close to normal. I'm at week 16, but I started feeling way better on the last few days of week 14. I would say 90-95% normal.
In my case, I didn't feel any difference with anything I took (multi-vitamins, joint pain relievers and some other immune pills recommended in here). I let my body heal on its own. I tried to sleep as much as possible, stay hydrated (water & electrolytes), eat well, stay positive and little by little I got better.
Now I can drive, go out, hang out with friends, concentrate, make plans, my energy is as before the vaccine. Just feeling normal is a bust of energy as you enjoy your normal day in an extraordinary way.
I only have every now and then very very slight dizziness, still get a bit of increase heart rate out of nowhere, skin redness in my face. Tinnitus is the same (however, manageable). None of these being a problem to go out on a normal day.
I will go to the cardiologist to run some tests and check that everything's ok with my heart. ENT to see if anything can be done with tinnitus.
Hope all is well and you are getting better. I did stop reading this thread for a month as although at the beginning it gave me peace to know I was not alone, then it became a source of stress as it was very painful reading everyone's suffering and wasn't helping me to 'stay positive' and trust me, you need to stay positive as much as possible and to surround yourself with people that encourage you and cheer you.
Big hugs, everyone, you'll get back to normal soon, hang in there.
@nisarg127 hi Nisarg. I’m sorry to hear that you’ve also been suffering from these symptoms. Recovery is slow and gradual, but it does seem to happen within a few months for most people. The good thing is that you will have better and better days most likely!
I have been to ENTs, gotten MRI scans and all of my tests have come back negative except for a major allergic response. No vertigo medication has helped- stugeron and beta histine are totally ineffective for me too.
I took Allegra M for 3 weeks, which marginally helped. I have been on multivitamins, zinc, magnesium, Vit D etc for weeks which also helps somewhat.
This will take time to resolve- I do vestibular rehab exercises everyday to aid in my recovery but I think they only work after a few weeks. You can find the exercises online pretty easily.
You may have good days and bad, don’t be discouraged. There’s a lot of people here dealing with the same symptoms as you! Stay strong and good luck!
Hello,
I'm 50 yr. Male, I got similar issues. I took my 1st Pfizer shot 8/8/21. I had the usual headache, sore arm, fatigue for 3 days, it went away, but the 4th day I got extreme dizziness, when standing or walking I could not keep my balance, I have hard time driving to the point where my eyes hurt and bad headaches. I went to see my DR. 1 week before my 2nd shot to let him know what's going on. He said it was my choice to go ahead with the 2nd shot, he recommended me taking it, and hopefully this symptom will go away. That wasn't to encouraging for me. I Got my 2nd shot 8/31/21. The usual symptoms went away 3 days. My dizziness was still there. Still It's hard to go through my day. Every day is just making it, without doing things to aggravating my dizziness. I have more anxiety, agoraphobia, my emotion is strongly up and down like it's all over the place, I feel depressed and I haven't been depressed for long time. I try to do vestibular exercises on my own, but improvements is very minimal. I will soon see my DR. soon again.

@lesc HI! Thank you for telleing your story, i have the same as you, i was wondering how was your vision ? I hope it is improving ? I am concerned...
Thank you very much for your answer !
Thank god I've found this thread! Joined last week and only just posting.
Im almost 5 weeks post first and last pfizer jab and I've felt like Venom ever since! the same symptoms everyone else here is describing vertigo, dizzy, nausea, clogged full ears, ringing in my head, pressure in my head, sound sensitivity, insomnia, aches and pains, everywhere, malaise, super bad anxious and wired feelings.. its been awful! Spoke to my doc 2 weeks ago who diagnosed vestibular neuronitis and said I'm the 7th person within the last few weeks who has had the same symptoms after the jab! he did say it was jab related too which surprised me,he said it should settle in time-my bloods were clear and basic nervous system check was fine also.
Its taken me months to pluck up the courage to get the jab as was just being cautious, but seeing my healthy 20 yr old in hospital with covid pneumonia and my mum in ICU ventilated fighting for her life with Covid and spending nearly 3 months in hospital and is now in rehab recovering, prompted me to get it! and now I can't help but feel full of regret.
I hope everything settles with time, some of my symptoms have gotten a little better so hopefully that's a good sign! from what I've been reading here it seems to be from the 12+ weeks onwards people are seeing big improvements,I hope we all follow too! It's comforting to read other people have struggled too as I don't feel so alone can't find much on the internet and don't really want to be searching too much when anxiety is so high.Ive chosen personally not to have anymore as my body has been cleary upset.
I wish everyone a speedy recovery,love to all ❣️
@clrohe40 - I feel same symptoms - I am completely fine while sitting or laying down. But when I am standing or walking I feel off balance. This is happening since last 2 weeks. Don't know when it will go away. I am really worried about this. Kindly share if you find something by which it is cured.
@mg12 - Hi Dear - How do you feel now? Is there any improvement in the dizziness? What did the doctor say? Could you please post your story post doctor appointment?
@wolf1476 hello, is it possible to remove a post/comment I made myself? I have new information that is in contrast with a lot of what I said. I would like to have it removed so it doesn't mislead anyone and post a revised version.

Just feels crazy how symptoms can change from whatever we are experiencing? I started off only having like 1/2 bad days thinking it’s a bug or something now my dizziness is not as bad as it was where that was my worse symptom, now the pains from my chest are the worse just fed up. Close to 3 months after vaccine I have about 1/2 days ok a week. Still no answers from doctors or anything really not sure what to think. Feels like it’s an autoimmune reaction and my body is attacking itself. Just hoping to start to get better soon. Was a healthy 27year old male now feel like an 80 year old can’t move round the house to easily seems to flare my symptoms up anyone else having issues like this?
@chloe i have problem with my eyes too. I don't know my eyes will be bad all time
