@cherry101 I try to eat very healthy and clean avoiding high histamine foods, I also only drink water. I take a daily multivitamin, magnesium, vit d, vit c and 2x turmeric and 2x fish oil omega 3 supplements.

Not sure if it actually does anything, but it helps for my peace of mind that I atleast try to do something.

Wishing you the best as well.

I’ve been taking an allergy med called piriton, I take half which is only 2mg and it sends away the anxiety I feel in the pit of my stomach in 30 minutes and last me all day and night to get a good sleep. It also helps my pots like symptoms it reduces my heart rate to below 100. If I do get adrenaline rushes it’s mild. Strange that an allergy med is helping me through all this, but it is an anti histamine, it really is a lifesaver.

Floored and grateful I found a forum of people with similar symptoms.

Vaccinated with J&J early august, symptoms began 5 days post-vaccine.

I've been left feeling like I'm crazy and I'm just so exhausted, physically and mentally.

Daily headaches, vertigo, vomiting, tachycardia (resting BPM 104-110), and chest pain are destroying my life.

Brain CT was clear, treated with antibiotics for non-existent sinus infection which did no good, heavy opiate prescriptions, baralgin have all done nothing for the headaches.

Blood tests are showing elevated BASO & MONO, along with low MCHC & BUN all of which my doctor glossed over and said are inconsequential.

I'm so angry and exhausted. I was a full proponent of the vaccine and encouraged everyone to get it, I even flew to ANOTHER COUNTRY because mine didn't have enough stock! I feel so defeated.

@gingerjones

Did you get the bloodwork done through Patterson’s team? If you don’t mind me asking, what did your bloodwork show? I’ve debated his treatment regime myself, but just am not sure how much I want to put into my body.

My bloodwork showed that I have inflammation in the blood vessels...still waiting on the meds/protocol

@gingerjones If you don't mind my asking, do they think that inflammation of blood vessels can cause neuro symptoms ...paraesthesia , numbness etc. Thanks

I just found this forum after experiencing Brain Fog/lightheaded symptoms since March (7 months). Seems like these are common and long-running symptoms of many people. My symptoms came on all at once, following a brief episode where I thought I was going to black out, but never did.  This was approx 6 weeks after my 2nd Pfizer dose on Jan 12. Since then, fog and lightheadedness have persisted.  Also occasional Anxiousness, though this is becoming less frequent.

Sidenote: I'm a healthy 59 y/o male with no prior health issues whatsoever. And with the exception of occasional anxiousness that developed at the same time, I feel great from the neck down. Energy and appetite are normal.

Due to the length of time between my 2nd vaccine shot and the 'episode' I didn't have any reason to believe they were connected. The standard tests ordered by my doctor included an ECG and Echocardiogram as well as blood tests to check various things including my thyroid. Everything came back negative showing I had a strong ticker and no thyroid issue. Took B12 for a month without any changes either.

Next was a visit to a neurologist, whom discovered low BP after I sit from a lying position. Drink more water was his recommendation. Increased my H2O to 70+oz per day but still feel foggy and lightheaded.

Because my symptoms are regular and constant, I'm beginning to think it may be connected to the vaccine, particularly when I read of others with similar symptoms on this forum.

I'm now at the point where I'm running out of confidence with my primary doctor, but like many others, I don't know where to turn. ENT specialist? Vestibular specialist? Maybe a physician that specializes in vaccine side effects, if there is such a thing?  Is there one supplement that seems to be a silver bullet for others with similar symptoms?

I just wanted to come back and say thank you all for this forum it helped me greatly during my months of hell. I think I’m finally recovered. It took 4 months. And I agree with the other recovery’s. It just takes time. And finding what works for you to deal with it. Good luck and my one piece of advice try to stay as stress free as possible.

@marthachief I have this bruising as well. It has been 5 months since my second shot.

I also started getting panic attacks and flushing (panic attacks I had many in my 20s and early 30s but hardly at all since. And then I notified the bruises. I noticed them on the side of my leg first. And then my arms. Showed my GP but he had no idea.
