Anyone experienced visual and audio hallucination from second moderna shot.
@yoki THANK YOU for posting about your experience with taking prednisolone to mitigate any of the side effects with your 2nd vaccine. This is very encouraging. I am 8 months past my 2nd Pfizer vaccine and as a recent cancer survivor I'm concern with not being protected from COVID when the antibodies wean.
I have an appointments with the John Hopkins POTS doctors and an immuniologist to discuss the onset of POTS after the Pfizer vaccine, and to figure out what I need to do in regards to getting a booster or annual vaccine. My GP is of the belief that I too had an over-reactive immune response. Thankfully, I'm now 95% recovered with most symptoms dispated.
If you could give us an update in another couple of weeks, I for one would be so appreciative!
Glad you are doing well!
I will indeed.
@yoki were the antihistamines effective after the first jab? You said tou had symptoms for 6 months what helped you get better. Did you have digestive issues?
@psargie you mentioned taking omeprazole how long did you take it? Did it ease your digestive symptoms? Do you still have to take it?
@yoki thank you for sharing! And do let us know how it goes 😉 just out of curiosity, did your doctor say anything about vaccine effectiveness after using all these anti inflammatory drugs? Will it still be the same protection? Hope all will be great for you after this 2nd jab!
@mountainmama All medicines have side-effects and I am curious to hear if you encountered any on Fluvoxamine such as Dizziness itself is a side effect as well as: Fatigue, Insomnia and Headache. I am considering taking it but want to weigh against the risk vs reward. We all eagerly await to hear your update. Many thanks
I am wondering if taking the jab on the right hand is better and reduces strong side effect? I took on my left hand and it seems like more pains are on the left side of body. Not sure if it is coincidence. Anyone has good information on side effects regarding mixing vaccine (mRNA + non mRNA)? Thank you!!
Hi All,
Following to my post. I am now 4weeks post first pfizer shot. the dizziness and blurry vision are 99% gone, though I went to the ENT yesterday to just check and was diagnosed w Vestibular imbalance so I was prescribed w B12 and antihistamine for my dizziness, usual I only took 1 tab of the bill and will continue the B12. I was also recommended to continue the vestibular workout. I still got the episodes of increase HR, but it only happens on early in the morning. usually 8-9am then its gone for few minutes then off. my BP is normal. Feels like anxiety, though I dont have trouble breathing and it is relieve by deep breathing exercises, but I have chest tightness feeling that sort of. Anyone who experienced this on and off palpitations? What are your remedies? Its been 2 days now since it came back.
am also in weekly acupuncture which its a great help and I still maintain my c,d, zinc, b12 (as addition) and quercetin everyday and every other day for vit e (omega and multivitamin tab.)
I will start weaning them off once I get back in shape and drink fewer tablets only.
Thanks for your help or information in advanced.
Hi I'm a 32 year old female and mom of 4. I got the moderna vaccine 9/22 it started off with a sore injection site & swollen shoulder blades. But 2 weeks later I was in the ER with a burning chest that I could feel in my arms, no appetite, high blood pressure, and severe anxiety. They tested me for covid it was negative and did x-rays and everything came back normal including my d dimer test. They said I had GERD & a UTI & gave me antibiotics & sent me on my way. Now I'm still dealing with severe anxiety attacks and scared to be around people. My pcp has given me some medicine for my anxiety & GERD that I just started this week. They also tested my thyroid test came back fine. I'm scheduled to get my 2nd dose 10/22 but I think I will hold off because I hate how I feel. I just want to go back to my normal self. I didn't feel this bad when I had covid last year September 2020.
- hi, to be honest I didn’t have any problem with my stomach ,I was shocked when the doctor told me I had an h pylori , the reason I did the endoscopy was to check on my throat; cause I been having a lotta pain under my jaw.
I haven’t finish my medication for (pylori) yet . So don’t know if it worked.
and yes I do have auto immune disease . I was diagnosed with lupus and Sjogren.
