So glad to have found this forum. Doctors have been nothing but useless and more than happy to charge in upwards of 300$ for a consult.
Im 39 healthy female. No pre-existing issues. Had my second phiser and was unwell with aikes pains, chills, and alight dizziness day 4-5 after second dose. But can not walk straight and cant do basics for myself - walk down the call to bathroom or cook food. Doctors are not interested in helping and keep sending me to specialists. Im positive its vax related as there have been no pre existence health issues. Please report these side effects. People need to know what poison goes into their bodies.
@euroka Hi! How do you feel now? Are you getting better? have you done something which helped you? I am getting better now after 5 monthes, but with help of betablocker (bisoprolol). It is still there, but I can sleep. It gett heart irugularity still every few days, but less than before and I hope it reduces by time.
@hopetofeelbetter a very good list on what you are doing to try get better. What is iv vitamins and minerals? Do they inject through veins? It’s very difficult isn’t it because there no definite what’s gone wrong in the body and how to get back on track as everyone’s body is different and reacts in different ways. It’s very scary to try exercise when things have come up on my ecg showing abnormalities but weirdly the cardiologist highly recommended to exercise start off little to help get back better it’s strange I suppose it’s kind of like got to try do things what I’m scared of to help correct the problems. Hopefully you find a solution which helps you out. It’s very hard to see if anything improves us definitely as we can have so many ups as. Downs throughout this journey.
@mojkav I am also on bisoprolol, very low dose though 1.25mg they have seemed to help with my heart issues. But have caused me very intense dizziness since being on them, has this happened to you? It’s very much tough to tackle every issue as when I try to tackle one thing another arises! Have you find anything that helps you most?
@hopetofeelbetter Have the Claritin and CBD helped with the head pressure? I experience that, too.
A supplement called BCQ (Bromelain/Curcumin/Quercetin) from Vital Nutrients has helped me. I believe many of my issues stem from inflammation, so I've been doing everything in my power to reduce it. I take a multivitamin, the BCQ supplement twice (sometimes three times) daily, drink ginger and green teas (along with a lot of water!), take plant-based Omega 3 (as I'm a vegetarian), and SpiruTein every morning (a protein/vitamin shake that includes spirulina, which reduces inflammation.) I think our bodies need as much support as possible as they fight off whatever was in the vaccine.
I'm feeling better than I was two weeks ago, but I'm worried about having a flare-up. I assume I'll have several before I'm better.
I am extremely upset.
Exactly 2 weeks have elapsed since my first moderna shot (21, Male), I haven’t stopped feeling dizzy, I get super faint/lightheaded when standing up too quickly, i have this general absent foggy feeling constantly and i’m fatigued at night. All of these symptoms began within hours of the vaccine, with no other lifestyle changes whatsoever. I am extremely active and this has completely paused my life for 2 weeks. I believe I am experiencing either labyrinthitis/vestibular neuritis or having some sort of shocking delayed response to the vaccine.
The lack of online resources is ridiculous.
Any help or guidance or info as to what the hell is going on is appreciated.
Good luck friends.
@medee I took some medicine like you, but it didn't work for me. Our problem is not about taking medicine. The vaccines were damaged to the nervous system, and we need to wait until it's cured by our bodies. Some people are cured of dizziness later one week, some of them months because of the differential body system. I went to a lot of doctors and took tests, then they never had seen anything. The latest doctor said to me the vaccines reduced some vitamins and minerals in our blood. I recommend getting checking your blood level of vitamins and minerals, then you'll see what you need the most. My B12 and folic acid level between the normal interval, besides that it was almost near to their lowest value. I used vitamin tablets and injectors what my doctor gave me. I took care of my diet, stretched my total body's muscles and joints for giving relax the nervous system. It worked for me. The first week my left ear problem was almost cured, the second week the right ear was almost cured, too. Included ear hurting, tinnitus, pressuring, and itching.
@mojkav It is good to know you are getting better. I am now 3.5 months. Heart palpitation is 80% gone. I don't want to use beta blocker as it makes me tired the next day. Anxiety reduces a lot after I started taking NAC. But I still have trouble with sleeping. I can't sleep like I used to be before the V 🙁
@nath7 yes its an iv of vitamins so it goes directly to the bloodstream. I was having so many issues with my gut that I was worried about whether the oral supplements were being absorbed. Yes I am too scared to exercise.
@ncoleston 1) Daily ice bath. Every day I pour 50 pounds of ice into the tub, add some water, and get in for 5-10 minutes. I have a dramatic change after this and for several hours my brain fog, vertigo, nausea, anger/irritability subsides.
I suffer from random panic attacks and when they come on jumping in a cold shower works for me...also, I live in the northeast so stepping out into the cold night brings relief...
@msmar hi there would love for information what has happened to you! I’m month 4 and have recently got intense burning lower extremities and feet almost going slightly numb. Freezing cold feet. Any information or help would be appreciated I’m panicking like crazy!
Is anyone getting a booster shot? I’m really on the fence about it bc at least with the vaccine I know my symptoms will go away. But I’m very scared to get covid and possibly have long covid symptoms! I also live in texas so my chances of catching covid are quite high.
@nath7 Hi Nath7. I'm sorry to hear you're going through this! If you click on my screen name (MsMar) it will bring you to all my prior posts, where you can read my story. I'm in a better place now than where I began, so that might give you some reassurance. 🙂 Best to start from the earliest post and end at the most recent. There are only about 13 posts--some are longer than others--but I think they could be helpful. It sounds like your nerves are really inflamed after the vaccine. It CAN calm down in time, so don't lose hope. Symptoms can escalate for periods of time before they get better. If possible--and I know it can seem impossible at times--try to do things to limit anxiety while you're going through this. Anxiety can trigger increased inflammation in the body. I hope you start feeling better soon!
@medee unfortunately, no. It is not as bad as it was over the summer, but it is still there. It comes and goes. It isn't permanent. I am 6 months out from my second Moderna dose
