@lmkk I have also found bruises. The first appeared on my leg almost some day's after my first shot, then after approximately 2 months after appeared bruise on my arm, and bigger on my leg. I havent also noticed I would knocked myself somewhere.
Did you have took the 2nd shot?
I havent use aspirin or other medicine, that could have cause this. Although my ferritin level was low, where my Doctor said, that it might bet caused by that. But now I hear that others also has the same symptom, so Im now really thinking that this is because of vaccine.
Hope everyone will be better, praying.
@glenb yes. I used to have them more intense. Struggled to even put toothpaste on a toothbrush. It has subsided mostly now though.
@rainyday To you and anyone else considering Hyperbaric Therapy (HBOT). I will share my experience. (FYI I'm at 5 months now of ongoing long-hauler symptoms with central vertigo 24/7, nausea, dizziness, headache, extreme fatigue, brain fog.)
When I was only 2 weeks into my symptoms, way back in June I did 60 sessions in a high grade medical chamber at In Light Hyperbarics in Vancouver, WA. I paid $6500 out of pocket because I truly believed it would work. (typically 40 is the standard course, but they took pity on me and gave me an extra 20 for free).
To my discouragement, I did not experience any benefit.
To anyone out there who wants to do HBOT: I truly believe in the science behind it. But for anyone with the same condition as me, it failed and I recommend you save your money for the vestibular rehab that others have mentioned has helped.
@simplicity2378 Have you ordered your Relief Band yet? (I used to vomit from nausea 1-3x daily, now with this device I only vomit maybe 1-2 times per week) Or started the ice baths (temps in the 30s for 5-10 min)?
For supplements/medications I can recommend to you: The only ones that helped (and I have tried literally every supplement mentioned on this forum) was a 2 week course of ivermectin/fluvoxamine/hydroxyzine. Because I took them together I cannot say for sure which one it was that helped or a combo of all three. I tried one more round of the ivermectin this last month just to try see if another round would help but it didn't. But I did experience a short lived improvement while taking all three, and overall it cut down on the chronic severity of my headache and brain fog.

I just did 90minutes of HBOT last Tuesday, but I didn't notice any improvements/changes. But I think 1 session is too little to notice something?
In the Facebook group, there is a lot of good feedback out HBOT.
@medee Apologies for the delay in responding and thanks for asking. I am generally feeling a bit better than a month ago, although the tinnitus is present and the dizziness has not yet been "cured". Like others on this forum, I have done a lot of reading on vestibular and inner ear problems and am now, regrettably, more "expert" on the subject that I would like to be! I suspect that the biggest factor in recovery is that of time, which gradually helps the body compensate for the dysfunction. I think that vestibular rehabilitation or keeping active and challenging the balance system (albeit uncomfortable when you're dizzy and/or feeling queasy) will also contribute.
I had the follow-up with the ENT specialist recently and mainly saw him to see if he thought anything else was going on other than inner ear problems since it was 7 months since I first started having post-jab symptoms. He didn't seem concerned and confirmed that my experience of non-linear improvement with "two steps forward, three steps back" is common and it's hard to predict how long it takes. I asked if he thought the improvements I have had are due to post-vaccine inflammation reducing or compensation and habituation. His view is that inner ear dysfunction often results from inflammation and the problem is there whether or not inflammation reduces. So, it's actually compensation that helps as the brain starts to adapt to the conflicting signals it's getting.
He once again told me that drugs to treat the problem are "nasty" and they only delay recovery so he did not recommend them in my case. Since I am self-funding (in the UK, given long NHS waiting lists), he did not recommend undergoing VNG/ENG testing unless the problem persisted even longer with no further signs of improvement. He said the results of expensive testing would, in effect, only confirm the diagnosis and would unlikely change treatment options. However, the ENT specialist did agree that I could benefit from more targeted vestibular retraining in person. I spent a few months doing exercises recommended by a balance therapist I never met and we only had email and phone contact. I'm going to see the new vestibular physiotherapist in person next week to see if there are specific exercises that would be helpful to my own symptoms.
Finally, I can't comment on supplements since I haven't tried many, but I have had some results with acupuncture, at least in the short-term. It hasn't occurred after every session and it could be a matter of correlation or coincidence rather than causation, but I have typically felt more relaxed and less dizzy in the days following acupuncture. Incidentally, the ENT specialist said that acupuncture can help some people, but the mechanism by which it does so is not understood. Hope this helps and please let me know whether you've had any luck with similar or other treatment.
I am on Vitamin supplements as of now. There is a slight improvement with nerve issues and muscles but my chest pain and ear problems remain.
I am currently on some meds for the ear and using a ear drop prescribed by the ENT.
@ncoleston Thank you for sharing your experience with the hyperbaric oxygen chamber. I was wondering if it might help, but it sounds like it won't affect our condition one way or another. I know how disheartening that must have felt. Have you found anything that has helped? So far, a quercetin/curcumin/bromelain supplement has been the only thing that has helped me. On my good days, I feel 75% back to myself. On my bad days, like Friday and Saturday, I was back down to feeling 25/30% myself. It's so discouraging!

I only took the first Pfizer vaccine...way too afraid of taking a second one 🙁
I don't take any aspirin or meds that could have caused this either. My blood work was tested when I went to the GP 6 weeks after my vaccine because I was worried about the dizziness (started after vaccine) my blood work was all excellent including my iron.
I'm upping my intake of walnuts and beetroot which are both good for the arteries and blood circulation.
It's the strangest thing!
Anyone have hand tremors ?
Yes... first few weeks after first Pfizer vaccine. Difficult to text at times. Settled down after about a month.
I got my first jab yesterday, before it I was a healthy active late 20s women with not a care in the world. I did not want this toxic vaccine and was made to have it by the government of my country who has made it mandatory or lose your livelihood.
When I was being injected I felt it travel up my neck and to my face and jaw on the right side where I had the injection. Since then I’ve had a tingling, pulling tugging feeling that you feel when you eat something sour in my jaw and cheek. My right side of my tongue feels numb and my right side of mouth feels like it’s dipping down. To smile is an effort and my whole left side of the face feels heavy and pulling down like I have tape stuck to my face. I am so scared and when I rang the helpline they told me it’s just my body in shock and it will settle?? I want this tuggling tingling feeling in my jaw to go so bad. No pain in arm it literally feels the whole vaccine went straight to my face like I’ve been injected in my face. I am so scared this is permanent.
I also have had numb tongue and half my face on and off. First few weeks were the worst then it gradually wore off. I also had pins and needles in my face and tongue. It's most likely nerve inflammation. It will slowly go away. Maybe see a doctor for some peace of mind. If it's mild Bell's Palsy they can offer steroids to help with the inflammation. Try drinking turmeric tea.

Got first Pfizer shot Aug 26, then the second on Nov 1
Started to experience symptoms on the 4th of November, most of which are described in these posts. Neck pain, general unwell feeling, feeling weird in the eyes, insomnia.
I just slept a full 8 hours last night because I realized last night the 3rd of Nov was the day I stopped smoking weed, stopped drinking coffee, stopped taking my Xanax (therapeutic use, NOT prescribed by a doctor) daily, and I read up on withdrawal symptoms for these individual vices, and they are consistent with the same things described!
Had to take a quarter bar last night as I was going through this forum to stop myself from panicking.
Never slept better. I think I personally, am just going through withdrawal symptoms.
If you're reading this, please don't use Xanax for a long time. It'll mess you up.
Hello together, my name is Tristan, I am 32 years old and come from Germany. I have been following the posts here for a while and would like to share my experiences with you. Thanks to all who participate in the discussion and read this text.
Got my vaccination with J&J at the beginning of August and have been more or less unable to work since then (working from home for three months therefore).
One week after the vaccination I suddenly got heart palpitations and chest pains. Called 911 because I thought I was having a heart attack. I went to the ER three times that day....
Since then I have had left chest pain, irregular pulse, involuntary palpitations and am completely unable to work. I feel like my heart doesn't have enough strength. All of my muscles feel like they are flaccid. It feels like I'm going to have a circulatory collapse at any moment....
I have had various blood tests done and have seen a cardiologist and a pulmonologist. All without results. The doctors ignore that it can come from the vaccination. Instead, they said I just had a panic attack.
Tests carried out: already several times blood values (regarding heart attack), ultrasound of the heart (twice), echocardiography (three times), ECG (four times), long-term ECG (twice), stress ECG, long-term blood pressure measurement, X-ray of the chest, blood gas analysis.
My life has changed completely since then… I have an appointment with a neurologist tomorrow and hope to achieve something new there. However, I am afraid that this will also be unsuccessful. I am pretty clueless…
I Have read and tested many things (vitamins, medications, etc.). So far nothing has helped.
At the moment I can't breathe either, or I think I can. I can go for a walk maybe 500m and then I have to lie down directly until my body calms down again. And the doctors tell me to keep stressing and just test it out…
Any help would be greatly appreciated..having the toughest time of my life. 7.5 months post Moderna vaccine now. 25 year old male, previously very healthy and havent been to the hospital in 4 years prior to this year. To start I would like to say that I have NOT had dizziness and brain fog which seems to be very common here. I started with mouth sores on day 4. Two weeks later i felt like I had a double ear infection. Pressure in both ears and back of my jaw/jaw pops still. Second month my abdomen swelled up and had sharp pains and also had sharp chest pain when going on short walks (I previously walked 5-7 miles a day). 3rd month I started to have a sharp pain in my mid back. I couldnt tell if it was my spine or my muscles or my nerves. This sharp pain turned into a constant ache in my lower to upper back that is constant and now its easily my biggest issue and prevents me from doing almost anything..around the same time I started having twitching everywhere in my body even in my temples and my pinky and ring finger on my left hand started to go numb. month 4 and my calves felt like there's something crawling inside of them, especially noticeable when laying down. Ive seen an Internal medicine doctor, Neurologist, and GI. Ive had an echocardiogram, EKG, EMG, MRI's, CT scan, colonoscopy, capsule endoscopy, and soooo much blood work.. so far the only thing that came back positive was an ANA Panel signaling autoimmune so now I will see a rheumatologist although I have done more specific autoimmune blood tests since the positive ANA panel and theyve all came back fine. This has all been so disheartening. Will I ever get better?? I am losing hope quickly now. Just last week, the back of my neck started to have a shooting pain that came in waves, and now it has the same achy feeling that my back has constantly. Although all of those symptoms still exist 7.5 months in now (besides chest pain which has gone mostly away) the back and new neck pain make me worry the most. I'm so jealous (but happy for) everyone getting better only 3 or 4 months after their shots. Im scared i will never get my life back now and its irreversible. Has anyone experienced anything close?? please help
Hi @sailor008
How are you feeling?
I am suffering with pretty much all the symptoms you listed. My pins and needles have subsided but my back pain is frequently intense. I've been using an electric blanket to sleep on to help with the constant intense ache. It helps a little. My back also pops and cracks all the time which never happened before my Pfizer vaccine. I just thought it could be a small comfort to know that you are not alone with these systems, myself and others are also experiencing the same. I'm sure it will get better in time for us all.
