@medee Yep. It took a while, but I'd say it took approximately two months until I felt 100% like myself again. I was able to push through my vertigo symptoms (albeit not comfortably) about 3 weeks after my severe vertigo reaction - and it took several weeks after for my brain/balance to finally feel "right" again. Not going to lie, sort of dreading the booster shot, but I intend to get one anyway and will report back here once I do.

@medee Thank you for your good wishes. In the past, we didn't have any chest pain which occurred by an irregular heartbeat. A doctor gave me an injector that helped my chest pain. After that, my heartbeat was back to normal and my chest pain went away. Hopefully, you'll be fine as soon as possible.

So you had check pain post the vaccination and then a  doctor injected you and it went away?

Did you see a specialist or just the General Physician?

I can't see which comment of mine you've replied to but, I'm glad to see that you're 100% recovered now!🤍🤍

So in 2 months you were cured? Did you take both the shots?

@medee I went to ER. A general doctor did this. It was a painkiller.

My brain fog seem to have eased along with the headaches and dizziness. I am doing more, taking my dog for walks and I've been shopping, something I couldn't have done a few weeks back. Walking outside feels a bit strange to begin with but the more I walk the better I feel. I have had moments of depersonalisation when I'm out but I take a few deep breaths and try to focus on what I'm doing and try not to let it worry me. It's strange how symptoms come and go, prior to taking the supplements I've mentioned, the past month had been the worst for me since the first jab.

I am so glad you posted this Tabby...I have been feeling really strange the last week with those feelings underlined above...I just had a hard time explaining them...

@floater I never had floaters in my eyes either.  I had only "COVID arm" after my first dose of the Pfizer vaccine in March 2021, and hardly any symptoms after the second jab in April 2021.

BUT -- recently I was extremely sick with a chest infection, my doctor diagnosed severe inflammation which he treated with steroids.  I was sick beginning Thursday October 7, 2021, and I am still recovering. On Friday, October 8, I awoke with very serious breathing difficulties. It felt as if I were breathing through STRANDS in my lungs, no lie, a sensation I have never experienced before in my life.  It did NOT feel like ordinary chest congestion.  For a week I expectorated incredibly thick, viscous mucous that was hard to get rid of.  After treatment with TWO antibiotics, one of them penicillin, the infection was over, but I still do not feel well.

Today, for the first time in my life, I have floaters in my left eye.  Early this morning as I was washing my face, I noticed one small dot floating around rather quickly in my left eye.  It GREW, and now I have a STRAND of dots floating freely in my eye from left to right, very faint, looking like strands of hair. In fact, I thought at first that I simply had hair in my eyes or across my face; I don't.  This is IN my eye.  I find it very telling that other people are dealing with this same issue.  There are numerous reports from doctors regarding clots or unusual debris in the blood of the vaccinated.  The strands that appear in slides of the blood of Pfizer-vaccinated patients look EXACTLY like the spidery strands that I can see floating in my eye.  Could it be possible that these strands, whatever they are, can cross the eye's capillaries and end up in the vitreous fluid? If so, is there anything that could be done?

My 47 yr old son is experiencing all the symptoms of tingling numbness, vertigo, ears ringing, fatigue, brain fog, pressure in head, face vibrating,insomnia..all since 2 wks after second Pfizer shot.ALL tests within normal.MD’s don’t have anything more to offer. Have a chance to see a doctor who specializes in environmental illness, vaccine injury, mold illness,etc.. brain inflammation— it’s gonna be expensive, not covered by insurance.May involve using a neural retraining program, low dose naltrexone, supplements, a one hour a day program you do at home to retrain limbic system.. anyone here use any one like this or any programs like this??? Our son’s life is on hold. ALl normal activities down the toilet. No exercise, depression, etc.

I have been following a covid long-hauler who has just started neuroplasticity exercises...I’ve also been practicing neuroplasticity exercises whenever I feel like I might be experiencing the start of relapse. This is a bit tough to describe, but I will do my best. If you are a long-time long hauler, your brain has developed a subconscious habit of triggering a response to even mild changes in your body. It’s a form of PTSD. When I feel these feelings coming on, I quickly take about 10 slow deep breaths with even slower exhales. Sometimes I follow that up with a walk. This provides stimuli that tell the subconscious that “things are ok” and no immune response is needed. While this doesn’t seem to work 100% of the time, it DOES seem to work some of the time. Try it out to see if it works for you. If you are still in the early phases of Long Covid, I am doubtful this will be effective at shutting down relapses but it’s definitely good practice for calming your subconscious.

I see! Glad your chestpain vanished with painkiller injection. I don't know if taking painkiller tablets will help my chest and nerve pain.

@medee I recommend getting a painkiller injection instead of tablets. I used tablets, but it was not that useful.

My doctor hasn't been that helpful. She will pilut ke on anti depression medication. I initially thought this was due to me panicking but seems like it was really the vaccine. I don't know what to do anymore.

Hi, yes they are really weird feelings, I don't know whether they are vaccine related or anxiety. Depersonalisation is a typical symptom of anxiety. With so many symptoms it's a no wonder we are anxious and overthinking things. Not having a good day today but hoping for a better one tomorrow.😏

How did those that recovered experience their recovery. Did you just wake up one morning and everything subsided? Did it gradually get less intense until it didn't come back?  Was there a remaining symptom that was felt last before you recovered?

For me, it was gradual. I had side effects for 6 months. The dizzy spells, headaches etc. started to occur less frequently to the point where I didn't notice them anymore. I still have tinnitus and my vision is not the same anymore.

Did you have any other symptoms apart from these? Chest pain or nerves pain?

Are you completely fine now? No relapses right? I hope we all recover soon.

@cathymason I feel much better. No more head fullness or dizzy spells. Not since around the start of August. I still have occasional headaches and difficulty finding words, but I have since I had Covid. I can't blame that entirely on the vaccine. I may still have that even if I didn't get the shot. I had a few relapses in the beginning. After my first day of not being dizzy. I would get a headache and relapse into dizzy spells, Then I had what I would call the worst migraine I have ever had. It lasted a whole day and was still aching the whole next day. But, no dizzy spells after. I would say that's the point where I felt better. I still get stiff muscles from time to time, especially the neck and upper back. That's absolutely because of the shot. But the inflammation body wide is under control and I don't have dizzy spells. Those were the main things. I wouldn't consider the occasional reminder that I had the shot and it felt like I was going to die a relapse of the time where I really did feel like I was going to die. And I did feel that way. But I made it through. About two and a half months now without a major symptom that I could absolutely blame on the vaccine. You can get there.

Hope you've full reovered! What were your symptoms? Were you on any medication?

Did you have chest pain? What did you do to overcome that?

@medee I have had chest pain, random pains in limbs, headaches, digestion issues, head pressure, ear pressure, tinnitus, imbalance, insomnia, twitching in calves, heart palpitations, anxiety and panic attacks.  I had the shot on 4/6 but all the symptoms mentioned didn't start until 8/4.  I am much better now. Still have some imbalance/walking on a boat sensations and minor ear fullness that comes and goes. I also have a fluttering noise in my ear sometimes when I put my tongue a certain way in my mouth.
