@medee Hi, I am sorry for your experience. Thats the thing when I was prescribed with so much medications, Specially on the heart. I was even given an anxiety drugs because their diagnosis was I was only anxious. I went to see: Neuro, Cardio, ENT, Internist and 2 Family Drs. I have drugs for vertigo/migraine too. I didnt take most of them and I only tried the vertigo meds when I had my dizziness episode, it only made me feel worse & my heart starts to race. So from then, I stopped any form of medications and I'm glad I didn't take any knowing theres a huge inflammation in my system. I do a lot of naturopath. I also work out a lot. I think give it a rest and try to relax and don't let your brain control you, I was so depressed when the symptoms are on and off and in varying degrees and they seem to follow what my brain is presenting. So when I realised it even I have those symptoms. I stopped it by trying to deep breathe, relax and eat more.  I trusted my GUT and get through with it. For now, i can only take pain relievers, my anti histamine IF I NEED TO but its been 2weeks of not depending on them so thank GOD and some supplements everyday. I try NOT to take anymore drugs because I'm scared for my liver/kidneys in the long term. It makes me feel better when I am not taking anything to be honest. I think just follow up with your cardio and try to chill even its dire, the most crazy advice but knowing I'm better now, I wish I do the same before but lesson learned. If your tests/lab works are normal, then probably try to control your mind. I always condition my mind/self upon waking up, whether i feel something or not. Its been nearly 3weeks now and I see the result. Praying you'll get better soon.

I really hope I get better. Thank you!🤍

@tabby so the explanation is that the vaccine sometimes causes an autoimmune response. The body is responding to something in your system and when attacking , it also affects other areas. Also, it causes inflammation in others. When I went to see all the specialists they refused to believe that it was caused by the vaccine , but they looked at the symptoms and tried to treat them. Cardiologist said that I had an ANS syndrome, and gave me medication for my fast heart rate. My heart rate eventually slowed down so I didn’t need the medication( like I said, everything is temporary.. you treat the problem temporarily until it’s gone ). Neurologists couldn’t find anything. No nerve damage. The pins and needle feeling subsided. Brain fog was the most annoying thing. I started taking all the vitamins and ate clean. I also started taking  lexapro to reduce the anxiety and the brain fog. Loved it. You guys should take it. 10 mg every day. Eyes. I took steroids by mouth and eye drops. The explanation- inflammation. Bottom line- side effects from the vaccine. Most doctors will deny it but I found a doctor that understand the vaccine and he was open about it.

Thank you so much, your post is very reassuring and confirms what I and many others suspected, an inflammatory response to the vaccine. You're fortunate to find a doctor who actually listened to you and understood what you were going through.

Wishing you the best for the future. 😊🙏

@medee Hi. My chest pain was intense in first two weeks but on and off then dwindle down on 3rd week and its like palpitations after that. I went through ECG, Echocardiogram and blood works. ALL test came normal. My cardio gave me a med for palpitations but I didnt take it and even the pain-relievers or my antihistamine for my rhinitis (I cut it down, i only take it if I can't get through the dAY BUT IN the last two weeks, It was good). I do a lot of the naturopath : proper rest (8-9hrs/day) with naps at work breaks, supplements (c,d,e,zinc, quercetin, barley juice, b12 and others then I cut down to 3). I am only taking c,d and barley everyday then sometimes e or zinc., I increased my water intake to 3L per day, cut down my processed foods/fried and coffee, only re-introduce them last week in small amounts, eat more healthy food, stay away from social media, acupuncture weekly, 3-4x light or moderate workouts/week and i Pray a lot too. I still have the symptoms of blurriness, dizziness, tinnutus, muscle pain but in little episodes to nothing. they're gone when im busy.  I am also trying to re-introduce my body to cold weather so I walk a lot everyday and wear light clothing. The only thing I'm trying to manage it is my intense rhinitis which i had i prior to vaccine, but I can manage it by resting and more water or drinking my ginger tea/garlic everyday or every other day. I am grateful the major side effects didnt linger and the minor ones are fading too and all of my lab works and tests are normal.

I went through a lot of roller coaster of emotions like the rest, but I kept my routine, work and trying to be "BRAVE" everyday cos all of my tests/check ups/labs are NORMAL. The only thing i dont do that much since the onset is meeting friends or attending gatherings to avoid some infections. Which is a wise decision to be honest these days. Time heals, I agree to this. I pray that you will get better soon. Just soldier on and we all going to beat this.

cheers.

Thank you for keeping me in your prayers.🤍

May I know what other symptoms you had and have they vanished now? How long did it take to reach recovery?

Do use the QUOTE option when you reply. Take care.

Hi Dee,

I have almost share the same symptoms as the others at first, but they mostly vanished now. The chest pain was only intense in first two weeks then it wean off on 3rd week, then nothing on 2nd month. But I feel some arm and armpit pain which is nothing serious on and off, happens when pre period or sometimes when I do my laundry which I have it before that radiates in the back, it feels like folk syndrome that goes away by an ointment too, i had this syndrome before too. I am turning 10weeks post first pfizer vax tomorrow, I get better on 3rd week with  different flare ups and different intensity in the previous weeks. Nothing serious but the healing is slow. Having said that, when I hit my 7th week, thats when I can say that I am normal. Since I never managed any medications up today (thank God)for my symptoms, I only took ibuprofen for my first day of period as I have dysmenorrhea even since but thats it. My blurry vision is also gone now since 2weeks ago, I left with sometimes mild migraine when I'm tired, dull pain on my left leg and joints but manageable with ointment and forgetfulness too but not that intense. I became sharp on other things and most of my stuff. So I try to relax a lot and not to get knackered in each day.

The one thing that really took a toll on me and realised in this whole chaos is the mental stress. I think it plays a crucial role towards my slow healing process as worries, doubts, negativity and uncertainty lingers on my head for a while when i have these symptoms, I was anxious and even knowing my lab works, vital signs and check ups are normal. I was still feeling down and defeated, but I wake up on these realisations. Its a process. That alone was one of my biggest hopes and ways on why I am almost feeling normal everyday. Moreover, a proper rest, less stress and my friends and families support helped me to navigate it. When I stopped feeling anxious or defeated and worry about the things i feel or things I cant control, the symptoms aren't presenting, or even if its there, it feels like they're nothing. So you have to watch for your mental aspect too as our brain is the most powerful one. I do meditation, PRAYERS and affirmation everyday and I always speak to my brain/self before I start my day for our work, errands, etc and all to get used to it. A pep talk to myself helped a lot. Apart from physical remedies, I do a lot of mental and emotional healing as this vaccine will hit your head when you're feeling physically down. I look back in the last 2mos like a nightmare, I wasn't in the right state of mind. I was anxious, scared, feeling down and overthinking, but as they say, time heals and you will learn. I am not worried of any relapse now and praying for a great recovery compare before, as I know all of my lab works are normal, life is good and when I am kind to myself and sane with the facts. My brain just functions well and help me to heal the rest of my system.

So, hope that helps. A lot of lessons, perspective and outputs had given me in this season of my life and I will continue to battle through as I know Life is long & beautiful and I believe this is just a phase to each and one of us.

Have a good day.

@medee I am here to give EVERYONE an update after 6 months of COMPLETE suffering for those who are looking for hope and are suffering, wondering if it will ever end. YES. I didn’t believe it also when I was dealing with all of this. But there is an end to the suffering. I went through so much, I have seen 3 neurologists, 7 ophthalmologists, 1 infectious disease specialist, 2 cardiologists, 2 family doctors, 2 Nuro ophthalmologists, had 6 MRI’s, went twice to the ER… my heart rate was fast, my eyesight was bad, serious brain fog and cognitive issues, pins and niddle feeling in my legs, back pain , and buzzing in my ears. Spent so much money on tests and was on a death bed mentally. There were times that I was suicidal. Thought that my life was over. Couldn’t take care of my kids. Panic attacks brought me to the darkest moments of my life. I didn’t want to be left alone for even a second. All I wanted and prayed for was to be able to leave a normal life. My mom had to fly from Israel to help me and my family. She kept telling me to be positive but it was hard because I just didn’t think that it would ever end. I have to tell you - if you are going through the same thing, know that this is temporary. I promise you. It is. Try to stay positive.
here are the things that helped me :
steroids ( I took prednisone to treat inflammation in my body as soon as I started having severe symptoms). Total of 600 mg

Vitamin D

bitamin c and iron ( if you are lacking energy you need to check your ferritin level. Mine was 2 when it needs to be 50 because vaccine wiped out my iron storage. You can become anemic because of that.
magnesium

omega 3

Ivermectin

Strict diet- only proteins, greens, no sugars, no gluten , no alcohol, no dairy… lots of fluids.
lots of ginger, garlic, lemon( I actually made a paste out of it and took a spoon 3 times daily )

make sure to have support around you and remind yourself that this is temporary and that you have to stay calm and positive. You will come out on the other side, and when you do, you will be a different person.
you will not complain about things that are unimportant

you will appreciate the smallest things

you will learn who is worth your time and who wouldn’t

you will know who are your real friends

you will be stronger than you were before and you will relearn faith!

keep on fighting, and keep a positive mind set , because your subconscious is a powerful tool, use it !
I promise you - I was one of you just few weeks ago… just ride it, knowing that this is just a part of your journey, and there is a reason why this happened to you…

wishing all of you a speedy recovery !
if you need support , here is my number ,

I will try and help as much as I can !
you can do this!!!! You will win !!

Moran 832-638-5091

Wow! I'm so choked up after just reading your post i started crying like a baby.

I am crying because you were thoughtful enough to remember those who are still on the forum to come back here and share your success story.

I'm crying because it's outrageous that any of us are even in this situation.

I'm crying with happiness for your recovery, like the rest of us here you have been through such a difficult time and even doubted your sanity because most health professionals dismissed the links to the vaccine.

Finally I'm crying with relief and much needed hope you have provided by sharing your positive recovery story with us.

I am so happy for you.

I've realised these last few months just how precious our health is and how much I took it for granted since this nightmare began.

I've promised myself that I will look after my health and body properly from now on and give it the best care and nourishment it deserves.

Health is Wealth!

Hello,

I would like to share my symptoms, as I am scared to death. It all started 3 days after Pfizer shot, when I got up and went straight to the wall, as I was super unbalanced and felt dizzy for the rest of the day (first time in my life to experience balance issues). Nothing else happened until I started having nocturnal vertigo in september, and have had these attacks 3 or 4 times, once I threw up and was dizzy all day, other times just the spinning in bed for a minute or so and that's it.

But 3 nights ago I woke up suddenly with nausea and racing heart, numbness on face and arm, and very pale. I guess it was a panic attack. The last nights have been awful with anxiety, everytime I sense the tingling sensation I get a mild panic attack and I'm going crazy.

Does anybody relate to this?

Thanks....

@lmkk I have done all of these and THEY DO HELP! In addition to cutting out dairy (I felt a slight improvement the next day),caffeine (1 weak cut of instant per day and tea) and mostly sugar....has all helped. Also taking Turmeric twice a day and Omega 3 -3-4grams per day.

Good luck!

I am 1.5 months post my 1st jab. I don't plan to take the 2nd jab. I am trying anti inflammatory foods as much as I can. Oranges and green tea is what i have added to my diet and have tried to cut down on inflammatory foods.

I am not on any medication except for Vitamin D tablets once a week. Wanted to ask if Omega 3 fish oils tablets really work or not? What are the supplements I can take on my own without doctor's prescription?

- I was taking B12 tablets in the past

- Was on some medication for my ears and chest but at the moment not on any

- Symptoms so far: Tinnitus and ear pain (on and off), pins and needles (not anymore), muscle tremors, nerves pain, crawling feeling in my skin (currently have it on my head), chest pain, chest discomfort, some odd feeling in my head, muscle weakness, insomnia and anxiety I can't put it in words, palpitations (started after a side effect of a tablet a neuro prescribed but post that heart rate has been odd).

TESTS DONE:

- Basic blood tests

- Blood tests for Cholesterol, Thyroid, Vitamin B12 and D. Was only deficienct on D per reports

- BP and Pulse rate (Pulse rate was high post side effect of a tablet)

- Physical nerve and muscle examination (Normal as per Neuro)

- ECG (Normal per Cardio. Had to do this test post the chest pain and palpitations that begun post the intake of the tablet)

I am scared of doing any more tests.

Please help me what supplements can help in reducing inflammation and what food can I try.

Can't wait to go back to my self.

Omega 3 does help and other vitamins need to be taken daily for several weeks for your body to get the most benefit and restore deficiencies.

Yes...   I ended up with extreme vertigo 4 days after the Phizer Booster. (shot 3)  Shots 1 and 2 were fine.  sore arm and a bit of the chills for a day.  The booster went the same for the first 4 hours..  than i started to get the chills and a fever. That subsided the next day.  3 days later on Sunday the 21st, i woke up fine, until i went to get out of bed.  Got hit with severe vertigo...  Thew me to the bed.  I waited a few min and got back up and felt fine.  I went down stairs to the kitchen and was almost thrown to the floor by a second attack.  this one did not subside!!!!  I thought for sure it was a stroke.  I had my partner help me to his truck and he drove me to the ER.  After multiple tests, the diagnosed it as BPPV where the crystals migrate to where they dont belong.  I did the prescribed maneuver series and it mostly went away...  the violent part of it at least.  I was now really off and could not walk without holding on to things to maintain balance.  The next day it was no better so i called my reg. doctor and got a visit for the following day.  Still no better, i went in.  She suspected vestibular neruitis.  She gave me a steriod perscription to see if it was...  I took the steroid and within 10 hours was feeling much better.  Although there is no proof, i suspect the vaccine in this.  I have never had vertigo in my life.  its now the next morning and i would say im about 90pct back to balance.  I hope this does not return and totally subsides.   I will follow up with more as things progress through thanksgiving.

I am confused between Omega 3 Fish Oil and Omega 3 Cod Liver Oil. Not sure which one to go for as I got to know both are different.

Thank you! I have been down last night and didn't think I would be able to make it or handle this for long.

I am on medication to control my heart rate but anything fearful or any emotions is leqding to a high heart rate. Today is the kast day of the medication couse.

I had a normal heart rate but a medication given to me by a neuro messed it up and I ended having issues. Last night I had a bad nerve pull sort of pain in my chest for a while. I don't know what is it. My nerves pain at times, pins and needles (rare), muscle twitching and tremors and heart issue.

May I know all these tests that you did, did thw reports come back to normal? These supplements and tablets were prescribed by the doctor or is it self medication?

I am really scared for life. I am the only earning member and really worried about how things have turned out after the vax.

Please help me!

Hi. I’m sorry that you are going through this. I know that it’s difficult. I just recently started to feel better. It’s been going on since the end of may. First. How long ago did you have the vaccine? Which vaccine did you get? 1 or 2 shots?  Also- are you on a specific diet? What medication are you taking ? About me. Neuro did EEG , EMG , I did ANS test with my cardiologist, stress test, ultrasound of the heart EKG, lots of blood work. Ferritin  level is important , you need to check for clots( d dimer)… I can look for the whole blood work list and send it to you later. Everything came back normal. The heart rate was elevated to they gave me medication for it. Eventually the heart rate just got better. No. I didn’t do this completely on my own. I had a doctor who helped me. He put me on steroids ( because I had gritty feeling in my eyes… possibly inflammation ). You have to understand. A lot of doctors just deny that the vaccine causes problems. I had to go to 6 ophthalmologists who told me that everything was normal until I found one who was willing to listen and help. You need to find a doctor who is knowledgeable and believes in those injuries. Steroids are probably not for you because they will increase your heart rate and blood pressure. I suggest a strict diet. GARLIC. very important. My mom had inflammation of the heart muscle. She got rid of it by eating tons of raw garlic. A week later the cardiologist was amazed that the inflammation was gone. Take bread with some sour cream and some vegetable ( you don’t want it to burn your stomach so you need to add stuff). Put ad 4 cloves of garlic insides ( you can chop them or mince them )l. Eat the bread with the raw garlic. Every morning. Make a soup. Put a lot of tumeric and fresh garlic before drinking IT. Lots of greens. Make smoothie. Listen. I know that you are scared. I woke up for the past 6 months screaming and crying every day. First I was full of regret for doing the vaccine. Then I was full of anger wondering why it happened to me. Then I calmed down and tried to stay positive and brainwashed myself that it will pass. Then again I was full of regret , anger etc. the cycle goes on and on and on. The only thing I wanted to talk about was vaccine.  I was going crazy. Couldn’t bear the feeling anymore. Told everyone that I was done with life …. Believe me.  I know it’s hard. BUT…. The truth is …. It was meant to happen. I have a friend who didn’t do the vaccine, and nearly died. He was left with scars in his lungs and he is a very healthy person who had COVID before. So know that doing the vaccine, it may have injured you TEMPORARILY, but it could save your life if you get COVID. So no regret. You couldn’t know. Most people don’t get hurt from the vaccine. I asked EVERYONE around me if they had side effects ( I was so obsessed with those issues that I would ask every stranger I met if they did the vaccine and if they got hurt). I didn’t find even ONE person who got injured . I was the only one in my circle. So don’t regret. For one reason or another it was meant to happen. Maybe if you didn’t get the vaccine you would have died from covid. Believe that it was for the best ( and I don’t say it lightly because I had hard time with faith during that time but learned that along the way). Don’t be angry , just embrace it and be touch. It’s your time to show yourself what you are made of. You are not alone. And this WILL GO AWEY. I promise you. Patience is the key word. Words that helped me were “ this is not who you are permanently. It’s just who you are now. Before you know it, it will be behind you. “. Find things that make you happy. Put music, dance , laugh. You have your family. You have so much to be happy about. Remember that. Please answer my questions and don’t worry. I will try to guide you as much as I can. But remember- the power is inside of you. YOU WILL WIN

Hey everyone. I'm seeing a lot of comments of fear and anxiety. I get that. I do. But, time makes it better. I am better. I was super dizzy and sick with all the things for three months and two weeks and then I GOT BETTER. I do know it feels hopeless and the more I think back, the more I believe that is a side effect within itself. Like some people who have had Covid have a hard time coping. I know I did. And I felt the same despair after the vaccine, but I was much sicker after the vaccine. I never had dizzy spells with Covid alone. I think that the feeling if impending doom is a side effect. I felt it too, and I know every single thing you are feeling is real. It is. I felt it. Lots of others here have felt it. And we know that but still feel so very alone. Side effect. But for those in that spot, do not lose hope. Although I know it will be nearly impossible, do something to get your mind off of it. You are not crazy and you will get better. My muscles were super tight so I bought a neck massager. This one thing helped more than all the medication, doctor visits, tests, anything. It loosened my muscles enough to get some blood flow to my brain I think. I felt alot better, and this was daily massages for a few hours everyday, at least one hour, for weeks. It wasn't a cure all but it helped. And it took time. This happened to us. We are going to be ignored because the companies that gave us this are too well protected. They can't be held responsible for what they did to us, and we knew that. Very obvious no, isn't it? But nevertheless, you will get better. Guys, I got on a boat last month. And I was fine. You will come out of it. It just takes time. I hate reading all the scared posts because I was that post. So I feel compelled to try and encourage you all. It's gonna be okay. You don't need drugs. They don't help help. Take vitamins if you are deficient and then stop when you are not. They will not help. There is no cure. You have to heal. I took it it all. It was useless. Lower your anxiety however you can and give it time. You will be okay. Say it until you believe it. And neck and shoulder and back massages. My muscles seriously were noticeably swollen and super stiff to the touch.

Hi! What were you symptoms apart from muscle tightness? Did you do any tests?

How long did it take to recover? Were there any relapses? How are you these days.
