@sara90 I got my shot around the same time like you. I believe that what helped me the most was the prednisone that I was given in august. My doctor said that he believes that there is inflammation behind the eyes and in the brain even though blood work didn’t show that. I believe him. I took 600 mg of prednisone (40 mg for 5 days, then 30 for 5 etc). Also I believe that my diet helped with inflammation. The garlic ( I ate fresh garlic  every day inside bread. About 5 cloves a day). Lots of Gingir. Made a smoothie with pine apple , kale, chia seeds, spinach and coconut water.  they also make for you it at Whole Foods for 10$ A drink if you want. Time heals. I swear that I didn’t believe that I would be the one coming back here to say that I got better. If you have eye pain or irritation , lotemax sm will help. I had few floaters but they slowly go away. You will be fine!

@tabby so the explanation is that the vaccine sometimes causes an autoimmune response. The body is responding to something in your system and when attacking , it also affects other areas. Also, it causes inflammation in others. When I went to see all the specialists they refused to believe that it was caused by the vaccine , but they looked at the symptoms and tried to treat them. Cardiologist said that I had an ANS syndrome, and gave me medication for my fast heart rate. My heart rate eventually slowed down so I didn’t need the medication( like I said, everything is temporary.. you treat the problem temporarily until it’s gone ). Neurologists couldn’t find anything. No nerve damage. The pins and needle feeling subsided. Brain fog was the most annoying thing. I started taking all the vitamins and ate clean. I also started taking  lexapro to reduce the anxiety and the brain fog. Loved it. You guys should take it. 10 mg every day. Eyes. I took steroids by mouth and eye drops. The explanation- inflammation. Bottom line- side effects from the vaccine. Most doctors will deny it but I found a doctor that understand the vaccine and he was open about it.

@atp223 Thanks for the reply...respect....I can only relate that I have some limited experience with steroid injections and I know they like many things have a downside in terms of problems associated....eventually you max on the benefit, and your cells pay the price.  In a word, holistic seems a better choice.  I did notice that a keto diet really reduces all inflammation throughout and though I don't still keep to it, the (1.5 year) keto break I took (ie none of the typical carbs like rice and bread) put a stop to my inflammation in my knuckles.  We are not meant to eat a ton of carbs, much to my own cultural regret and relearning.  I feel like veggies, (real ones like kale and carrots) rice and fish and simple stuff like that gives me the best fuel.  I was a morning muffin person, but now that's a more occasional treat. Body better. You rock.

@myadan thank you Moran!
I asked my doctor to prescribe prednisone in the summer and she refused. She said it comes with too many side effects smh.
I saw a neuro ophthalmologist today and she said I had elevated nerves. She didn’t prescribe anything, just eye drops for dry eyes.
I am happy to hear that your eye floaters are fading away, they are so annoying and the worse side effect for me!!
I am grateful for all the information you have shared with us, God bless you🙏🏽😘

New here...and am grateful to have found this forum.  Had the second Pfizer in April - started getting dizzy/floating feeling in May.  Initially felt like a flash of wooziness.  Then another.  Then grew to multiple dizzy spells an hour. Seems to be worse when Im tired, stressed or on the laptop a lot.  Others' experience similar? Saw a trail of doctors - was prescribed meds but side affects are dizziness or drowsiness.  No thank you.  I think it may be getting less severe now 6 months in - but still there.  I suspect inflammation - but can't prove that yet.  What does anyone feel about the booster?  Getting it?  Or not?  Based on your own personal experiences - have your symptoms stayed with you, gotten better?  Could this be permanent damage?  Is anyone aware of any organization monitoring the % of people who have dizzy symptoms after getting the Pfizer vaccine?  Is there any data out there on how many people are affected by dizziness specifically.  Thanks to all for your sharing - it is very helpful.

@medee I am here to give EVERYONE an update after 6 months of COMPLETE suffering for those who are looking for hope and are suffering, wondering if it will ever end. YES. I didn’t believe it also when I was dealing with all of this. But there is an end to the suffering. I went through so much, I have seen 3 neurologists, 7 ophthalmologists, 1 infectious disease specialist, 2 cardiologists, 2 family doctors, 2 Nuro ophthalmologists, had 6 MRI’s, went twice to the ER… my heart rate was fast, my eyesight was bad, serious brain fog and cognitive issues, pins and niddle feeling in my legs, back pain , and buzzing in my ears. Spent so much money on tests and was on a death bed mentally. There were times that I was suicidal. Thought that my life was over. Couldn’t take care of my kids. Panic attacks brought me to the darkest moments of my life. I didn’t want to be left alone for even a second. All I wanted and prayed for was to be able to leave a normal life. My mom had to fly from Israel to help me and my family. She kept telling me to be positive but it was hard because I just didn’t think that it would ever end. I have to tell you - if you are going through the same thing, know that this is temporary. I promise you. It is. Try to stay positive.
here are the things that helped me :
steroids ( I took prednisone to treat inflammation in my body as soon as I started having severe symptoms). Total of 600 mg

Vitamin D

bitamin c and iron ( if you are lacking energy you need to check your ferritin level. Mine was 2 when it needs to be 50 because vaccine wiped out my iron storage. You can become anemic because of that.
magnesium

omega 3

Ivermectin

Strict diet- only proteins, greens, no sugars, no gluten , no alcohol, no dairy… lots of fluids.
lots of ginger, garlic, lemon( I actually made a paste out of it and took a spoon 3 times daily )

make sure to have support around you and remind yourself that this is temporary and that you have to stay calm and positive. You will come out on the other side, and when you do, you will be a different person.
you will not complain about things that are unimportant

you will appreciate the smallest things

you will learn who is worth your time and who wouldn’t

you will know who are your real friends

you will be stronger than you were before and you will relearn faith!

keep on fighting, and keep a positive mind set , because your subconscious is a powerful tool, use it !
I promise you - I was one of you just few weeks ago… just ride it, knowing that this is just a part of your journey, and there is a reason why this happened to you…

wishing all of you a speedy recovery !
if you need support , here is my number ,

I will try and help as much as I can !
you can do this!!!! You will win !!

Moran 832-638-5091

Thank you! I have been down last night and didn't think I would be able to make it or handle this for long.

I am on medication to control my heart rate but anything fearful or any emotions is leqding to a high heart rate. Today is the kast day of the medication couse.

I had a normal heart rate but a medication given to me by a neuro messed it up and I ended having issues. Last night I had a bad nerve pull sort of pain in my chest for a while. I don't know what is it. My nerves pain at times, pins and needles (rare), muscle twitching and tremors and heart issue.

May I know all these tests that you did, did thw reports come back to normal? These supplements and tablets were prescribed by the doctor or is it self medication?

I am really scared for life. I am the only earning member and really worried about how things have turned out after the vax.

Please help me!

@medee Hi. My chest pain was intense in first two weeks but on and off then dwindle down on 3rd week and its like palpitations after that. I went through ECG, Echocardiogram and blood works. ALL test came normal. My cardio gave me a med for palpitations but I didnt take it and even the pain-relievers or my antihistamine for my rhinitis (I cut it down, i only take it if I can't get through the dAY BUT IN the last two weeks, It was good). I do a lot of the naturopath : proper rest (8-9hrs/day) with naps at work breaks, supplements (c,d,e,zinc, quercetin, barley juice, b12 and others then I cut down to 3). I am only taking c,d and barley everyday then sometimes e or zinc., I increased my water intake to 3L per day, cut down my processed foods/fried and coffee, only re-introduce them last week in small amounts, eat more healthy food, stay away from social media, acupuncture weekly, 3-4x light or moderate workouts/week and i Pray a lot too. I still have the symptoms of blurriness, dizziness, tinnutus, muscle pain but in little episodes to nothing. they're gone when im busy.  I am also trying to re-introduce my body to cold weather so I walk a lot everyday and wear light clothing. The only thing I'm trying to manage it is my intense rhinitis which i had i prior to vaccine, but I can manage it by resting and more water or drinking my ginger tea/garlic everyday or every other day. I am grateful the major side effects didnt linger and the minor ones are fading too and all of my lab works and tests are normal.

I went through a lot of roller coaster of emotions like the rest, but I kept my routine, work and trying to be "BRAVE" everyday cos all of my tests/check ups/labs are NORMAL. The only thing i dont do that much since the onset is meeting friends or attending gatherings to avoid some infections. Which is a wise decision to be honest these days. Time heals, I agree to this. I pray that you will get better soon. Just soldier on and we all going to beat this.

cheers.

Thank you for keeping me in your prayers.🤍

May I know what other symptoms you had and have they vanished now? How long did it take to reach recovery?

Do use the QUOTE option when you reply. Take care.

Hi Dee,

I have almost share the same symptoms as the others at first, but they mostly vanished now. The chest pain was only intense in first two weeks then it wean off on 3rd week, then nothing on 2nd month. But I feel some arm and armpit pain which is nothing serious on and off, happens when pre period or sometimes when I do my laundry which I have it before that radiates in the back, it feels like folk syndrome that goes away by an ointment too, i had this syndrome before too. I am turning 10weeks post first pfizer vax tomorrow, I get better on 3rd week with  different flare ups and different intensity in the previous weeks. Nothing serious but the healing is slow. Having said that, when I hit my 7th week, thats when I can say that I am normal. Since I never managed any medications up today (thank God)for my symptoms, I only took ibuprofen for my first day of period as I have dysmenorrhea even since but thats it. My blurry vision is also gone now since 2weeks ago, I left with sometimes mild migraine when I'm tired, dull pain on my left leg and joints but manageable with ointment and forgetfulness too but not that intense. I became sharp on other things and most of my stuff. So I try to relax a lot and not to get knackered in each day.

The one thing that really took a toll on me and realised in this whole chaos is the mental stress. I think it plays a crucial role towards my slow healing process as worries, doubts, negativity and uncertainty lingers on my head for a while when i have these symptoms, I was anxious and even knowing my lab works, vital signs and check ups are normal. I was still feeling down and defeated, but I wake up on these realisations. Its a process. That alone was one of my biggest hopes and ways on why I am almost feeling normal everyday. Moreover, a proper rest, less stress and my friends and families support helped me to navigate it. When I stopped feeling anxious or defeated and worry about the things i feel or things I cant control, the symptoms aren't presenting, or even if its there, it feels like they're nothing. So you have to watch for your mental aspect too as our brain is the most powerful one. I do meditation, PRAYERS and affirmation everyday and I always speak to my brain/self before I start my day for our work, errands, etc and all to get used to it. A pep talk to myself helped a lot. Apart from physical remedies, I do a lot of mental and emotional healing as this vaccine will hit your head when you're feeling physically down. I look back in the last 2mos like a nightmare, I wasn't in the right state of mind. I was anxious, scared, feeling down and overthinking, but as they say, time heals and you will learn. I am not worried of any relapse now and praying for a great recovery compare before, as I know all of my lab works are normal, life is good and when I am kind to myself and sane with the facts. My brain just functions well and help me to heal the rest of my system.

So, hope that helps. A lot of lessons, perspective and outputs had given me in this season of my life and I will continue to battle through as I know Life is long & beautiful and I believe this is just a phase to each and one of us.

Have a good day.

I wish my heart issues resolve too. May I know if your palpitations are gone since you said you had it but did not take my medication for that? And how long dis it take for it to get back to normal?

I am experiencing clicking/cracklings noises from ears/jaws and back of my head with occasional tinnitus and today some jaw pain... it’s like my jaws are tender or inflamed. I looked up at it points to Temporomandibular joint dysfunction (TMJ). I’ve been feeling off balance since I got my vaccine (it’s better than it was a month ago but it’s still there) and apparently TMJ can lead to this.  Anybody else feeling this way?

I wish my heart issues resolve too. May I know if your palpitations are gone since you said you had it but did not take my medication for that? And how long did it take for it to get back to normal?

I had chest pain initially but it went away in days. I had nerve tingling and nerve pain and muscle tremors, some crawling feeling in my body and weakness and burning in my legs. So i went to a Neuro. Post examination he said my nerves are fine and prescribed me a tablet for nerve pain which was an anti depressant. Took it one night and my heart rate shooted up. Didn't come back to normal even on the 5th day and again the chest pain began. I wish I hadn't taken it but who knew.

So I visited a Cardio, who did an ECG and checked my BP and heart rate. ECG came normal. Heart rate was a bit high so I was put on a 5 days course to normalize the heart rate and relieve the pain. Today is the 5th and the last day. I have to then stop the medication.

But I still feel palpitations when I am scared or excited. It wasn't like this before injecting the vax. I don't know why is it acting weird for this long after the medicines side effect. Last night, I had a bad nerve pull with pain in the left side of my chest. That scared me. I don't know what it was.

I don't feel like visiting any more doctors. But scared for my life too. I have again started getting pain my my ears which had vanished in the 1st month post treatment. And its too bad to even bear it. I don't understand what is going on.🥺😭

Please ignore the previous message. Due to my interet issue, only half of the msg got updated.

I will wait for your response. Take care. Keep me in your prayers.

The palpitations are gone too in 3rd week. My Cardio prescribed me with a medicine for chest pain etc, but I didn't take it. It wean off by itself. As for now, I am feeling normal everyday for 2weeks now which is week 7 post vax. I only have few symptoms like what I have mentioned above: left leg pain/joint, I am also sleepy sometimes but a coffee can make it go away, sometimes numbness in the face (left side too,), arm/armpit pain pre period, but also not a lot and still stuffed nose but all are MILD. These are the frequent still, but the rest are gone, the dizziness sometimes I feel, most of the time nothing and my eyes are great now and no more blurriness. I make sure I am not exhausted for any of my daily life or work so that they won't appear. I rest and hydrate a lot. Hope it answers to your question.

@medee Hi, I am sorry for your experience. Thats the thing when I was prescribed with so much medications, Specially on the heart. I was even given an anxiety drugs because their diagnosis was I was only anxious. I went to see: Neuro, Cardio, ENT, Internist and 2 Family Drs. I have drugs for vertigo/migraine too. I didnt take most of them and I only tried the vertigo meds when I had my dizziness episode, it only made me feel worse & my heart starts to race. So from then, I stopped any form of medications and I'm glad I didn't take any knowing theres a huge inflammation in my system. I do a lot of naturopath. I also work out a lot. I think give it a rest and try to relax and don't let your brain control you, I was so depressed when the symptoms are on and off and in varying degrees and they seem to follow what my brain is presenting. So when I realised it even I have those symptoms. I stopped it by trying to deep breathe, relax and eat more.  I trusted my GUT and get through with it. For now, i can only take pain relievers, my anti histamine IF I NEED TO but its been 2weeks of not depending on them so thank GOD and some supplements everyday. I try NOT to take anymore drugs because I'm scared for my liver/kidneys in the long term. It makes me feel better when I am not taking anything to be honest. I think just follow up with your cardio and try to chill even its dire, the most crazy advice but knowing I'm better now, I wish I do the same before but lesson learned. If your tests/lab works are normal, then probably try to control your mind. I always condition my mind/self upon waking up, whether i feel something or not. Its been nearly 3weeks now and I see the result. Praying you'll get better soon.

Take care.

Hi Dee,
