I’m sad.

I have been dealing with horrible dissociation/derealization for the past 4 days. Now going on 5, i have horrible thoughts about doing stuff to people. It’s like my brain is seeing everything around me as a threat? My flight or fight indicator is going crazy.

I’m use to this feeling because i would get it when I would get SUPER HIGH. it’s a very vivid high level of anxiety. I’ve been trying meditation and just relaxing and that doesn’t really work so i’m fighting it out and just going with the time. Everything around me seems fake and when my grandma and others come around my brain thinks it’s already happened and i have deja vu moments.

It’s like these symptoms are just swishing around and gradually taking terms making me suffer. One thing turns into another and then another.

IM TIRED.

Try doing breathing exercises...those have helped me a lot!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

@michalalala I also have a history of classic migraines w aura and after my Moderna shot in late July I have been experiencing 24/7 dizziness, headaches, nausea, ear fullness and ear ringing to name a few symptoms. They suspect maybe VM but I have no days symptom free everyday is a struggle. 🥺 hope we all recover soon

I also have a history of migraines with aura but haven’t had them in a long time. I too have the same symptoms as you and suspect vestibular migraine. I am going to see otolaryngology next week.

Has anyone tried removing electronics from around them? My symptoms has decreased dramatically since it all started so i can now decipher through triggers. When i use my phone or sleep/lay down in a room with electronics everything slowly comes back. I wonder if this is radiation from the electronics or just the signals from it interferring with my body? I don’t know.

Strange! But you never know!

I also read someone out here spoke about LED lights.

We can try and notice this for ourselves but, still keeps me wondering what are we exactly suffering from....

Well, is there anyone who's having sharp shooting pain in their head... pain like pins and neddles, very poky and sharp. I have it all around my body but maily in my head.

Anyone else having it? Has anyone done an MRI or anything for this?

@simplicity2378 hi, sorry to hear you struggle with these symptoms too.
I am about to try ozone therapy as it helps to heal long covid patients but I also read it might help with some covid vaccine injuries. I will share my experience with you guys.

Other thing that helped me was to change my diet protocol, I was purely vegan for 2 months and not sure if this helped but at that time I had my longest symptoms-free period. Holiday season has messed it up a bit so my symptoms come and go but I am going to start with my diet soon again.

@hisrichess I would go & speak with your doctor. If you aren’t already then going on an antidepressant may help whether it be for a short while or for as long as needed at this time. I have always been against taking them but I got so majorly depressed with suffering from vaccine reaction that I had to give them a go.  My mind was obsessing over everything on my body & I was terrified. The antidepressants helped calm me down, have a clearer way of thinking & bonus helped me sleep after weeks of no full night. I hope you feel better soon.

@tabby hello. Are you still having the rib pain? Can you describe it? I’m having it off and on but intensifies when touching certain spots on my ribcage.

Hello Mel,

I get costochondritis that comes and goes which is inflammation of the ribs where they meet the breastbone. I did get a flair after having the vax but it never seems to go away entirely. If I touch my breastbone it is quite sore still. I have had it for years, not sure what started it, maybe lifting when I was nursing. It can be very painful, like a stabbing pain and can also make me short of breath. It's similar to Tietze syndrome without the swelling. Painkillers help but not much else. When I had an echocardiogram and pressure was applied around my heart area I was in agony and it brought a tear to my eye. I try to avoid lifting or stretching too much. Hope that helps and you feel better soon.🙏😊

I had sore ribs after the vaccine too.  I think mine was pleurisy though, inflammation around the lungs.  This also started right when I started having chest palpitations and EKG changes.  Despite x-rays and what not, they never could find the source of that pain. But after about two months it just magically went away over a 48 hour period.

6 months post second Pfizer jab and want to give an update. Most symptoms have reduced in intensity aside from the dizziness, I have just started taking Prozac as I’ve read that SSRIs can help with the dizziness. Also using it to regulate appetite, sleep, depression and anxiety. Will continue to post updates on how I feel. I have had flare ups and keep prednisone on hand when they get bad, and I have learned how to keep this under control. I feel for everyone suffering here, hopefully we can find a cure!

Just curious how you use the prednisone during a flare up - what dose do you take, and for how long?  Does it help?

Those have been pretty much my exact symptoms since July as well, except I also had chest pains and palpitations.  I've started having the odd '100% back to normal' days though.  They don't come often, like once a week, but it's nice to be reminded how things used to be. Last wednesday, 8 days ago, I felt perfect all day, like 100%. It was amazing.  I went to the movies and when I walked to the bathroom mid-show it felt great to see everything perfectly again with no vertigo or weirdness to what I was seeing.  So those days give me some comfort thinking this may disappear at some point (since previously I was starting to feel like maybe it was legit brain/nerve damage that would never heal).  So I hope we are getting close to the end of this.

@vida30 I now have a swollen lymph node under my jaw in which the same side I received the shot on. It just appeared a couple of days ago. It is also tender. Thought I was the only one.
