I had pfizer vaccine for a booster 4 days ago (my 3rd shot, 1st dose mrna) and for the first 4 days i had symptoms of heart palpitation (felt just like when you drink strong coffee too much / overtraining)
and since day 1 of of mrna vaccine, i suddently woke up in the middle of the night during sleep. I had nausea and anxiety because of it and my gout also become worse..
I was panic and seach in google and ending up to this forum..
i read somewhere in 600 something page that vitamin B helps.. coincidentally i had vit c, e & pantothenic (vit b5) at my home, and after i drank all together i felt better especially my heart palpitation and my anxiety (I dont know its just my feeling or not), I’ll see it tonight whether i can sleep better..
Really hope my symptoms can go away faster, because i read in this forum that people experience it for months..
Hi i just wanna share my experience, last night after i took vitamins (twice doses as much as i usually take), my symptoms seems to decrease by more than 50%.. i can sleep well and my heart palpipations seems getting much better (at least not woke me up in the middle of the night just like fews days before).. so today i continue to drink the vitamins.. i think its worth to try..
what i drank:
- pantothenic acid 500 mg
- vitamin e 1000 iu
- vitamin c
i dont know which vitamins helps since i drank all together & on day 1 i drank all of it twice, since i felt better after i drank once..
hope everybody get better..

Praying we all get back to our lives soon

@barb-larue7gmail-com it's funny you say that you feel poisoned I feel the same way are you having stomach issues? How did you find out you had stomach inflammation. I only ask because my stomach feels off and I feel weird at times almost poisoned. I just feel jittery Shakey and woozy at times and it feels like it is coming from my stomach. That's on top of everything else I'm going thru also sometimes after I eat it hits me badly and I just want to sleep so I don't feel so bad anymore..
@twistedgift wow you sound exactly like me I'm suffering from the above too. Especially the delayed swallowing thing I've noticed numerous times feels like a delayed reaction kind of scares me. I've noticed many issues like that with my breathing now my eyes throat etc .. scary stuff how are you doing now?
Status Update:
in addititon to my previous neurological and other several symptoms, lately I am having severe hip, knee and knee cap pain/problems and cracking and popping sounds from my bones.
Therefore I visited an orthopedist to see if he can be of any help. One of the blood tests he wanted to see was alkaline phosphatase. And he was alarmed to see my ALP level was too low (all other tests were normal). In his experience low ALP level is an indication of systemic lupus. I told him that I dont have lupus but MCAS.....nope he said.
He insisted that it may be lupus and told me that lupus should be eliminated as a possible diagnosis before we proceed to see if it is MCAS. So we are waiting for lupus test result to come back.
I am pretty sure lupus test result will be negative. He told me that if it is not lupus it probably is MCAS and in that case he is going to direct me to an immunologist. But if it is MCAS he also told me there is usullly nothing to do other than histamines and corticostreoids. So it seems even if doctors diagnose me with MCAS, nothing is going to change.
I think I will need an MRI or a CT to observe the amount of damage in my bones. But it will only make me more anxious if I have irreversible bone damage. so I can't decide yet.
anyhow...now visiting doctors and trying to get a diagnosis seems to be a total waste of time and money for me.
@transpro85 yes, I have terrible stomach issues, something I never had before. Gastritis and reflux esophagitis were diagnosed in December.
I had an endoscopy done to figure out what the hell was wrong.
I am so sorry you're dealing with issues, too. It sucks because these issues are hard to treat.
I take DGL (licorice) and it helps but my digestion is completely f-ed up and I have to force myself to eat.
I hope you and all of us get relief soon

No progress yet. 10+ months and counting. I think it was you who posted about those really intense waves of dizziness, I had those same feelings and it's what landed me in the ER twice because it was so intense and scary. I will say that I haven't had one of those incidents in a while, a couple months at least. Instead it feels like it's always "simmering" now, like it could happen at any minute but doesn't. Not sure if that means I'm getting better or maybe my body can just recognize it now and I'm able to fend it off before it happens. But I'm gonna say it's progress! I have a couple doc appts coming up, and am always trying new things to see what helps. Keep us posted on your progress, and I'll do the same! Sending healing thoughts to everyone!
