Curious as to if anyoneย  here has had relativelyย  mild symptomsย  at all . Or have they all been debilitatingย  ? To the point of not being able to function ? Or not work ? I'm only appx. 7 weeks from vaccine.ย  And symptomsย  started 3 to 5 days after. When has it got really bad for most ? So I have an idea what to expect.ย

@tone I think worst symptoms tend to happen in the first 3 months. They then start tapering off slowly and new symptoms may appear. Some people heal more quickly. From my experience and from what I've seen from others, relapses are common but symptoms are less debilitating than the first few months. There are some people who have longer lasting andย  more debilitating symptoms but the majority seem to improve in frequency and intensity over time. Hard to tell what percentage of us get back to 100% long term since we have seen several that post they are back to normal and then post later about a relapse. I've been at it for 10 months but am about 85 - 90% better and the symptoms I have are mild in comparison to 6 months ago.

Did you do anythingย  special diet anti-inflammatoryย  ,supplementsย  , doctors ,tests ?ย

Honestly, I think it depends on the symptoms and the person...I experienced ringing in my ears right away...2 months later, panic attacks randomly and pins and needles in my arms and hands intermittently...for me, my symptoms have been gradual...10 months today and still getting new symptoms...

Did you do anythingย  special ? Anti-inflammatory diet , supplementsย  , doctors , tests ?ย  Were your symptomsย  debilitating? Could you not work ? Or function daily ?

I have been working the entire time...Mostly from home...ringing in the ears is the biggest complaint so far...However, I am now getting pins and needles throughout my body at night and am experiencing some burning sensations...this is a new symptom for me...I tried the incell dx ptotocol...ivermectin, prednisone, pravastatin...did not work for me...I am taking all the usual supplements that people on here talk about...for me, the last two weeks have been awful...but today, on month 10 I am feeling really good...And my diet has changed DRASTICALLY...I did suffer with GI issues early on...they have since gone away...

Hi All, UK (M) 45,ย  I've been a member of this site for sometime now and have posted about my symptoms as well as medication and tests i've had. I was jabbed 18th of April 2021 with AZ so coming up on a year now and i still have issues. There have been a few '1 Week of being normal' episodes but then right back to Head pain, Neck Pain, Eye pain, Dizziness (constant), Ear pain and memory issues. I keep coming back here to see if anybody has found a treatment that works, as of yet i can not see any. I'm now going to add Pine Needle Tea to my daily routine to see if that helps. I will continue to come back and report any thing i find or just as an update to my status. Feel free to contact me if you are struggling. I Cant help but im willing to listen. Good Luck

Hi, my symptoms sound very similar to yours. I'd be interested to hear how you get on with the pine needle tea. I've been taking it for four days now, first three days no dizziness but today I've been reminded of that horrible sensation again. (This always seems to follow after a busy and active day). Getting a bit of a stomach ache with it too.

ย I'm going to increase the pine needles, so far I've been making three drinks a day from the same needles but I'm going to start using fresh each time.

Good luck with it.🙏😊

I too think I'm having some GIย  issues ,gurglingย  and rumblingsย  from gut late night early mornings , some MD discomfortย  ( tightness)ย  usually when bending over or doing lifting. What were yourย  symptoms? So far no trouble eating althoughย  have lost appx. 20 lbs over last month half . Which I could affordย  to lose. Sometimes diarrhea.

A recent study associated some long covid symptoms with small fiber neuropathy, a type of peripheral neuropathy. Maybe this applies to some post-vaccine symptoms as well.

Hi, DrL!
Yes you are right.
There are people on the medical forum who did the biopsy exam which confirmed this type of nerve damage.

@tone Been to a primary, neurologist, ENT and now a holistic doctor/chiropractor. Results are all normal except for an elevated CRP (inflammation) and positive IGG for Epstein Barr Virus which means I had it in the past. Holistic MD believes EBV was reactivated and my symptoms resulted from it. He recommended I take St. Johns Wort and L-Lysine for 2 weeks. I have taken it for 1 week so far. Not sure if the mild improvement I feel is coincidental or due to therapy. I will follow up at the end of the 2 weeks and then again later.

I currently am also taking Vitamin B12 since its helps the neurological system, Vitamin D, and B-complex, Zinc and Vitamin C. As I mentioned earlier, I am much better today than I was the first few months but I am not sure any of these vitamins helped. Based on most people improving with time, I tend to think they were only minimally helpful, if at all.ย

The one change I have made that has clearly made a difference is changing to an anti-inflammatory diet. I changed to this diet before Thanksgiving and I noticed a difference almost immediately. Additionally, I become more symptomatic when I eat pasta or bread even in small amounts, therefore, I feel I can confidently say anti-inflammatory diet helps.

I am middle age.ย  Prior to April 2021 the only adverse health history I ever had was slightly high Blood Pressure, controlled by Lisinopril.ย  Never been admitted to a hospital.ย  Had an uneventful physical every other year.

Then on April 1st 2021 I had my second Moderna without incident, until 11 days later when I woke up so spinning dizzy that I could barely walk, three days later I was still constantly dizzy but could walk.ย  3 days later I broke out in Shingles for the first time in my life.ย  10 days later my blood pressure was so low and my heart rate so high I spent the weekend in the emergency room (first time ever).ย  For the 30 days after April 11th my blood pressure and heart rate bounced all over the place regardless of meds.ย  After May I was functional and comparatively better, but far from the same.

Long Story Short:ย  For the last 11 months:ย  ย I have been constantly wavy dizzy (not spinning) 24/7 noted mostly when I walk.ย  Constant:ย  Throbbing/Pressure (not headache) in my head 24/7,ย  Foggy Mind,ย  Poor Memory,ย  Eyes sensitive to light, Tinnitus.ย  And Frequent:ย  Muscle spasms, "Buzzing" feeling in body, Heart Pounding and irregular beats.ย  ย

I have all the tests in the book:ย  ย MRIs,ย  EKGs....ย  Even a lumbar puncture.ย  Meds of Antibiotics and the anti-dizzy meds just make me sleepy.ย  I have local doctors and a Neurologist and also went to Cleveland clinic.ย  ย  Most of my doctors are reluctant to tie it to the vaccine.ย  Maybe it is coincidence with the vaccine, but I don't think so.ย  No one has an answer.ย  I am open for suggestions

Here is my update. After my homeopathic doctor told me I have reactivated Epstein Bar virus due to vaccine he gave me some supplements and a list of food to avoid and to eat more to help to battle the virus. He also told me that Anthony Williams wrote several books about EBV.

After this I had MRI which did not show anything. Neurologist wanted to do lumbar puncture but I do not want another needle in me so I decided not to do it, because I lost my faith in doctors.

After that I started researching Anthony William also known as medical medium and started to incorporate his suggestions into my daily routine. Drastically changed diet and started some supplements.

I have good and bad days regarding symptoms, they are not as strong like in the beginning, and some new ones appear. The last one is occasional weakness in my hands.

Starting a new diet is very challenging but I am ready to do anything to feel better.

Hi all,ย

I am following this forum for past 9 months.

After 1st shot of pfizer shot, i ran into many side effects (ย  migraine,ย  eye sensitivity,ย  dizziness, brain fog etc... )ย  i was suffering badly for 7 months.ย  I hv taken sinovac as 2nd dose.ย  ย I hv consulted neuro and was taking treatment for migraine. I hv tried many supplements too. But i didn't see any improvements. Its put my life up side down.

After one of my 2nd shot, suddenly 90รท of my symptoms disappeared.ย

Now am with brain fog and slight eye sensitivity.ย  All my other symptoms gone as a magic. I am very much relaxed now,ย  but not sure what helped. I guess depends on the body it takes time to get rid off the side affects.ย
