Hello. I am sorry to hear about your troubles. I got 1 shot on 6/30 and ever since 7/13 I have been battling shortness of breath (comes and goes), some dizziness and fast heart beat (although those have gotten better) and anxiety. I have heard of and used pine needle tea. It is supposed to neutralize the spike proteins from the vaccine. I would find a good naturopathic doctor to help you (that what I have done), they seem to have a better handle on/understanding of this spike protein situation and how to deal with it. That and a good primary care physician who will listen to your concerns and BELIEVE YOU when it comes to the vaccine and not just tell you it's all in your head (cause it's not). I will NOT be getting the 2nd shot.

i’ve never used this forum before but i’m a healthy 21 y/o. i got the vaccine 22nd june 2021, and started to experience a weird illness around 16th August. 

initially i had no side effects but my symptoms are:

severe dizziness 

Vertigo 

fast heartbeat 

shortness of breath 

tingling in legs 

blurred vision 

weakness.

It is now the 31st august and i still feel awful, my dizziness has improved by i still feel week and have a fast heart beat. I only had 1 vaccine. Is this possibly due to the vaccine or am i being paranoid ??? i’m freaking out and it’s causing me to be more anxious, also has anyone heard of this pine needle tea thing ??

 

I started to feel most of the symptoms you are describing about 20 minutes after the first Pfiezer vaccine shot. It's day 13 and my dizziness is worse. Somebody mentioned the pine needle tea and I will definitely try it and everything else thatt could be recommended like holistic medicine. Are you still having any of the symptoms..? Hope you are doing well!
