It’s the 2024 Steps-2-Balance Week May 19-25! What better time to introduce myself and announce the new VEDA support group and running club..... RunBalanced!
I am a vestibular patient and ambassador for VEDA, and I hope that through this run club and monthly meetings I can share the joy, hope, and ironically stability, that running has given me!
