I am a physical therapist running a mobile physical therapy practice in the San Diego and North County greater area. I specialize in the treatment of vestibular and headache disorders and all services are provided within patient homes. I am especially unique in that I am a chronic migraine/chronic pain sufferer myself. My treatment philosophy is based around the principle of building resilience through movement so that you can return to your prior activities with confidence. I take pride in being able to initiate care with my patients in a timely manner (within 7 days) and determining the best treatment approach quickly.
