She received her Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology with a Minor in Pre-Physical Therapy from San Diego State University and later earned her Doctorate of Physical Therapy from the University of St. Augustine.

For more than 13 years, she has dedicated her practice to Vestibular Physical Therapy, completing extensive advanced coursework and earning multiple certifications—among them the highly regarded Duke/Emory School of Medicine Vestibular Certification. Dr. Mujahed wants to be an asset to the community and help you return to your life as quickly and confidently as possible.

She is private pay and can provide a super bill for patients with PPO and HMO insurance.
