My diagnosis came as a complete shock to me, but was completely understandable!

Be kind to others, as you may not know their upbringing!

Age: 49

Diagnosis: Benign Paroxysmal Positional Vertigo (BPPV)

I have suffered from BPPV since my early 20’s, and am now 49 years old. Was diagnosed just last week by my doctor, who did some balance tests in his office. I have it in my right ear, and was taught to do the Epley Manoeuvre. It has affected my life tremendously, as just being amongst a large number of people in public makes me dizzy and unsteady on my feet! Cars going by is a nightmare. I also have hypersensitivity in my ears.
