This comprehensive course combines text and original videos that demonstrate how to properly perform and interpret positional testing for BPPV, how to treat the patient with the appropriate maneuver, and when and how to use the HINTS exam to help rule out a stroke in a dizzy patient.
16 hours of AMA Cat 1 CME credits can be earned.
In addition, there is the option of having a Zoom call with Dr. Johns in order to give feedback on your HINTS exam technique. Later, you can send him a video of you performing the HINTS exam on a patient with the Acute Vestibular Syndrome for additional educational feedback.
