My doctor as well as other doctors at the hospital tell me that the symptoms that one has after vestibular neuritis(which are usually fogginess lightheadedness dizziness instability) willl dissipate and go away with time even without rehabilitation. They say that the mind will eventually compensate automatically. And that one needs to just start living their life and not focus on it.
