Hi all, reading this  forum since january 22. Got my moderna shot 22 dec 21 and my life is destroyed. Started to have parhestesia in hands everynight, pin needles, eletric shock. Then weak legs, 2 month in my eyes and mouth got dry. Then started muscle twitching all the time. My feet  and hands burn, developed livedo reticularis on hands. Now my legs cramps. Can't do anything no more. 8 months keep getting worst, biopsy showed lots of axon neural damage already. Ask for punch biopsy if you have numbness tingling.

What tests did you get done and what specialist did you see so far?

@margaret2022 I did. They were through the roof. Over 1000. I had them check again as well. And still high. Seven or 800. But I didn’t bother checking again after that. Because I knew the vaccine overdid it. I firmly believe not everyone needs the vaccine. They should’ve been testing people to see whether they should be vaccinated or not.

How many months post vaccine and what dose was it? First second? Third?

it’s crazy how yours was so low mine was lost 4 months and my levels were in the 1900’s.

my symptoms were eye vision issues ear hearing sensitivity all to left side.
Leg muscles cramps to calves intermittent only

then left arm issues like weakness light tingling

my arm would have a slight tremor that would only last a while which only occurred after a workout

but those cleared up after a few months

I’m still left with hearing and eye issues and floaters

pain to eye occasionally

a bit of pressure occasionally

inhave yet to see neuro ophthalmology

@jennscout1: Glad to hear of your successful recovery.  I'm curious, has your tinnitus improved at all/  It's definitely my biggest issue and lately it has spiked a lot (going through a very stressful time with a death in the family, so that contributes I'm sure).  I'm 7 months post first onset of tinnitus following boost dose.  it has subsided a couple of times to a point that I hardly noticed it but it keeps coming back and now it's basically as bad as it was the first time.  Any recommendations or words of encouragement would be appreciated.  Thanks.

@pepms: Sorry for my delayed response.  I stopped by SSRI in early June, after 1 week on 5mg of Lexapro  (I was switching from an SSRI that I had been on for literally about 25 years and felt my body had gotten used to it).  Anyway, I got a spike in my tinnitus 7 days after starting Lexapro.  Upon research I found that is not as unusual as they want you to believe for SSRIs.  So I quite cold turkey but my tinnitus spike has not resolved and actually has gotten worse this past week.  I have no idea if it's related to quitting the SSRI, or if it's just a relapse related to the Covid vaccine side effect.  Either way my tinnitus, while not debilitating, is now bad enough where I can't/won't do certain things anymore for fear of making it worse (like play my electric guitar, go to concerts, I even hate going to noisy restaurants and places like that). I'm now 7 months past my first tinnitus spike last January, which I'm quite sure was directly related to my Moderna covid booster  I got in December '21.  Admittedly I am going through a very stressful time now in my life, with stressors from both personal and professional life issues, so I guess my recent spike could be stress related.  But as we all know, nobody can tell us anything specific about tinnitus (causes, treatments, etc.).  One last thing:  I believe I am having prolonged SSRI withdrawal symptoms which are not fun at all.  I will probably have to go back on my original one (which didn't give me tinnitus) because I hate how I feel now; always on edge, feeling shaky, anxious about the simplest things.  Hope this answers more questions than it creates.  Stay positive.

What kind of ssri were you on before? Why did your doctor decide to change up after all these years?

Did your neurologists ever consider any medications or any of the specialists? Anything significant in your bloodwork? Were your flammatory markers elevated?

@margaret2022  I’m here! And new too. I only had my vaccine done last week & have been awful since. So glad I found you guys

Hello sorry about the way you’re feeling. I recommend you go to ER and try to get seen by some specialists and try to get a dose of prednisone  this is all inflammatory the sooner you get something the sooner things can get better for you.
im currently having a relapse in my sensitive hearing everything to me right now is super loud even the sound of my dogs nails as he walks on the flooor is loud or when my husband was getting something out that was stuck in his tooth that made a loud sound with his lips that really hurt my ears…I wasn’t like this bad in the past few months I’m not sure what’s causing this. I did pop an Advil to see if that will help with any inflammation

Here you have to find a private clinic that allows anti body check.. Just crazy, i went to local health insured hospital for all the other tests and they gave me back the paper saying they are not aithorized by the state to do antibody tests... So can well immagine how much they care to test who should be vaxed and who shouldn't... I've just gone onto my 1 year exactly today from second one..

Sorry to hear about that. What state are you in?

what were your symptoms? Has there been any improvement in any areas or part of your symptoms?

@DrL thanks for sharing the link, always interesting to listen to Dr. Campbell

I would never have guessed in my wildest dreams, that this whatever thing I am going through, will last for at least a year, perhaps forever. I mean, here I am, more than 1 year after the symptoms of dizziness, blurred vision, brain fog and etc started, basically nothing has changed, if anything, symptoms have progressed a bit.. So I guess its worth a shot to try steroids, for a week and see how it goes.. I have been putting it off for a while now, hoping that things will revert because these jabs (I guess modern medicine) was what induced all of this so was hoping the natural path (clean eating, vitamins, you name it) would help. Unfortunately - not really.. Well, as an optimist, havent lost hope.. I will go and see a witch doctor if necessary, but not going to give up.. I know our bodies are able to heal themselves, when the right conditions are met.. best wishes to all

Did you take the prednisone? How’d it go for you? Sending Well wishes your way

@buzzgirl I just did the antibody test now after a years time. I regret for not doing the antibody test earlier, atleast that would have helped me to compare the numbers. I had 2 shots, tht was a year ago n m still suffering. Though i have few weeks where am better, but then i always have this relapses which knocks me down

I’m curious to see your numbers

Hello everyone, I have been writing since November of last year, on August 21 I turned 1 year after the first dose of aztrasenica. I don't know what to tell you about it, my dizziness was the worst of all in bed for 5 days without opening my eyes, I went to about 10 doctors, two of them told me that it was due to an inflammation of an immune response of the body, I felt a better with the herbs but I changed jobs for a less stressful one so I forgot to take them again, my dizziness got better, I'm not 100% healthy but I can't be ungrateful, I went from not getting out of bed to working 8 hours without complaining and studying at night, I would say that I am in a 60% recovery, the recovery is long, what if I have not been able to improve are the anxiety and panic attacks that I get especially when I cannot sleep and that obviously make my dizziness worse, They told me that it would be good to rest a little, I will go to the sea this Friday I am anxious and happy, I hope everything goes well and I will tell you how it went, I pray for us

Hello, my symptoms are dizziness, discomfort, vertigo and as a consequence of this anxiety, depression and panic. For dizziness I have been taking a vitamin to not feel tired because I spend all day on the computer and to detox I have tried tea, comfrey tea, chamomile, pine needles, bay leaf, fennel but they are taken in large quantities I drank 3 cups of each plant per day for a total of 9 rates, obviously you have to be constant and have a lot of faith for anxiety and depression you give lemon balm, valerian, passionflower but if it is very strong I take an imipramine

@margaret2022 i live in italy... My symptoms juat gardually came on, dizziness, upper back pain, joint pain, little appetite... And obviously from all this got anxiety and panic attacks..

Some days the dizziness seems to be acceptable, others not... Generally feel exhausted.. I'm taking a few supplements let's see how they go... Finding a slight comfort from the natural anxiety drops, taking 8 a day... Just waiting on my blood work... Have an appointment only on 29 November with a doctor that's done a huge study on micro clotting that you just can't see in any routin testing... I've heard of some people hes helped get normal, with a natural blood cleansing etc etc... Wait is very long..
