So there was an link here for vestibular exercises (sorry I cannot recall who posted it, but thank you) I woke feeling so unwell and depressed the tears were flowing again. I decided to try and do something positive and try the vestibular exercises. They were difficult because of my dizziness, BUT I persevered because I have to feel I am doing something which may help. I am now sitting here shaking from the effort and the exacerbation of dizziness from doing these exercises BUT I do feel less tearful and like I've done a good thing in trying to help myself. If it's stopped the tears as I had to focus on the exercises then I think that is a positive outcome, even if I am super shaky and dizzy!

Wishing us all a speedy recovery x

I bought cetirizine hydrochloride at my chemist today so I'm keeping my fingers crossed.

Well, that didn't go too well. I took one yesterday morning and I was like a zombie all day right up to bed time. I had planned on going out because it was a hot day, and when my hubby called me to see if I was ready I had fallen asleep. I did go though although I felt horrible and dizzy, after getting through the traffic lights, traffic jams, roadworks and diversions we eventually arrived at our destination, a walk around the marina. I have walked this so many times and new how long it would take but I hadn't accounted for how busy if was going to be and the gates locking to allow the boats in which meant extra walking to get around it. My anxiety kicked in and by the time I got back to the car I felt like I was going to pass out. I drank loads of water and did some slow breathing and managed to get myself under control for the obstacle course on the way home. Today, well, I'm hoping for a better one.😊

Hi Guys!

38 year old man from Poland.
At the beginning of May I had 1st jab (pfizer).
30 hours after the jab brain fog, small vertigo (like walking on a boat) and anxiety started.
I had anxiety problems in the past but never with brain fog or vertigo.
Tried all different supplements but nothing worked. Only xanax made me relaxed and made symptoms go away.
It was worse when in stress (could not work), and better after sex or in the evenings (when I'm usually relaxed).

This lasted 12 days. Thought it was over.

Unfortunately after another good 9 days without symptoms I had a dentist appointment.
Of course I didn't like going to the dentist in the past but it never made me panic.
This time the visit triggered the symptoms again. Today is the day 6 of the symptoms.

During all the days dealing with this talked with my family doctor, neurologist, psychiatrist, psychologist.
The first two said it happens and to give it time. Even 2-3 months.
Psychiatrist and psychologist additionally told me that after the vaccine the nervous system can get affected.
Not directly because of the vaccine but with your body immunological response.
And then things that usually didn't affect you in the past are now really hard to deal with (weak nervous system).
And as you know (or not) brain fog, vertigo, headache are one of the most common anxiety symptoms.

So from my experience the best advice I heard and can pass along: try to rest as much as possible, try to postpone or cancel anything that makes you stress, try not to watch emotional shows on tv/internet that make your blood pressure go up, do what you like doing (walking? sleeping? reading? sex or even masturbation?). Just try for few days quit anything that makes your brain work too hard and be stimulated too much. Help your nervous system regenerate. And many of the supplements mentioned in this topic of course help with that.

Would love to hear if that helped in few days.
Best!

ps. I intend to get my 2nd jab (pfizer) next sunday anyway. But of course the perspective of that is not helping with my anxiety and brain resting method 🙂

Liked planned had my 2nd jab (pfizer) this morning. 5 weeks after the first one. My psychiatrist recommended to take xanax before the shot to help with any additional anxiety. And I did. Everything went without any problems. I'm now 3h after the jab, feeling fine. Will get back to you after few days (or sooner if there is anything worth mentioning).

And if so, what if those suffering were the parent, spouse, child, or self of the individuals comprising the powers that be? Would the sacrifices of health, and in some cases of life, still be considered permissible? I wonder.

Hi Sassafras, this thought has entered my mind too. I can't help but wonder that if some children were affected the same way as us there would be an outcry. God forbid that doesn't happen.🙏

Is anyone else still dealing with dizziness 3 entire months out from their shot?

Hi, the short answer is yes. Many of us here have had dizziness for months unfortunately. Some have recovered though, it takes longer for others. Hope you find relief soon.🙏😊

Got Moderna vaccine 1/7/2021 . I have had very bad right rib and spine pain since. I can’t work because of it . I have been to multiple doctors, nothing works. Life has been ruined, completely regret it. They are covering up the side effects of these vaccines. My health was perfect prior to the vaccine , now I live in daily pain.

I had the vaccine just over a week ago- a few days after i started developing dizziness and some vertigo and generally feeling off balance.

This is exactly how I felt when I had covid in Janaury, after the same period of time.

I am just so angry with myself for getting the vaccine.

I won't be getting the second dose and have already ordered the supplements and started doing the exercises.

Been given prochlorperazine by the doctor- the help with balance, been taking for 2 days, don't think there's a noticeable difference but will continue taking it.

Same exact dizziness side effect happened to me. I am 28y old, I got my J&J vaccine a little over a week ago (3rd of June), I had a small reaction to it that night the usual fever, muscle ache etc. but it all went away by the end of the second day (June 4th) and I was feeling absolutely normal.

Suddenly, exactly one week after the vaccine (June 11), I woke up dizzy/light headed and I've been like that ever since, today is the 3rd day of dizziness. I'm not sure what to do, I can function more or less I even did some sports but sometimes the dizziness is so strong that I don't feel safe driving almost like I had 4-5 beers.

Has anyone experience this kind of side effects from J&J?

I just posted about how supplements are helping me but I see some of you don’t want to take supplements or maybe can’t afford the cost. Liposomal glutathione is pricey. This other thing helped me a lot with headaches and vertigo and you might want to try it after you’ve ruled out other medical possibilities with your doctor. It’s an ayurvedic liver cleanse but it’s super easy and non-invasive. It’s called the oil pull, which you can google, but I do it with modifications. Just take about a teaspoon or 2 of (organic if possible) raw coconut or sesame oil (another oil might work, not sure) and add a dash of cayenne. If you can’t handle the cayenne, you can try it plain, it may still work. Then swish it around your mouth like mouthwash until you feel the need to cough out the phlegm it has pulled down to your throat. Then spit it all out, cough out what you can! This helps with the dreadful full head feeling which I think is trapped lymph & junk that really wants to get out. Repeat this several times until you are no longer coughing up gunk and you may very well feel lighter in the head. Let me know if it works!

If you google it, they may emphasize keeping the oil in your mouth for 10-15 minutes. Not at all necessary for our purposes. But certainly repeat it several times if you feel there is more that needs to drain. I find that at soon as the phlegm comes to my throat, I want to go spit it out and then start over with fresh oil. It is possible that eating spicy food might work in a similar manner. Are any of you finding that eating spicy food alleviates the head pressure bc it moves phlegm?

Oh and I posted this before but I also found this lymphatic drainage massage video helpful in moving some of the gunk causing the full head feeling. I can't vouch for its medical accuracy but it's so gentle, I tried it and it helped. Good health to all!

thats been the hard part for me. I’ll have a week where it’s not as bad and I think I’m getting better then it just gets worse. I feel more uncoordinated everyday at this point.

@rachie

i didn’t see the exercises on the forum. Can you kindly explain as I too would like to do something constructive. I’m taking several forum recommended supplements but nothing seems to help. Also my ENT suggested taking two or 20ml of Nortriptyline, which I did but still no relief. Honestly I really can’t phantom living with this long term so won’t even go there. Will try whatever it takes to return to myself again. I and we just need to know the “whatever it takes”. I’m going to suggest my ENT reads this forum. Maybe he will have an ahaaa moment.

I googled vestibular exercises on YouTube and the first one that came up was a Chinese gentleman examining what they are and a easy to follow video. I'm sorry I don't know how to add links here, I'll try to find exact link name though and add it here x
