I am actually feeling better...thanks for asking...had my second round of Liposomal glutathione and Quercetin/Zinc yesterday and I can honestly say the ringing in my ears is about 50% what it was...
You tube link for vestibular exercises
Some are quite difficult to do because of the dizziness, but I guess it's to help with that and the more they are done hopefully dizziness will improve.
I have a telephone appt with my Dr tomorrow to discuss further use of Behistine. I hope to get answers to some questions I have regarding my covid vaccine side effects, not sure I'll get any answers as I don't think they know enough about covid vaccines, and government just pushing the covid vaccination agenda - however I'm gonna ask my questions regardless if I get answers!
I also have made myself a chart with achievable goals each day. Simple things like
1) Get up and washed dressed daily
2) Walk outside daily -even if only a short distance
3) Do vestibular exercises x 3 daily
4) Have a fruit and veg smoothie daily - as nausea allows
5) Play with my dog Poppy daily as I can sit and throw her ball short distances - she has been very anxious as I am not her bouncy Mum.
6) Meditate using the Headspace app guided meditation x1 daily
7) Sit in garden
8) Doodle/ art/ colouring.
9) Continue taking supplements and reduce dose gradually.
Not for everyone I know but I feel I need to take back some control however small - well it's that or sit here crying which didn't help me
Wishing you a fully complete recovery x
OMG everyone should listen to this and make up their own mind. Thank you for posting the link. I’m sending it to everyone I know especially for my granddaughter’s parents. If he is right, it is way to scary to even imagine. Wish I had had seen this before getting the jabs.
thats been the hard part for me. I’ll have a week where it’s not as bad and I think I’m getting better then it just gets worse. I feel more uncoordinated everyday at this point.
Hi, Yes that sounds familiar only I haven't had a good full week yet just a day of two here and there. But like you say, you think it's going but it comes back.😊
And if so, what if those suffering were the parent, spouse, child, or self of the individuals comprising the powers that be? Would the sacrifices of health, and in some cases of life, still be considered permissible? I wonder.
Hi Sassafras, this thought has entered my mind too. I can't help but wonder that if some children were affected the same way as us there would be an outcry. God forbid that doesn't happen.🙏
I've thought of that too. Children as young as 12 are now being given this poison, and from what I read, it will only be a matter of time before it's given to even younger children. If children start experiencing horrific side effects or dying, would that make them take notice and look into it? They obviously don't care that a minority of adults is experiencing those things. Considering the affected adult as collateral damage "for the greater good", I guess. 🙁
Hi, I am 67 years old woman athletic in very good health. Second Phizer vaccine completely destroyed my balance. I felt like a drunk or heavy sedated. A week after the second vaccine I felt and broke my left wrist. Lost of balance continued striking me randomly with no reason. I am just praying to be in a safe place when the next vertigo attack happens.
@gloriam Imagine the guilt being a parent and inflicting migraines and vestibular disorders on your children. It is not approved by the FDA and it will never be approved because it is untested and already shows to be deadly harmful to health.
How could this happen?
@tabby day 97 for me since first Pfizer shot. Since then, still dizzy. This is just exhausting. God, I hope this ends soon.
Hang in their Tammy, you are not alone and we will beat this.
❤️🥰❤️
I have a headsoothe stick which is like a cool stick I rub on my temples and forehead which helps a little with tight head feeling, used a cold wash cloth before my boyfriend found the headsoothe stick. Pressure in ears I haven't found anything to help as yet. Regular ibuprofen and paracetamol kind of helps a little.
Drinking lots of fluids water, green tea, peppermint tea ( helpful when chest hurts and if nauseated) fruit juice, fruit and vegetable smoothies with teaspoon of turmeric paste added.
Maybe talk to Dr about getting some behistine for dizziness, not sure if working for me but won't risk stopping in case it makes dizziness worse.
Also speak to Dr to see if vestibular exercises may be of help to you
Here is a link for some on youtube
Wishing you and all of us a speedy full recovery, x

Hi, yes it is exhausting and frustrating. So, you're coming up to 14 weeks, seems like a lifetime doesn't it. Have you found anything that helps you at all? I'm trying an anti-inflammatory diet and taking pain killers when I get a headache.
Hi everyone. I thought I would post an update as I am also one of the “long-haulers” on this forum. Monday marks 15 weeks for me since my symptoms began. My symptoms began will little dizzy spells in week 1 that became severe 24-7 dizziness at about week 3 into this nightmare. For many weeks I was dizzy sitting, standing, walking, and sleeping. It was debilitating and I could hardly function. I’m a teacher and a mother to a two year old so it was VERY depressing. I’ve NEVER been so sick in my entire life. I’ve had all the tests done (MRI, VNG, bloodwork, etc) and all were clear. Through these last 15 weeks I’ve also had issues with sinus pressure, headaches, neck/shoulder pain, ear fullness and ringing, nausea, anxiety, brain fog, difficulty concentrating and fatigue. At this point the only symptoms I am still dealing with are the dizziness (which is now occasional instead of constant) and ear fullness/ringing (also occasional). The dizziness no longer bothers me all day every day and I even have had several days in a row of feeling almost normal (almost). I do still battle the dizziness here and there and, unfortunately, experience weeks where I feel like I’m over it only to go backwards again (which really bums me out because my husband and I want to have another baby and I still feel like I’m not well enough yet). I have noticed that I seem to “go backwards” while I’m on my period. Ladies, has anyone else noticed this??
I have not tried any of the supplements that people have been taking about but am considering it. For reference, I am a 30 year old otherwise healthy female with no major health concerns. I have had two very short dizzy spells in the past (both lasted about 2 weeks and were separated by several years-I’ve never known the cause of those). I will say that for about 9 weeks now I’ve been receiving atlas orthogonal treatment (a special type of chiropractic treatment) because an X-ray of my upper cervical spine revealed a significant misalignment of my atlas bone. When the atlas bone is misaligned it can lead to all of the symptoms we all seem to have. My doctor did not discount the vaccine and seems to think that the vaccine created an immense amount of inflammation that my body is reacting to and unable to resolve because of this misalignment (which can prevent blood and CSF from circulating to your brain as it should). For those with vestibular issues already, it may be worth your while to look into this as it can be an underlying cause for some of the conditions mentioned on this forum (vestibular migraine, migraine, meneires disease, etc). I do feel that this treatment is helping me tremendously and feel SO supported by my doctor. I just wanted you all to know that I’ve also experienced symptoms for a long time and still continue to work through all of this. I pray we all make speedy and full recoveries. It’s so depressing to feel like your life has been put on hold. You are not alone!!
@schwark4
I’m with you! I’ve had my second dose of AstraZeneca and 4 days later had my first dizzy spell then got worse as weeks progressed I’m now in week 5 and fighting dizziness and anxiety daily. When to urgent care had every test imaginable all came back clear. Was given beta blockers for anxiety which knocked me out, then given anti sickness which did nothing at all then told probably vestibular neuritis so to take Betahistine Dihydrochloride and I’m on day 3 of those and so far no change. I’ve read something very interesting on here that someone was advised by a doctor about the vaccines effects on monocytes.
They say the jab can throw off your balance of monocytes which breakdown dead cellular material and if they are not in proper ratio to begin with (I had lymphoma so mine definitely wouldn’t be) then they leave a lot of cellular material behind causing inflammation and making people feel dizzy and sick. MRNA vaccines target these cells specifically so that’s most likely what’s wrong with me.
This doctor suggested supplements of Liposomal glutathione, Quercetin, Zinc and Ivermectin and the person improved within 2 days. Then shared info on here and more and more people have tried this out too and many have got better within 2 days of taking them. With that in mind, I’ll be going to my pharmacist tomorrow for advice on these supplements and also going to speak to my haematologist to see if this is a likely a monocyte inflammatory response and whether or not I should take them.
Totally utterly desperate at this point, I can’t drive, work or do anything at all other than lay on the sofa panicking with no help or real understanding from doctors!
I’m not a parent (fortunately!) I can’t even imagine how difficult that must be to deal with feeling like this!
Wish you well soon and if this regimen of supplements works I will share on here for sure.
