Peeps!
I am in the same boat as you all and have been trying different things to feel better
Here's what I've tried
1) Electrolytes
2) lime juice + sugar + salt (to taste) drink instead of just water.
And both have really helped with dizziness/weakness and im feeling much better now.
Hope it helps you too.. 🙏
@thenystagmus hope you are feeling OK well as much as you can. I've do e steroid drops before and not the easiest but hey you may be fine here's to that 👍. I'm hoping tommorow you and us all are feeling a litter better as it's exhausting for us all xx
Thank you for your embracing wishes! Today I'm still working on challenging myself with moving about and provoking my symptoms, still feeling energized, but calmer! 😅
I like this saying... If wishes were horses, we all would ride! I'm saddle soaping and oiling up my tack! Gee hi! 😂
Wishing restorative rest for you and for all of us! 👍🤗🙏
Can I have a magical unicorn please?
Can I have a magical unicorn please?
Wow, what a sparkly thought!!✨
One of Madeleine L'Engle's books has such ...maybe she'll pray some over for us?!! 🥳🙏
To top it all I now have a relentlessly it hing bug bite - OK sicker let's see what you think after feasting on my super antigen blood? It'll either be shooting around all guns blazing or wobble to the floor in a puddle lol x
Watch out ...you might not want to offend your antagonist! Its bite may end up distracting your body's defenses into calling off its antibody onslaught on itself.😳
If you get better after this, let us know! We may all line up for bug bites of our own! LOL 😜 This business is sooo crazy, just about anything is believable! 🤣
So I've just spoken to a nurse for a quick bit of advice of what medication is of use and what to stop now I've given it a try.
Stopping all supplements except multivitamin
Taking ibruromen and paracetamol for pain relief
And behistine as prescribed for nausea and dizziness.
I've parred done as want the Dr to have as clean a slate as possible so that if he agrees after consultation to pescribe Ivermectin my body isn't load up with lots of medication that may interact with it. I have until 22nd July to do this unless I pray there is a cancellation.
I've thrown loads at my body supplements, pills and potions, some prescribed some over counter.
I'm meditating daily, walking outside, playing with my poppy dog, keeping up with regular movement not just resting about. Hoping more movement helps.
Attempting anti inflammatory diet of fresh fruit and veg smoothies, eggs for protien a high fibre nautal grain carbs. With a small treat if wanted. This depends of my level of nausea and vomiting. Some days are better yay.
Giving my body as rest from all my attempts to heal it and see if it can do that it's self. Who knows may work as should know itself lol.
Anyway what I was leading up to is the nurse I spoke to asked what shot I had and I said pfizer, straight away she said "are you suffering long covid symptoms" and I said that's how it feels. She said "not surprised I know a lot of people like that after vaccine" Sooo I'm guessing long haulers take a while to recover so maybe some of us are long haulers from vaccine, maybe we should just be kind to ourselves and wait for symptoms to run it's course with best supportive care? (I'm still having ivermectin treatment when available the sooner the better lol) who really knows what to do though? Maybe a little good luck dance for eachother - "shake what ya mama gave ya" lol

Wishing us all well xx

Fantastique 🎠
@wynnwolter Hi yes, I have had this also, it starts to feel like it's getting better then like a boomarang its back, I think this is why people may have trouble believing me because they only really see me when I am having the good days
@thaliadrori Any improvement? I got second Pfizer shot on April 23 and the tinnitus and stuffed up left ear has not improved. Some days they're barely noticeable, other days (like today) the tinnitus is very loud and the pressure in my hear/head is painful. I have been to ENT and just got a hearing test. My hearing results were very good, and oddly the affected hear had better sound differentiation than the unplugged ear. So now back to ENT where i imagine I'll be sent for scans of my head.
The ringing is SO loud today.
I would really like to see a thread about what may have helped people improve. Going through 300+ pages on this thread is...alot!
