@thenystagmus

Hi, thanks God all the symptoms are gone as of 07/21.  There is hope for those still suffering.

What helped me was:

1, Cold sores and allergic reaction like swelling of the tongue and feeling of throat closing in went away with Benadryl.  Then I was told Atarax could help too

2. Vertigo.  I felt weird like lightheaded but also like carrying a big cloud on my head while shopping at supermarket . I had to super concentrate on what I was doing and to be able to drive back home.  Then the day after I woke up because while sleeping eve started spinning and when I woke up eve was really spinning.  I only had that vertigo episode once.  No need to take any medication.

3. For anxiety I was prescribed Atarax 1 tablet every 6 hours.  I just took 1 every 24 hours, sometimes every 2 days. One day I took two, but that was it.  I was given 30 tablets and had requested a refill.  I was told I had Depression and was given LEXAPRO that has to be taken for 6 months minimum, but i never took it and never will. My husband helped me get through it.  I started with Atarax on 06/26 and the last one was on 07/29.  I read the Bible, positive thinking books, went to church, prayed and prayed and tried to surround myself with positive people.I also exercise a lot, I have my private gym at home, so there is no excuse, I eat very healthy and I am also taking care of my spiritual side by praying, reading the Bible and going to church.

I am back to myself again, and I appreciate my life more than ever before.  I had lost the joy of life, something that I had taken for granted.  God is good.

@jeank

I went to an allergy specialist, and she recommended  all the blood allergy tests. Funny thing I had been allergic to peanuts and pork and now I am not.

There is hope, I am back to my old self, and I love my life again.

@hidden1959 I’m starting to think that what I was feeling this morning was acid reflux. I haven’t been diagnosed with it, but I plan on telling my doctor about it. I was able to sleep for bit and I was able to have a meal.
I’m about to take my magnesium and hope the rest of the day is better.

Something that has helped me deal with the question of, will I ever get better? (severe brain fog) is asking myself if today (Tuesday) I feel better than past Tuesday, and 80% of the time the answer was yes.

For me, it was only tiny improvements, but usually every week was a little bit better (lesser intense). It lasted about 5 weeks before I felt closer to normal (after 1st shot). Now I am in it again (after 2nd shot) and taking it the same way to reduce my anxiety and not fall into depression again.

Little by little but be sure you'll get better.

Hugs everyone, hang in there!

H

The anxiety was the worst.  I do suffer from anxiety only when traveling before boarding, or when I go to the dentist but never out of the blue anxiety would hit and it was a feeling of doom, not safe, bad thoughts were going very fast through my mind.  Atarax helped but I did not want to be medicated although it was vital for my recovery. I was told it was depression, which I rejected immediately but I did understand why if when I requested a consultation I was having an anxiety episode.  Doctors only treat the symptoms but do not want to bother to find the cause.  I am now 100% sure it was the Pfizer vaccine.

is someone has this brain  fog that comes in WAVES. Some hours everything is fine and then in 10min everything changes ?? it is really disabling and prevents me from living

@romaina yes. I usually feel fine until the ~noon time and then starts to go down hill. when I move around then I become dizzy. when I'm not moving around and working with my computer, then the brain fog hits...

You will get better, hang in there, be very positive and surround with people who understand and support you.  I thought I was never going to see the light but now I am out of that tunnel.
