@djmatera I was taking liquid ginkgo biloba at first for the dizziness and ear fullness to reduce inflammation but to also keep me up cuz the meclizine I was prescribed made me sleepy. I took ginkgo in lemon or lime water with food for about a month or so.
At the end of July I stopped the ginkgo and started taking liquid ionic magnesium only and it’s helped as well with the vertigo and my overall mood.
If you go to my activity, you should see a post with an attachment of the ones I took.

Hope this helps.

@romaina oh yes, fatigue and brain fog are the worst... You're not the only one who considered having a serious disease. I've had an anxiety attack just because of that, had to remind myself several times that it's probably "nothing".

But it is hard to think of anything other than about your own mental and physical condition...

@jassy1957 what is this 12 week thing, does the body stop making proteins after 12 weeks or something else?

There are supplements that will put you in autophagy if you don't want to do the 2 days with water...Dr. Haider recommended them to me if I did not want to go with the medications first..

You can also try these if you decide to try treating without medications first:

Life Extension Autophagy Renew x 2 weeks
Life Extension Cytokine Suppress x 2-4 weeks

I did back to back weekends of water fasting and am not looking forward to it anytime soon.  What I am doing now is intermittent fasting along with the Autophagy Renew supplement...Just started this morning...

You should NOT be exercising...

Activity:

No exercise (especially anything that elevates the heart rate above 100) until fully resolved.  From Dr. Haider FLCCC

My body is sensitive to all types of drugs, so I usually take lowest dosage possible.

Cordyceps: 750mg, one capsule a time, 3-4 times a day, After meal

Lianhua Qingwen: 0.35g/capsule,  4 capsules each time, 3 times daily, After Meal (I was on it for 20 days in total, take a 2-3 days break in between)

Quercetin: 250mg/day, After meal

Turmeric: 1 tea spoon/day, After meal

Zinc: 25mg/day

Vitamin D: 2000IU/day

Vitamin C: 1500mg/day

Oil fish: 1200mg/day

@gingerjones I’m just doing fasting for now. Not two days or anything, but I’m trying to do at least 16hrs.

@adamk Hopefully not! However, there are so much unknown about the vaccine... I do take 1-2 day break from some supplements to give my body a rest.

@gingerjones I haven’t exercised since June 13 - at least I haven’t done anything that requires a lot of cardio. I’ve been going on small walks here and there when I can. I’ve been doing balancing exercises and my vestibular exercises. My main cardio comes from going up and down my stairs, but I take those slowly.
