@jbeatthis1 Hi - thanks for your post. For the InCellDX testing, did they tell you upfront what the cost will be if your insurance does not cover it? I saw the intake form and it asks when you had Covid. Is it a problem if you only had the vaccine?  Did you need your doctors involvement to do the test?  I am five months in and thinking about pursuing this. Thank you!  Libby

@lylarayns My experience is very similar. 1st shot Jan. 29 second shot Feb. 26. Mild reaction after the  second shot and then seemed fine. 3 weeks later, I started having mild dizziness with brain zaps and it has continued for a week now. It is very annoying and uncomfortable.

I don't understand this anymore. Mornings are now fine, evenings as well, but anything in between is psychological torture. I would say that I'm a bit better after a month, however, fatigue and a general lack of good mood persists.

I don't know if the following will help anyone, but it might be worth the shot. I've just had my first acupuncture session, reading that it might help. The receptionist there said they can hardly cope with the demand as more and more people have adverse reactions after vaccination and seek alternative medicinal methods. BUT, the effects should transpire in two-to-four months. After the session I've felt a bit drowsy tbh, but later on the intensity of several symptoms diminished, for example, for the first time in weeks, I've slept for 8 hours without consecutive interruptions.

This is a freaking roller-coaster ride, no doubt about it, yet, it will be over at some point.

Be well and don't dispair,

JeanK

He did some other adjustments than the normal ones I usually get, he cracked my neck massaged certain places. He us all for organic foods and grassfed meat or organic chicken,  lots of green vegies,  wild blueberries,  no sugar,  no processed foods,  only Greek organic olive oil no other oils, cleansing organic teas and pure distill water

@jeank Hello, I can't reply you in private message (cause I'm newbie here) so I answer you here.
(I am 13 weeks after 1st Pfizer shot, my story few pages back)
I really feel better now, don't have vertigo and clogging ears (only sometimes, very rarely). Only right eye's blurred vision didnt go away, but I hope it's neurologic symptom and my body need time to fully recover.
I think all suplements, medicine, CBD and diet helped me, but I found another interesting thing - Bowen therapy. I'm going there 1 time for 1,5-2 weeks and it seems physiologist helps me a lot.
I hope all we will be healthy as previous, keep calm & stay positive 🙂

@markm Look up the half somersault maneuver. A friend of mine who had a mild case of Covid ended up with your symptoms after getting over Covid. She had the dizziness, brain fog and brain zaps for weeks and went to several doctors. One told her to Google this maneuver and to follow the instructions exactly. Apparently you have to get through the dizziness during the maneuver, but it worked for her after just a couple of days. She said she did the maneuver about 5 times before she felt a lot of relief. It has not come back.

@jeank hello Jean I am at 3 weeks since my 2nd injection I have had symptoms for 2 months. Yesterday was my first day where I felt good (except around 3pm but fast) I even spent the evening with friends. Unfortunately today, also difficult since noon Headache and dizziness it's hard after having finally had a good day But it's at least the hope that things can improve!

@spraif hey there 🙂

I have a lot of the same symptoms you had mainly being brain fog, anxiety, ear fullness (feels like they need to be popped but they don’t) I started taking this vitamin regime and started feeling a lot better almost 100% after 5 days, I thought I could lower myself off the vitamins but all symptoms came back after feeling good for 2 days do you think it could be because I lowered off them too quickly? I went from 2 tsp 3x a day to 1 tsp 1 time a day I wasn’t sure if it needed a gradual lowering.

are you still feeling better?

thanks so much!

@romaina actually sounds amazing, especially that you were able to socialise!! As you've said - even though today is worse, you are getting back to normal!!

@luca44 thank you so much for replying and sharing your story!! Your story is a source of hope and a potential way of treatment.

I'm glad you're feeling better, I wish you don't relapse at any point and just keep getting better.

Stay healthy,

JeanK
