@maianixon I’ve been also seeming to get worse. I’m 5 months now and I’ve had it quite severe. My heart has been bad pots like symptoms inability to stand up. Bad dizziness have fainted a few times 😢 I will say my body has rejected everything put in it. I was put on amitriptyline but after 5 days it caused severe heart palpitations which stayed ever since. So just a word of warning some of the medicines have actually caused more harm to me than good. This is only my case though everyone is different just wanted to share that I’ve had bad experiences off them and caused more symptoms. I hope we get through this 🙏🙏
Hi, what did you do for the palpitations? Or did you let it subside without medication?
I did not have heart palpitations since last one month. Went to a Neuro who gave tablets for nerve pain/anti depressant... took 1 on Sunday since then I have bad heart palpitations.
Now its little less bit still not gone completely. I'm wondering how is it that one tablet caused it to go crazy for so long. By now I qas hoping it will go back to normal as I stopped taking that tablet. Not sure if the side effect of the tablet is still there or the tablet has really caused some issue in my heart. I'm concerned.

Same with me when I started taking amitriptyline same tablet it made things worse I had to stop them. Think it really didn’t go well with what was going on in my body. It lasted quite a while after I stopped unfortunately. Gradual was less. I ended up on beta blockers which kind of stopped them. I’ve been put on all sorts of medicines but none really seems to help I have bad side affects aswell 🤷♂️ Think our bodies just can’t really take more chaos. I think time and trying not to stress is the best thing for it. Best advice I got was stop looking up all your symptoms trying to find something you have got. because I spent months looking and kept posting on here and all it did was made me worse filled me with more anxiety. Try to limit yourself on here and worrying on google you will see improvement. Hopefully this helps
@nath So are you saying the beta blockers stopped the palpitations? Did you see a doctor for it?
I sure will stop coming here more but was just looking for answers.
I just took 1 tablet on Sunday but the palpitations still remain. How long did it take for you to come back to a normal heart rate?
Did it stop after taking beta blockers or stop without medication?
You can try with sit-ups..
Sit-ups for palpitations?
How would that help? Was this recommended by a doctor to you?

Yes the beta blockers will stop heart palpitations if they are the same of mine which is a problem with the electrical circuit and the heart is miss firing in the sa node.
other things that can cause it is anxiety. So probably need to see with doctor. Anxiety will feed off these symptoms and make them 10 times more. I was having heart problems from 3 weeks after vaccine then amitriptyline made the effects even worse.
everyone’s bodies are different and we all have different symptoms and severity of symptoms. Mine are mainly focused from the heart. My autonomic nervous system has been affected and this causes heart to beat incorrectly. Tight chest and breathing difficulties can go hand in hand with this. My dizziness could be caused from the heart not effectively pumping oxygen around also. This may not be the case for everyone but I’ve had a lot of tests and only fault that ha been found is due to my heart rate.
I would suggest you talk this through with a doctor I’m sure they will put your mind at ease more. Ask them if you think that yours could be a problem with autonomic nervous system it seem like the vaccine causes alot of problems with this. Cardiologist suggested to go on beta blockers to help level itself out. But unfortunately like everything else I get side affects from it. Insane 24/7 dizziness and very tired all the time. But i had no chest pains.
I don't know what to do as my initial chdst pain qent away in few days. Right now the palpitations began due to the anti depressant tablet that I took. I did have chest pain on Sunday but it went away. The palpitations are less but I'm not sure if I need to see a Cardio or let it go on its own as it was a side effect of the medicine.
How are you coping up with all this? I have constant feeling that I won't stay alive for long or end up with some disease. I feel like ending my life!
I’m had very bad days and when your having a bad day it’s hard to see the good. But trust me when your having a good day it really helps bring your determination back to know you will get better.
ive definitely had some dark thoughts that I would rather not be here if I’m going to be like this. But trust me don’t let these thoughts and depression bring you down for something that is temporary. Yes it feels like forever I’ve been house bound for 5 months and I’ve lost faith loads. But last couple of weeks I’ve found my smile again even though I’m in pain every day. And with each smile and laughter I sometimes forget about my symptoms. it’s going to be a long journey but you have to stay on it. Things will get better they have to even if it takes a year. Just think this is very shit but it will be temporary! Symptoms will ease up.
last month I would not of been saying this as I was in a very bad place. Try the lowest dose beta blockers as it will help with anxiety as well see how you get on with it. I would try see a cardiologist it helped calm me down massively.

Can help with abdomen muscles and diaphragma strength.. Just my theory, not doctor recomendation. At some point I have breathing problems.. like my breathing muscles have no strength.. I have sleep apnea and feel of drowning every time I try to sleep. Like my diaphragma does not support my breathing. Last couple of weeks I feel like my palpitations come from my stomach and depend of my body position.. anyway, palpitations can be from weak abdomen muscles and that can be neurological to.. and can be vacc side effect.

Thank you for this push! I will see a Cardio if I feel the need. I hope it gets getter in a day or two as it has subsided quite a lot.
Yes, it feels like forever especially when something new shows up in your body. A new symptom or the previous ones pops up out of nowhere again.
I hope we all come out if it soon. Did you do any tests for the palpitations? I'm scared to take any medication as the last one screwed it up for me!

Mine started due to that stupid anti depressant tablet that I took. I regret taking it....
Didn't have any post vax. Though I had slight chest pain, it went away. I hope this gets vack to normal in time as I have stopped taking the tablet and took it only once.
@medee honestly the first 2 months I was convinced I was going to die, that feeling slowly goes away. Don’t give up x
Did you have any issues in the heart or head? Palpitations, chest pain, weird headaches or uneasiness in the head?
What were your symptoms? And how long did it take for you to feel better? Did any tests or visited any doctors?
I'm scared of visting any as the two I did, put me in more trouble by the medication. I am not sure if I should go for any tests as the majority of people I saw here had clear reports.
Do use the QUOTE option when you respond. Thank you for giving me hopes! At the moment I am too scared.
@medee yes I have heart palpitations, chest pain and tightness, dizziness, brain fog, pain in right eye, feeling like I’m going to faint. All tests I’ve had have come back fine, I’ve given up with the doctors tbh. I’m 3 months in and seen little improvement but nothing massive. But enough to know I will be better in time, I don’t think about dying 24/7 like I used too, I do sometimes have good days. But then a relapse comes, but I’m just waiting and giving my body the time it needs to heal

I hope I learn to be as patient as the rest of you have been but, honestly it is driving me crazy!
Take care! Keeping you in my prayers!
@medee I promise you will, it took me around 2/2.5 months to feel positive. But once little improvements start you will start feeling better x

Yes the main test for me was a 24hr ecg basically just shows your hearts activity over the time. Only thing that has showed up something for me. Heart stopping for short periods of time etc… it’s uncomfortable to wear but doctors can get a good gauge on what you heart is doing over that time. A normal ecg only shows 15 seconds and most the time will never show something unless it’s happening right at the point. After they checked mine over they recommended beta blockers but very low dose 1.25mg which defiantly in my case controlled the heart palpitations. Other than that I would just wait it out avoid chocolate and caffeine and drink lots of water. Also try not to lean on your sides at night that made the palpitations worse.
Hi all, I am 5 months post second pfizer jab and am happy to report improvement. When this first started I was bedridden and could barely eat without the urge to vomit. Omeprazole has helped a LOT with this and the GI issues in general. Dizziness is still here, haven’t noticed an improvement, I’ve just learned to live with it. I will have bad days/flare ups if I don’t get enough sleep so I’ve been taking benadryl before bed to keep that under control. Have been hitting the gym almost daily for a couple months and it works wonders for the anxiety! At first my ears would clog up and I’d get vertigo when working out, but it went away after the first week or two. I was bedridden, extremely anxious and couldn’t sleep a wink until I started working out, so I can’t recommend it enough. Doctor has given me a medrol pack and I will be taking it starting tomorrow. I will report back and let you guys know if it helps.
I have been cured of dizziness. When I got COVID-19 vaccines, I had dizziness, heart palpitations, tinnitus, and leg pains. My doctor said vaccines reduced my folic acid and vitamins of B12 in my blood. I used vitamin drugs, did dizziness exercises, and ate healthy things. Then I recovered from that about one week.

@medee Never use that tablet again. It affected your heart. Peppers, smoking, coffee, cocoa, chocolate and stress, all give you palpitations. Eating fatty foods too. It is my experience.
Ok. So I am 39 years old, no real history of medical issues (perhaps slightly overactive immune system, since I rarely get sick). I took my first Pfizer vaccine August 18th 2021. I was not worried, scared, or anxious at all about it.
8 days later I consumed alcohol. Nothing unusual, been having drinks socially for years, no hangover, no excess amount, nothing.
On day 10 (Aug 28th) I woke up feeling light headed, dizzy. It was a weird feeling, not like anything else I have felt before. That feeling did not go away the entire day, and turned to extreme heart palpitations for the entire day. It was the scariest feeling ever. I became nauseated, unable to take down food most of the day, and felt like I would need to call the ambulance. The heart palpitations and feeling of dread/anxiety were so strong that I could not do anything for 3 days. I saw my doctor 3 days later (Aug 31st) and in the office he measured my BP on each arm, which was high in one arm and low in the other. This was suggestive of a heart issue (Myocarditis?). I was rushed to ER. ER checked me out, but did not find anything wrong with my blood work (all normal) and no sign of heart attack or issues. Was put on a heart monitor for 24 hours, or told to take it home. That was all normal.
My heart palpitations and feelings of anxiety did not go away for 2-3 weeks. They would come back but slowly started to wax and wane off. But it took almost a month for me to feel better. It is now Oct 18th and I am due for a second shot but I will NEVER take another shot of this again. It was the worst feeling and experience I have ever felt in my entire life. I live in Canada, Vancouver, BC, and the doctors here are striving for the highest vaccination rate in the world and striving to sweep everything else they can under the rug. I am worried that there are many people who experienced something similar but are not being given a venue to share it.
I'm also in Vancouver, BC and have had many of the same issues. I've had true vertigo (history of Meniere's but not a symptom in over 20 years), severe headaches, imbalance and terrible eye and vision problems that are slowly resolving. I also had the heart palpitations, but that too seems a bit better. I had instant tinnitus and slight unsteadiness after my 1st jab in April and then my vision issues started, but I just assumed I needed new glasses, and I did. But I still couldn't see, or focus. I got another new scrip but same. Now those glasses seem to be working fine.
I had my 2nd jab in late June and again had tinnitus and slight vertigo for a few days. But then I then had two eye bleeds and a number of "vestibular migraines" a first and I've had migraines since age 10. I've been seen at the VGH eye clinic for a severe subconjuncitval hemorrhage (see attached! Imagine seeing that in the mirror!).
I had my 3rd jab (I was invited because I'm on cortisone and it was only 15 weeks after my 2nd, so I do wonder about that) on Oct 7 and have not been the same since. I've had the works and haven't worked in 5 weeks and fear I won't be able to ever again.
However, I'm happy to report that my vision/eye issues have resolved. The burning and blurriness are much better as is the photophobia. I'm still getting headaches and my vertigo is more like I fall over when I try to stand, but I can walk okay although it leaves me seriously exhausted (I used to walk 4 miles along the Arbutus corridor every morning before 7am!). I have to take it very easy or I trigger all my symptoms.
My GP has been great and said he was reporting my case to the vaccine injury people?? The opthamologist said she thought the meniere's was caused by the vaccine (inflammatory) but couldn't say what caused all the eye probs, though she was suspicious.
But I agree: had I known to "pay attention" to the symptoms, or that people with pre-existing vestibular issues are susceptible, I would never have had the 3rd jab.
I do hope you're feeling better. I have a ways to go but am on my way.
