Hello. I want to start intermittent fasting. What is the best practice for intermittent fasting? Which app would you recommend? 😎

During fasting periods, you can eat little or nothing. These are the most popular methods: The 16/8 method: Also called the Lean Gains protocol, it involves skipping breakfast and eating food for 8 hours, for example, between 1 and 9 pm.

I can recommend several apps for keeping track of your eating schedule and monitoring your progress.

Some popular choices include:

  1. MyFitnessPal: This app not only allows you to track your meals but also includes a large database of food items and a barcode scanner for easy tracking.
  2. Zero: This app is specifically designed for intermittent fasting, and it includes features such as fasting timers, progress tracking, and fast recipes.
  3. Fastmate: Another app designed for intermittent fasting, Fastmate includes features such as progress tracking, fast recipes, and reminders to drink water during your fast.
