Hi, looking for any feedback,  suggestions,  etc.

I've had hearing loss in my right ear for 3-4 years. I would get fullness and ringing often. Never had any vertigo attacks.

In October,  I was doing a homeopathic medicine that which I now know causes vertigo.

A week after starting,  I had my first vertigo attack.

I've had an mri, vng testing and numerous other tests but nothing has been definitive.

Since October,  ive been dizzy, off balance and feelings that I will fall at anytime.

I've had 4 more attacks since.

I was told it's Bppv or Menieres.

I do get more dizzy eating certain foods.

The attacks have no particular pattern.

I just get a racing heart and dizzy. My hearing seems to be at its baseline when this happens. I do have pain in both ears since this happened in October.

Does this sound like a menieres case?

Have you seen a vestibular & balance specialist yet? I can help you find one in your area. 🙂

From what you're describing—hearing loss, dizziness, and ringing in your ears—it could be Meniere's disease, but it could also be something like BPPV, which affects balance. Meniere's often causes vertigo, hearing changes, and ringing, while BPPV is more about balance issues, so it’s hard to say for sure without more tests. Keeping track of your symptoms and any food triggers could help your doctor figure out what’s going on. It might also help to see an ENT specialist if you haven’t already.
