I have had Motion sickness daily for 35 years. I have taken Dramamine every day. If I don’t take Dramamine every morning, I will be throwing up before noon.It is motion sickness. Not spinning or vertigo, it’s motion sickness feeling just like I’m carsick,in my head and nauseous. 
I can ride in the car, boats, play golf etc. without getting nauseous but not without Dramamine. The thing that makes me feel the worst  ( even with Dramamine) is eye movement. Reading iPhone, iPad, compute. I have been to 8 ENTs and other doctors over the years but knowone has answer what my issue is. Recently had a VNG that they said they determined I have BPPv, but could not rule out something nuerlogical. BPPV daily for 35 years? I just don’t think it’s that. I do have hearing loss in the last few years. Last week I had a normal MRI. Any ideas?
