I need to replace my laptop and I have a lot of trouble with my eyes visual vertigo and looking at the screen makes my vestibular disorder and migraine symptoms worse. I was wondering if anyone has had any luck with a type of screen there are so many out there I feel lost on make and type. I’ve tried glasses and brightness reduction I’m just looking for advice on make and screen type please

For people with sensitive eyes and prone to dizziness, it is recommended to choose a laptop with a matte screen. A matte screen typically reflects less light and does not create glare, which can reduce eye strain and help reduce dizziness. Certain brands such as Dell, HP, ASUS and Lenovo offer laptops with matte screens. It may also be helpful to take regular breaks and use blue light filtering software to reduce eye strain.
