Hi everyone,

It’s been awhile since I last posted but wanted to share an update

I got my Pfizer in June and July and since August have experienced a host of symptoms as you have all mentioned (Severe dizziness, high blood pressure, sudden new anxiety and heart palpitations, nervous system disregulation, chest pain, numbness in hands and feet, pins and needles, nerve pain and odd sensations, possible POTS, possible MCAS, multiple food and chemical sensitivities, crushing fatigue and many more symptoms that wax and wane etc etc!)

Ive had 2 MRIS, 2 CT scans, 2 chest X-rays, heart monitor, EKG, multiple ER visits and more blood tests than I can recount…all basically clear and no answers…saw a neuro, PT, cardiologist, chiropractor…(I’m a 37 year old mom of 2 littles, this was a lot…)

I saw an acupuncturist which helped somewhat but still didn’t resolve many of my symptoms, did help me improve significantly the first few months

Ive just finally started seeing a naturopathic doctor and I wish I would’ve done it much sooner. It’s out of pocket and not cheap but has been worth every penny. She’s running deeper blood tests that are different than the normal blood tests hospitals and doctors have run to get clear answers of what’s wrong. I’ve found out I’m anemic, my b-12 is high! (not being absorbed), homocysteine normal, negative for dormant viruses like Epstein Barr and other viruses like Varicella which I know some were concerned about.  I’m also doing an “Organic Acids Test” which tests many different minerals and vitamin deficiencies, bacteria, brain neurotransmitter details and overall metabolic health among other things in the body. She also recommend I see a Craniosacral therapist who specializes in treating nervous system issues and it’s been so helpful and very enlightening, finally ANSWERS. Hands on healing for the body.

She also recommended I start DNRS or “Braintapping”, (which I’m using, much less expensive), an app that you use to help regulate thoughts and to help heal the mind and body and it’s been immensely helpful also.

I highly recommend if you can find the funds to support your health and recovery and find a naturopath doctor or functional medicine doctor you will get the answers we’ve all been looking for. There are many telehealth and virtual docs who can see you from almost anywhere (Check out Dr.Motley, Dr. Will Cole and many others)

Im currently going slow and changed my diet months ago to exclude all inflammatory foods like gluten, pasteurized dairy, soy, coffee and alcohol and high histamine foods just to name a few which helped a lot

My doctor recommended for me:

- L Theanine Serene

- Perimine

- Quercetin

- Spirulina

- Nattozimes/Serrazimes/ Proteolytic enzymes

- Some other supplements to support digestion for gut health like digestive enzymes since I have gut issues also

Once I get results back of my OATS test we’ll start a more detailed protocol for healing

I hope this helps and may 2022 bring healing for the mind and body for all!

Hi there, I had palpitations and tight chest with a dull pain for over a month after the second vaccine. At night sometimes I was gasping for air. I wore a heart monitor for 24 hours and it didn't pick anything abnormal. Cardiologist finally admitted that it could be a reaction to the vaccine. Now after 3 months after the second vaccine I am about 90% better. I took milk thistle detox pills, fish oil and vitamin d. Not sure if that helped or just the time but certainly not as bad as I was before. I am not getting the third booster though. But hang in there it does get better eventually.

@twitch

How did you get an exemption? I can see that doctors are quite unwilling to grant one to people suffering from vestibular side effects post-vaccination. Thanks for your help!

@nawpan I'm getting concerned.  My hands and legs became numb 3 days after my pfizer booster.  I have looked into other health problems I have and waiting for more tests.  but this burning and numbess is maddening.  I'm also very weak.

@beckykraker

I seem to have anxiety that is effecting my lifestyle. I'm a 69 year old female.  Had Pfizer vaccine in February and March, 2021.  I felt no physical side effects after vaccinated.  I made a big move last March to an active retirement community, where I really want to be. The packing, planning, selling, moving was stressful and I thought I was exhausted from all of it. But it's January and I'm having trouble getting out and being social. I thought my anxiety and difficulty staying on task was a change in my brain due to age.  But now I'm not so sure. Your entry touched on my own concerns.

Almost 2 months after receiving 2nd dose of Pfizer, I’m still experiencing several symptoms. Seems like it’s something new every other week.

-pain that goes through shoulder blades and lower back

-tenderness and pain in axilla near outside of breast

-tenderness when pressing on chest near clavicle

-tender neck lymph glands/nodes

-inconsistent bowel movements

-severe tenderness on specific area on rib cage near breast

-aches on certain parts of body (feel like it may be on the bones)

-severe fatigue

@marieski858

Hello-

I am a 39yr old mom of three who has experienced very similar symptoms. I received my first Moderna vaccine on 3/8/21. Shortly after I started having tingling/prickly sensations in my head, anxiety, panic attacks, chest pain and palpitations. I also had a pain in the left side of my neck (straining feeling). My left arm would also go completely numb. I received my second Moderna vaccine in April and things worsened for me. I had insomnia because the panic and anxiety wouldn’t allow me to sleep. I would lay in my bed with weird sensations all over my body. In addition to the symptoms above, I developed TMJ, muscle tension, muscle twitching and leg weakness. I couldn’t drive or sleep.
I have been in and out of the ER, and have gone to see my PCP, a neurologist, and a cardiologist. I have had X-rays, CT scans, EKGs, holster monitors, blood work etc. I have gone to physical therapy where I was told my muscle tension in my neck and trap were extremely bad. I have only been diagnosed with anxiety. I also had to get a breast MRI because of the pain in my chest. My symptoms were improving because I was seeing an acupuncturist and a massage therapist every week but my booster (in December) caused me to again relapse. I am sorry you are going through this as well but thank you for sharing your story. No one believes me and I feel like I am crazy. This reassures me that indeed I am not. My new symptom after my booster is that I can now feel my heartbeat in my left arm ☹️  Can you please share any resources you have found for healing?

@red06lexus check out this link

i found one ☝🏾 n my area for $70 a session. Many symptoms we have are similar to long Covid patients so that’s why I tried it. I am also on the  carnivore diet and many are my symptoms are improving after just a week. Going to keep going. I also do intermittent fasting. This is me though. I know everyone is different.

after 60 days of 3rd jab, anytime I sleep (afternoon or night) I wake up after 1 hour with stiff and painfu hand tendons and finger joints and jerky finger movement.
Pain is traveling through whole joints, muscles and tendons of the body.

I did all rheumatology and blood test. Nothing was found. My orthopedist referred me to neurologist whom the first appointment time is 6 months later.

I found out that most doctors do not know what to do with post vaccine symptoms and the only way they think maybe can be helpful is reducing patients' stress by ignoring the symptoms.
So,
I would APPRECIATE it if anyone send me any treatment that has found helpful to: [email protected].
