@tone unfortunately they came on over time and you don’t realize what’s happening. I am completely on histamine free diet, I think it’s anti inflammatory too. The Best advise I can give you is TRY to stay calm, it’s not easy and my anxiety and panic attacks come and go . Read and look at others with same symptoms and see what they have done. I am unfortunately on anxiety meds which I hate but if not I wouldn’t sleep at all. Rheumatologist also gave me anti inflammatory med to take when needed I think I’ve taken 3. It’s not fair and this has literally ruined my life. It all started after my 2 Pfizer vax in July 12. I’m 56 , I don’t know how old you are. But we have to keep encouraging each other to endure and help get through this.
Have your symptoms lessened at all? I feel as only 6 weeks in got a long road ahead .
@tone yes I am still currently seeing a neurologist and cardiologist. I have had brain and spinal MRI which revealed a few spots on my brain. The neurologist wasn't concerned and said they are common and have been there for a while. Next test is a lumbar puncture. I got my one and only Pfizer early October.

Were any of your symptoms so bad you couldn't work or do daily activities ?
@tone i did have about a month off work because of the pericarditis. Also the dizziness and vision problems made things hard.
@jessm did your symptoms come on right away after vaccine? Asking cause wife and I had J&J shot same day and she not having any issues ..thank GOD ! mine I think came about 3 or 4 days later .

What do neurologist and them say ? They think vaccine related ?
@tone my heart issues started within a few days. Tingling started around 12 days after and the rest followed after that.

I'm having rather elevated heart rates sporadically . Sometimes hard to getbto sleep . But I breath and calms down . Is this concerning ? Or what was your heart issues entail?
@tone i initially thought that all of my heart issues were from pericarditis but the cardiologist says my heart is looking good now so I think my palpitations etc are a vaccine side effect as alot of others on here are experiencing the same.
Well, it's been exactly one month after receiving my 4th pfizer vaccination and numbness and tingling have continued non stop. Sometimes it feels as if my whole body is vibrating and humming. 2 weeks into this my PCP agreed it was a vaccine reaction. All blood tests are normal. Today I saw a neurologist who also agreed that the vaccine, any vaccine, can trigger latent issues. Of which I didn't know I had any. So, I am scheduled for a neck MRI and and an EMG. She took me so seriously that it just increased my anxiety immensely. It will take weeks to get anything scheduled here and then I don't know where it will lead me. Very depressed tonight. Hoping that I will just wake up and this will all be gone. I was an RN working with the Native American population in the southwest. I had so many friends and colleagues die of covid before the vaccine was available. I thought I was doing the right thing by getting the 4th vaccination because I too was very high risk. And now look. Thanks for letting me vent...Trying to stay optimistic for my family.
@jessm I totally agree with everything you have said.. 100%. I am pleased that you have improved and are still improving. I hope you (and everyone else) make a full recovery. It is so bad that people are threatened to take this jab due to loss of work... and it's even more disgusting if someone had an adverse reaction and is expected to get the 2nd dose. The Coronavirus, SARS-cov-2, is known to reactivate a number of latent viruses in the body. One of them is the chicken pox virus; varicella zoster virus, when reactivated it causes a painful rash preceded by tingling, burning, numbness with degrees of discomfort, depending on where it happens can make it even worse; eye, ear and anywhere sensitive.

It is known as Internal Shingles, or Zoster Sine Herpete. A way of putting it is that the rash is on the inside. With typical shingles the rash comes 2-5 days after the start of tingling/numbness/pain and in those areas.

Herpes Zoster is not an STD. I think many people are getting caught up in their own moral interpretation. Furthermore the overlap with EBV and CMV, which most of us carry since childhood, is apparent. Both are activated by the vaccine (and the virus). And also by Remdesivir. EBV and CMV are both human herpesvirus, EBV causes glandular fever... at first.
People need to get over the name ‘Herpes’ anyway. The majority of us carry herpes simplex, if you’ve ever had sex. So instead of thinking in terms of good and evil, think in terms of True. We makes choices and trade off suffering a job for future comfort, or a relationship with a person toxic to us, particularly a mother (sorry), we carry on telling ourselves little lies and make ourselves ill. That illness is like a toxic chemistry in our gut, or heart, our feelings (nerves), and head. Treating these problems of denial and self-deception with anti-inflammatories simply turn down our innate response.
