I have exactly this as described. I feel like both arms fall asleep and then when I get them to move I have a burning sensation (pine and needles) that doesn’t go away. I’m trying everything to resolve but had no luck. Anyone else have tips?
Anyone having GI issues rumbling and weird noise coming from stomach ? I having this almost daily mostly at night. Started feeling little tight and some burn and discomfort comes and goes. Any one know of any relief for this ?
@buzzgirl no problem. Yes that doesn't surprise me. I wont be getting another covid vaccine ever! I feel so sad that so many are put in the position where they will lose their job but to me its just not worth it. I think as symptoms fade people forget how bad it once was. I definitely don't want to chance that or possibly worse side effects.
@lookingforanswers this happens to me every night! It drives me crazy because I'm constantly waking up with dead arms, can't use my hands til I shake them and they wake up. Then in the mornings my shoulders ache. I've tried sleeping on my back and don't know if im still rolling over in my sleep which causes it or if they are just going dead on their own.
@jessm oh man I must of to cause mine were cold and numb . It wakes me up. What is it?? Do you get any hot flushes, and then feel cold . CRAZY
@lookingforanswers i don't get hot flushes anymore but for the first 3 months I was getting them often.
@lookingforanswers i have had many over the last few months but alot have eased. Pins and needles, tingling, tremors, internal vibrations, hot flushes, blurry vision, muscle weakness, twitching all over, limbs jerking when falling asleep, dead arms whilst asleep, eye pain, head pain, heart problems, numbness, vertigo, dizziness, burning on the top of my back, hot patches on my legs. I may have missed some but if you look back at my activity you can see my original post. This was very intense for the first 4 months but has definitely lessened. I dont go a day without symptoms though. What are yours?
I have dry eyes, dry mouth at night INSOMNIA ,I sleep and wake up every 2 hours and have for 4 moths. No matter what I take. Anxiety and fear every day. Panic attacks are better. Bleeding gums, left ear rings LOUD all day . A lot of burping but that comes and goes. Vision blurry at times. Heart rate up and down at times.muscle jerks at times, arms go numb if I lay on my side. Pain and numbness in legs and arms. I think that’s it. 😔

Wow sounds like mine as well . How long have you had them and did you do anything for it supplements anti-inflammatory diets , medications ? Did they come in waves or all at once ? Or a timeline Did they get debilitating so you couldn't function or work?Did you have any Stomach or GI issues ? Like crazy gurgling and wierd sounds from stomach. Or constant pain in back ? What about any troubles staying asleep , cant seem to get more than 3 or 4 hours a night something always wakes me up. .I'm going on 6 weeks now from shot . Wondering what I have to look forward to . Guess I'm just getting started.

How long have you had your symptoms ? And did they come all at once or new ones here and there? Have they been debilitating at all so as to not work or function? Are they getting better ? Are you taking any supplements or special anti inflammatory diet ? Do you have any nerve pain ? Like burning sensation in different parts of body?
@tone yes I forgot to mention crazy insomnia! That is still ongoing but not as bad as the first few months. It's like I was sleeping for 20 minute blocks. Also pains in the stomach and diarrhoea every morning, very intense anxiety and panic attacks. I was taking vitamin C, D, B complex, OMEGA 3 and magnesium everyday. Now I take NAC, alpha lipoic and vitamin C. Also an antihistamine every few days. I have seen the most improvement since starting NAC. I am almost 6 months since my shot and I can say the first 4 were the worst. I also notice that when I am due for my period, my symptoms flare up. I hope that you recover quickly, it can be a nightmare with new symptoms randomly popping up. The biggest turn around for me was when I was able to somewhat control my anxiety from it all. The fear of what could be happening ruined me. I had to cut myself off from researching possible illnesses. This forum is now the only site I allow myself in regards to my symptoms. Its been a great coping tool being able to discuss it all with people that understand what it feels like because as supportive as my family is, they are not experiencing it.
@tone unfortunately they came on over time and you don’t realize what’s happening. I am completely on histamine free diet, I think it’s anti inflammatory too. The Best advise I can give you is TRY to stay calm, it’s not easy and my anxiety and panic attacks come and go . Read and look at others with same symptoms and see what they have done. I am unfortunately on anxiety meds which I hate but if not I wouldn’t sleep at all. Rheumatologist also gave me anti inflammatory med to take when needed I think I’ve taken 3. It’s not fair and this has literally ruined my life. It all started after my 2 Pfizer vax in July 12. I’m 56 , I don’t know how old you are. But we have to keep encouraging each other to endure and help get through this.
