@jpgdubgmail-com I have been dealing with the same symptoms. At first it started with a light tingling in my feet then after 2 weeks of taking the first dose of Phizer I have tingling sensation in my legs and hands (which can be achy sometimes) and itchiness. My vitamin levels are okay, I did an MRI. It has been 6 weeks now and I donβt know what else to do
@downunder21 Hi! I'm in the same situation as you, with the same symptoms 30 days after receiving 1st shot (changing zones depending on the days).
I haven't received the second shot because my symptoms don't go away and my neurologist doesn't recommend. First I need an explanation to this hell.
Has anyone recovered?
Β
@karlagliss I have had this paresthesia for 8 weeks now since my 1st Pfizer dose - is finally starting to feel a bit better. I saw a neurologist and had an EMG test which was normal. Don't know if I should get 2nd dose as I am scared something worse will happen. Did you get your 2nd dose?
Β
I. have Pfizer, first shot 12/29. Second shot 1/19/2021
Around 1/20 I started having tingling, numbness in face, gums, hands, arms, feet & legs, sometimes my chest.Β
It has now been six months and it's just now starting to go away. I reported it to vaccine adverse event website of some kind. have seen a neurologist. He said it was a virus from the shot.Β
Hi Mona. Β Yeah, you're right. Β It's hard to know what to do. Β I've had these symptoms for over 3 months now. Β My Dad strangely got Asthma after the vaccine and it took about 5 months for it to clear up for him. Β So I'm just being patient, and trying to trust my body - that it will eventually work itself out. Β I'm a teacher, so I'm off of work right now, and that helps. Β I'm a little worried for when I have to start back up again in a few weeks. Β
I'm running again a few times a week which seems to help, at least with my attitude towards all this. Β Also, I'm usually in bed by 9:30 or 10:00. Β
Are you having tingling and itching at the same time? Β For me they don't happen simultaneously. Β I'll have an itchy day OR a day of tingling, but they don't really happen together. Β I've been journaling about this as well so that I can accurately remember when I get either symptom. Β You might want to do this too. Β Right now I have tingling days about twice a week. Β I also have some weird achy stuff going on too, and strange sensations that I can only call paresthesia or sensations related to circulation, especially on my lower legs. Β Another thing, with the itching I get a kind of heat flush or heat flash (whatever you want call it) too. Β But I don't feel this on the days when I feel tingling. Β It's so weird. Β Do you feel the heat stuff too? Β Β Β
Next week I going to go see the allergist. Β She's got me on Alegra and this is helping but it's not fixing the problem. Β Β Β

Hi! No, I haven't received the 2nd shot. I'm undecided because after 5 weeks, I still have tingling, itching, cramps and pricks.
Has someone in our situation administered the 2nd shot?
@nawpan I've had similar symptoms now for six months, post Pfizer.Β
Mine are just beginning to go away now.Β
@jpgdubgmail-com I've had tingling, numbness in my face, torso, arms, hands, feet, & legs for six months now.Β
I haven't had any itching. Yet, I've also had problems with balance, severe heat intolerance, sharp fleeting pains in my hands and feet, other days, shooting pains in. my feet for 4=5 hours at a time. At night, my gums got numb. Another night, I had twitching in my fingers, left hand only. Another day, my whole head was swollen including my neck. Initially I had migraines 24/7 for three weeks. Plus nausea. Stuttering. Feeling like I had the flu. All this started within 14 days of my first Pfizer vaccine. My neurologist confirms its from the Pfizer vaccine. Β My symptoms are just now beginning to diminish, and I've had all this for six months now.Β
Hello everybody!
I have exactly the same symptoms as many of you describe: tingling and pins that started about a week or 10 days after 1st pfizer dose. I did not really pay attention at the beginning and I did not even think it could be linked to the vaccine. But when I started to notice it doesn't go away I looked into it more closely and read accounts of people having the same after pfizer vaccine. I got my 2nd dose 7 days ago and I have the impression this made it worse. I start being really worried.Β
My tingling is mostly in various parts of my limbs, predominantly on the right side where I got both shots. Sometimes I feel it a bit on my face and torso or back.Β
Is there any study published by now that explores paresthesia as a possible side effect of covid vaccine?Β
@raggedyann Thanks for sharing. Β Sorry to hear about all the different symptoms you're having. Β It's so strange all the many different ways this vaccine can affect someone. Β It's good your neurologist is acknowledging that it's from the vaccine. Β It's good you know, and that you're not scratching your head about it, wondering "what's going on". Β At first, with my symptoms I thought it was the vaccine, but then a random Doctor gave me the impression that it couldn't be the vaccine which got me searching for over a month for answers. Β That sucked big time. Β Reading about others with these same symptoms is what got me clear again about what's going on with me. Β And then I finally got an appt with my Doctor and she told me that she has other patients with the same symptoms after the vaccine too. Β Β Β
I haven't had the balance issues, but I've had some light headed feelings. Β Early after the vaccine I also had some of the other effects people describe like heart palpitations, body aches, but I just accepted it as normal, and these are mostly gone now. Β But the warm skin, feeling "off", fatigue, paresthesia, itching and tingling is still with me every day in some form or another. Β It's hard to know if it's getting better because I'm taking allergy medicine which mutes the itching and flushy symptoms. Β I mentioned this before, but getting to bed early seems pretty critical right now. Β (Not always easy to do.) I can really feel the "off" feeling come on at night. Β Oh yeah, by the way, my tingling can be anywhere on the body. Β I've had it in my gums too, and around my nose and ears, on my heal even. Β Rarely, but sometimes I'll even feel it in one of my eyes. Β The whole thing is wacky and unnerving. Β Β Β Β
@cat2021 Good to hear it's getting better for you. Β I'll definitely ask my doctor about my ferritin level. Maybe I have that problem too. Β Thanks for the information on that!
Hi everyone
I am a 21-year-old female from Singapore, previously was strong and exercises regularly too.
However, I have been experiencing numbness and pain in my left hand and right hand ever since the 1st Pfizer dose in June 2021. I am really worried as I am unable to feel and use my hands like normal anymore and it has been about 1.5 months already. I have gone to the doctor and they don't know which department to send me to,Β and no answer on whether I should continue with 2nd dose.Β
The only thing that is confirmed is that it's due to the vaccine hence my body is having this problem. I would just like to ask has anyone continued to take their 2nd dose after experiencing similar symptoms as me? And if you have continued to take the 2nd dose, would it ok to share what was your experience like?
Thank you for taking your time to read. I really would appreciate any form of reply😢

Hi Mika. What kind of numbness do you feel? I feel tingling in various parts of my body since first vaccine, predominantly right limbs (got both shots right side). Doesnt seem to go away. I got 2nd pfizer some 9 days ago. Tingling continues and I have the feeling it is more frequent now. also started to have nausea day 3 after 2nd vaccine and still have it...
