Online Support Groups

WHAT ARE ONLINE SUPPORT GROUPS?

Online support groups meet in real-time via video conference.

Why Online?

Many patients cannot leave their homes or do not have a local support group available. An online support group allows them to have a dynamic discussion with other patients to ask questions, share coping strategies, and receive support.

Social Hour

VeDA's monthly social hour is a time to hang out with people who understand your vestibular struggles while engaging in a fun, relaxing activity. Technically, this is NOT a support group because we are not talking about our vestibular challenges. Think of it as meet-up for "vesties." Each month we have a different topic. Check out our schedule and register for an event below.

Times above should be converted into your local time zone. If not, use a Time Zone Converter to find your local time for these meetings.
