@meljg I get discomfort under my ribs on my right side. Don’t know what that is? I was wondering, why do we feel better sitting and standing but feel so bad when we lay down at night? Just wondering if anyone feels that way. And does anyone’s arms fall asleep when they turn on there side in bed? These things are so scary.

What is the dosing of your clonazepam and propranolol. .25mg and 60mg, respectively, once/day.

Did you have any ear aches or blockage? Yes.  I remember my wife driving me to appointments last summer and every time we went over this bridge by my house my ears would pop.  My left ear was noticeably clogged more so than my right.  I had some left ear pain about a month ago for about two weeks and then it dissipated.  But no ear pain beyond that.

Also out of all the supplements which ones stand out?  As you mentioned, Lion’s Mane is the one that stands out the most as it has nerve healing capabilities.  I can’t find anything with regards to its ability to heal the vestibular nerve but can’t find anything that says it doesn’t.  Vertigone (look it up on Amazon) also had a bunch of ear supporting supplements in a pill form that I think heavily helped my vestibular neuritis/migraine.  And finally niacin, but not sure how much that has helped my vestibular issues - more so for my fatigue and heart issues/chest pain.” (which is now gone).

Almost 12 weeks in post 1 J and J vax.  To date symptoms  are  still somewhat mild and bearable...random nerve and twitching,, gastro issues , blurry vision  ,,insomnia,  and once in a while palpitations , sore back and joints on and off.  Should  I be worried this is calm before the storm...symptoms  seems to be a little plateaued I think or not ? Still working  full time job ( labor) Has anyone had mild or bearable  symptoms  or are they always progressive ?

@tone hey there Tone. I think that you will recover soon. The good thing is you only got one vaccine. And that you have still been able to work is a good thing. I hope we get our sleep patterns back soon.

Does anyone on here know anyone who got high pitch tinnitus from the vaccines that they eventually were able to either reduce significantly or resolve completely?  I’m looking for some level of hope that my tinnitus won’t be permanent. Thank you.

Got a appointment with a  neurologist in a few days . Was wondering  what would be the best questions  to ask and what tests I should ask for? I have symptoms  of numbness  in feet on and off as well as fingers ....twitches  throughout body.  As well as I guess burning  sensation  throughout  as well . Blurry  vision. Sensitivity  to temps, heart palpitations.  Was wondering if  thee ate tests for Inflammation.  Or autoimmune  reactions . Neuropathy  or SFN , wanna  cover all the bases of neuro symptoms  .

Good question, I always want to know if they can somehow test if the brain is inflammed?

This you maybe could ask the Neurologist.

@tone  I don’t think things will get any worse now at all. Only up from here ! My symptoms were awful first month and levelled out from there, but I think it just gets better slowly. Sometimes mine move around so for the last week iv not her much tingling in my hands or feet but I have inside my mouth, strange but it’s not too bad. I think the nerves are just having a mare it will bounce around till it eventually goes. You have to remain positive there are so many people who have got better and don’t think to do a follow up on here. Your on a forum of people who are here to describe the side affects so all your going to see is bad stuff, bare that in mind. In some ways it’s good but it can increase anxiety. Just tell your self it’s a reaction, reactions don’t last forever. Time heals all. Manifest it. But yeah I don’t think you’ll get worse 12 weeks on at all x

@watis I agree that the insomnia and anxiety for me are the worst of my symptoms. How is your breathing and your eyes now ? Better I hope??

@tone if you search it you will see a lot of us had it. I don’t remember when mine stopped. I did get a EKG and an echocardiogram and they were fine. Did yours just start?
