As if I didn't give you enough information you could research already...
But I was remembering something I recently wrote to someone else.
There's a doctor in CA that has posted about having post-Covid vaccine symptoms. You could start by looking at the definition of paresthesia.:
Paresthesia refers to a burning or prickling sensation that is usually felt in the hands, arms, legs, or feet, but can also occur in other parts of the body. The sensation, which happens without warning, is usually painless and described as tingling or numbness, skin crawling, or itching.
If you feel like that is similar to your experience, this is something you might find helpful:
"Try searching for "Dr. Danice Hertz", also "Dr. Danice Hertz Covid vaccine". When I use Google, there's a number of places I can find information about the reaction she's had to one of the Covid vaccines. I don't know if you know much medical terminology, if not you may have to look some things up. I think you'd find it worth doing and you might even find something you could share with your GP that would help your case. She's written comments at the ends of a number of articles and you can learn her story that way. She went all the way to the NIH, National Institutes of Health, with her case."
I hope some of this could prove helpful. If it's overwhelming, I apologize - I don't wish it to be... 🤗
So very glad I found this forum. Thank you. Retired female 70. I will not get the Pfizer or Moderna - was leaning toward the J&J, but with the research I have done and the stories I have read here - the whole "vaccination campaign" scares me. I am trying to stay strong in my decision not to get the shot. Everyone around me - family/friends - have gotten theirs with no bad reactions. I worry about getting the virus so I take the necessary precautions. I have BPPV, fibromyalgia, Sjogren's, Ocular Migraines, and Allergies. My BPPV is mild during allergy season, but living in the south brings allergies basically year-round. I also react to medicines, bug bites, etc. Got the 2nd Shingrix shot and had vertigo as bad as my first episode - nausea, couldn't drive, etc.
Makes me sad to read these stories. I know this forum is about Covid-19 Vaccine side effects, but I believe it's also helping those who are trying to make the right decision. I do hope everyone gets better soon.
Update: unfortunately after about three weeks of no dizziness and not as bad headaches my symptoms have returned. For the past week I have had dizziness, ear and head pressure, headaches, and neck stiffness. I feel like these are going to be resolving symptoms until they are completely gone. It has been 2 months since my first Pfizer shot on 4/9. I am seeing an neurologist in July and having a full hearing test done at the end of the month. MRI I received a week ago was normal expect for a most likely unrelated arachnoid cyst in the right auditory canal. Most likely been there since birth and doctors seem to think unrelated to current symptoms.
Good things I am still able to work and push through most days but it is rough as the headaches and dizziness can be overwhelming sometimes.
Dr. Hertz's posts are almost invariably in the comment section following articles that she sees as poor information.

Post-Vaccine Reactions
Danice Hertz, M.D. | Retired Gastroenterologist in the Cedars Sinai Medical System
While there may be some individuals with functional neurological reactions to the Covid vaccines, there are others with true physiological reactions. I am a 64-year-old gastroenterologist who suffered severe paresthesias in my face, tongue, and limbs as well as tremor, twitching, internal vibrations, tinnitus and a band-like constriction around my chest since receiving the Pfizer covid vaccine in late December. Many people with similar serious neurological symptoms have been evaluated and treated at the NIH. We have been unable to find doctors in our communities who know anything about these reactions because nothing has been made public. If you were experiencing similar symptoms you would think twice about categorizing them as functional disease.

Have you researched acoustic neuroma and asked for the difference between that and an arachnoid cyst in your auditory canal to be explained to you? I'm wondering if taking a copy of your MRI to a second opinion source would prove to be valuable for you.
I just found this forum and am so glad! I've felt so confused and so alone. All the symptoms everyone mentions; dizziness, vertigo, feeling off, full ear, brain fog, the list goes on and on, have become every day to me. The only thing is that I didn't start having these symptoms until almost 5 weeks after my 2nd Moderna vaccine.
When it first hit, it was the worst case of dizziness I've ever had (throughout my almost 60 years, I've had cases of dizziness that I attributed to my allergies and were alleviated easily with allergy meds and sleep). It got so bad that I couldn't stand up at all and for about 8 hours I threw up every 20 minutes or so. My husband was finally able to get me to the emergency room and I spent 5 days in the hospital where light, sound and especially electronics threw me into a tailspin. It's now 2 months later and although the symptoms are much better, they aren't gone. I feel "normal" for longer periods of time, but as soon as I try to carry on a conversation with someone, go too long without resting, or sit down at the computer, the dizziness/queasiness/full head and ear/disorientation starts back up again.
My question is this: Has anyone else's onset been as long after the 2nd shot as mine? Am I crazy to think this is related to the vaccine?
yes the MRI was done with contrast and they ruled out the possibility that it could be something else based on the fact that it does not demonstrate associated restriction diffusion or post contrast enhancement. When I see the ontologist I will ask him for a second opinion to see what he believes it is. The cyst is 2mm so it is very tiny. I had a hearing test in 2019 that showed some hearing loss in my right ear. I don’t notice it at all. That is why I am assuming the cyst is incidental but I’m checking with the ontologist to be sure.
Does anyone feel better when they lay down? The headaches get better and so does the dizziness. My symptoms are worse at night and when I wake up in the morning I feel pretty good and get progressively worse through the day
yes I read about paresthesia. I had numbness in hand (left) and numbness and tingling and sciatic pain in my leg (left) in the past and I wonder COVID vaccine makes it worse. I plan to go see Physiotherapist and I hope physiotherapy will help relieve the symptoms.
I hope you find your answers with your next appointments.
Have you had your 2nd shot? If yes, have your symptoms intensified. Thanks!

I apologize that this is postmortem findings for this type of cyst, but other articles wanted payment for viewing. It has information about associated symptoms that occurred while these patients were living, that may be like some you're experiencing?
hi Nasu
No I wasn’t tested. Im sure there must be a test but I dont know. The other thing I’ve been wondering is maybe the immune response is huge for some ppl that there is lots of dead cells to breakdown so it’s an overload in the tissues. I literally got a 2 min explanation so Im trying to fill in the blanks.
i wrote a very long post a few mins ago explaining a bunch of new info about glutathione but then it got erased. I’ll post later.
